A truly fabulous hotel and vacation. From the moment we arrived and were taken to our room in a golf cart by our very own butler/concierge, we felt totally pampered. The staff of this hotel really make it stand out, from Bernard on the beach to the friendly smiles during breakfast service. The property is also fantastic. Great gym, beautiful beach, gorgeous views of the BVIs, three wonderful restaurants and a lot of activities. We will definitely be back.

Little Dix is truly an old school paradise found. It’s a really classy resort with high quality staff and guests. The staff is available to cater to guests’ every need. Our butlers Clement and Prada were there for dinner reservations, car service, and excursions. They made us feel special and they were always accessible 24/7. The other staff that were incredible and stood out included Maris at the shop, Thomas the Artist Bartender, Clementine the French student/waitress, Nadia at the Pavillion, Jolly the Rasta beach waiter, and Sam the dinner host who seems to be everywhere. They made the service stand out with a personal touch. We loved riding the bikes around the resort and we visited the petting zoo and farm where they grow much of the food at the resort. The food at the resort is very good. We would highly recommend CocoMaya which has the best food and atmosphere on the island directly on the beach and with a great, young vibe. The Beach Drop is an absolute must. We had a phenomenal picnic lunch and although the beach at the hotel is nice, it’s nothing compared to the isolated beach where the boat dropped us. In terms of the hotel beach, it’s nice to be at a resort beach where you don’t need to rush to get a chaise and there is silence vs the omnipresent pop/club music that pervades many luxury hotels. The Baths is a Virgin Gorda landmark hike and it was trickier and longer than I had remembered. We liked the beach drop better and it featured the same giant boulders. We played tennis with the pro which was fun and the artificial grass courts are in good shape. They have plenty of new demo racquets so no need to drag them from home. And the gym is modern and clean. We flew directly to Virgin Gorda from San Juan PR which was a cool experience and an easy flight. If you come from Miami you take the hotels resort yacht to arrive at the resort. The hotel sent a car for us and it was only 5-10 minutes from the airport. We will definitely come back to Little Dix. It’s quiet and relaxing for certain - there is not much in the way of night life but it’s absolutely perfect for a quiet week in paradise. Mr. Rockefeller would be pleased that his vision lives on.

Rosewood Little Dix Resort so exceeded our expectations which were very high. From the moment we arrived by their prearranged boat transfer from Tortola Airport we were totally spoiled. We were greeted at the dock by our fabulous super butlers RJ and later Naru and escorted by golf cart on a tour of the gorgeous property. When we arrived at our Ocean View Beach Cottage our luggage was already in place. The accommodation was beautiful and perfect size for us with a generous size terrace steps away from beach. And oh that beach! Crystal clear gentle calm waters where we swam with turtles every day. Private and quiet. The 3 restaurants on property were superlative with specialty nights like Caribbean BBQ, Seafood Night, Prime Cuts, and Mexican Night. Never Boring! The restaurant service orchestrated like a symphony by Sam and Nadia. We were treated like family by the servers and during the day by the beach attendants, Lucy, Quentin and Bernard. At this resort you can just quietly veg or sign up for included snorkeling trips or boat beach drops, pickle ball to name a few In summary, the best of the best, just go!

Complained the 1st night and the resort manager Eric Gonzalez came and met with us and informed us there was another party and said if it was too loud he had another room he would move us to. It was and when we requested the room move we were told it wasn’t available! We have stayed 4 times in the last 5 years and never experienced this situation. This wasn’t a loud music party all night resort before now! Looking around 90% of the patrons are over 50 many much older and I’m sure not interested in this kind of resort experience, certainly we are not!

Let me start out by saying the staff was the nicest part of the visit. Let me also add this resort is not exactly what I expected. The grounds were not really that nice expected much more . However the beach area is beautiful. Our experience was such that there was alot of confusion about who was assigned to what chair. Was it first come first serve or by room number. The mostly absent attendant and older couple removed our belongings left them upside down in the sand where they became wet. Lots of privileged folks here. We stopped going to the buffet not wanting to wait in line we ordered room service every day. Was expensive always took a long time and order was always wrong. My husband went every morning when the kitchen opened and got coffee to bring back to the room . Quality was hit or miss. Coffee machine in the gym was closed on Monday and Tuesday because no staff was available to change the grounds????? The butler service was ok. I felt like we were pushed to book dinner every night. We only eat 2 meals a day. We usually eat a late lunch sometimes order appetizer via roomservice . The menu was very limited and slow. I am not a beach all the time person. Pool was small and crowded,a distance from our small room . No TV. All that said I was ready to leave after 2 days. I blame myself for not doing better research. We did a last minute change from the luxury resort in Mayakoba because of our President's constant threats about the border. We left the Rosewood early went to Puerto Rico and finally relaxed. We should have left days earlier. It's the first time I was actually stressed out at a resort. I don't like all inclusive but we felt some of the charges were not what u would expect from a resort like Rosewood . This experience was basically my bad. I just chose something that was perhaps not a good fit. I would advise you make sure u know what to expect. We won't be back .

Yaya was excellent. I had a back exfoliation and massage and would recommend reviewing that procedure. Massage was great. Spa views are spectacular Plunge pool is beautiful. The ride up to spa was beautiful and the products on my wife’s facial worked well and she purchased them.

My husband and I will be leaving a piece of our hearts at the Rosewood Little Dix Bay. The hotel staff calls it paradise .... and that's exactly what it is. Thank you to Reddy and Banhu and the entire staff as a whole, we will always remember the beautiful and warm welcome extended throughout our stay. The bvi culture is very special. The beach is picture perfect and the water is every shade of blue imaginable. Our days were beach-lux lazy and simply fun with swimming & snorkeling (the water is so warm!) and homemade ice cream provided by the hotel in the afternoon. Other than one night out, dinners during the week were at the three hotel restaurants with drinks in the rum room to start. Only problem-We can't decide which meal was our favorite. Maybe the delicious grilled lobster and plump mussels in a fresh yummy broth or possibly the sirloin and amazingly seasoned cauliflower steak in red sauce. We are still debating. Topped off with the most amazing room accommodations and beautiful views from almost every corner of the hotel grounds, it was just all so perfect. I will miss everything about our trip and hope to return very soon.

The Rosewood Little Dix Bay exceeded expectations. It was a true luxury resort with a service level that was unmatched in the area. The service was anticipatory, but not at all pushy. Breakfast was a giant spread each morning, and the food at the restaurants was exceptional. It was well designed, beautifully manicured, and never seemed crowded. The spa gets top marks. I would happily return very soon, and all the other guests we interacted with had the same feeling.

We are just finishing a six night stay in a beachfront cottage and it was such a great trip. The service was fabulous from Javid our butler who greeted us upon arrival and was always around when we needed him to Lucy at the beach taking care of our daily needs to Nadia in the restaurants always greeting us with a smile and a welcome. I cannot say enough great things about the service here as they all made us feel so special all the time. All three restaurants were great as we experienced them all. The seafood was so fresh and flavorful but don’t be fooled as their steaks were divine also and we are from Texas so we are picky. We enjoyed the beach daily as only steps from our room. We did a beach drop to Maya beach over by the Baths and it was great. We also scheduled a private sailing boat the hotel at Bowline Charters and it was a great day with high winds. They took us to Cooper island and we snorkeled with the turtles and fish and followed up with a great lunch beachside If you are looking to chill out for a few days and enjoy a great people, good food and excellent service then the Rosewood Little Dix Bay is your place. As we all can get better just a few tips to improve. No robes in room upon arrival. Fridge was broken entire trip so had temp one sitting on floor entire time. And some firmer pillows would be great. .

My wife and I both had treatments at Sense. Yaya was awesome. So kind, thoughtful, and professional. Definitely the best massage treatment I’ve experienced. The setting with the crashing waves and ocean breezes only made it that much better. I wouldn’t change a thing. Perfection.

I really can't say enough good about this trip. It was perfect! The water was lovely and warm and calm; the staff at Little Dix were consistently helpful and friendly; the food was always fresh and tasty. I had one of the best massages I've ever had; and the ambience of the spa really hits the sweet spot. We were upgraded to a junior suite which sat facing the ocean: a few steps over and you're at the beach where two chaise lounges and an umbrella await (along with a waiter to serve snacks, lunch and drinks). The room itself housed a lavishly comfortable and fluffy white-clothed bed, a luxurious spa type washroom and a serene outdoor shower surrounded by foliage. We played pickleball and ping pong; we paddleboarded and snorkeled and swam; and soaked up the sun. I have only one significant complaint: I wished for a different style of yoga (more like vinyasa) had been offered. And a warning: watch out for the caramel corn hidden away in the room -- it's addictive! Thank you to Neil and Mikel, our "dream team" butlers and to Lisa Aggarwal of Fora for all of your assistance and friendly guidance; and for making this trip extra special!

Incredible setting at the spa and the pool view was amazing. Bespoke massage was top notch. Cant wait to return - so much so that we booked again later in the week. Outdoor shower was lovely, staff were friendly and welcoming. Wonderful experience overall.

OK so we made a mistake - on paper / website this should be right for us - but it wasn’t. Singing waiters, guests playing their own music on the beach and walking up and down the beach with bottles of beer, or in groups of men chatting and drinking or friends groups chatting and drinking and filling the small pool so you couldn't swim. This is a resort where groups (friends as well as family) go. If you are looking for your idyllic quiet romantic hideaway this is not it. This isn’t paradise - or if it is it is a noisy inattentive paradise. If you don’t mind your fellow guests in the sea with bottles of beer - or shouting from their balcony to their mates on the beach or the upscale restaurant feeling a bit like TGI Fridays with birthday deserts supplied fire works and renditions of happy birthday this maybe the place for you. But then again when you see the room rate it may not. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. But even though we stayed for 10 days recognition and remembering what we had really didn’t happened. We ate in a couple times - restaurants closed on a rotational basis - so check and book in advance. We ate out 4 or 5 times and this worked well despite the London taxi fare prices ! Lumpy inconsistent service in all areas. Food ok but expensive Beach service variable - and if you are not amongst the main area of other guest really poor WiFi generally good but a bit hit and miss in places. USB ports next to beds. A variety of rooms in a variety of locations - choose carefully. Rooms clean with two services a day. Good size bathroom Dyptique toiletries Butler service ok but a bit shaky. Bottled water from Wales ! Water off on last evening with no warning!

Might wife and I visiting Little Dix Bay for our 22nd Wedding Anniversary as every year we pick somewhere we have never been before for this particular occasion. For many years this hotel has been on our list and we are grateful to have visited in March 2025. We booked an Grand One Bedroom Pool Suite and we initially taken to our villa, upon opening the bedroom doors the Butler immediately commented about a sewage smell even before we could, because he noticed as well. We hoped it would go away but he next day chose to downgrade to a One Bedroom Pool Suite which turned out to be great as well. We actually probably liked the One Bedroom Pool Suite better just because it seemed to fit in with the resort more, plus they credited us the difference plus a little more for the trouble. Other than dealing with the smell for 24 hours this was acceptable to us. Service was a little slow at times and requests mostly met but sometimes not. In the end I think the resort needs more staff and is really focused on profitability right now. Beach attendants were great but there seemed to be a need for more, same with servers at restaurants as all had too many tables to provide the service that should be offered at a resort like this. Still we met many smiling faces and great locals but I would say service is the reason I don't give this a 5 star review but rather a 4 star. Also if you are traveling with your family then go anytime but if you are traveling as a couple try to avoid Christmas, New Year's and Spring Break. Workers told us this is the only time that families outnumber couples. My wife and I are parents and we love kids but we thought the place would be much more tranquil and from what I understand it is most of the time except for the times I mentioned above. The first morning at breakfast I really thought we had made a huge mistake, kids were everywhere and this continued for our first 3 days but as we moved into a new week the number of kids reduced drastically and the tranquility I had hoped for began to emerge. We were very active as we did a beach drop with lunch (very enjoyable), chartered a one day sailing on the Vision which we loved, rented a Jeep to tour Virgin Gorda and hit up Saba Rock and the Bitter End plus we walked, had a couples experience at the spa, enjoyed the beach, enjoyed our private pool and visited the farm and small petting zoo. We also visited CocoMaya for dinner and had great food and a great time, be sure to go on a Friday or Saturday night as it's a fun/lively atmosphere. As I mentioned we had a wonderful time and you will too. Here would be my tips for management at LDB to take this place back to the best in the region, from very good to great. Please consider hiring more staff, this is a very expensive hotel and I felt like there was a little bit of an attitude that we are the best instead of an attitude that we need to convince you that we are the best. We've just experience better service in other places and I think that while the employees are friendly and tried hard they are stretched too thin. Also if possible to heat the plunge pools that would be great, you pay a lot of money for those rooms and the pools are usable but are only best during the heat of the day, they are too cool for later in the day, evening or night. I've tried to be balanced with this review. I would never talk anyone out of going here, it is a beautiful place that you will really enjoy. Yes, there are some service items that I feel falls a little short of a resort this caliber and for this price (like waiting 15 minutes before your server can get to you at a restaurant, this happened multiple times for example). However, hopefully those things will clean themselves up in time as this resort is still getting it's feet in under it post-pandemic and with the renovation. So go and have a blast but if you are traveling as a couple do consider avoiding spring break.
