As we wanted a holiday in Antigua neither all-inclusive nor self-catering, the Siboney was just perfect for us - we counted ouselves lucky to have found it! Very comfortable, clean and well-serviced room (a suite, in reality, with lounge and cooking facilities) just steps away from the bar and restaurant fronting the lovely beach. The food in both the bar and the restaurant was absolutely delicious and, along with the excellent drinks, was always served with a smile. Without exception, every single staff member from management, reception, security, room maids, gardeners, waitresses, bar staff and the boys with the towels and sunbeds were all wonderful - very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Brilliant holiday - we would come back in a heartbeat!

This resort does everything right! The location right on the beach is superb, our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful landscaping around the premises. Flowering bushes, dense tree cover which led to a very private and intimate atmosphere.

Great Vacation in Antigua - Siboney Beach Club staff shout out! January 2025 My partner and I recently returned from a one week vacation at the Siboney Beach club near St. John’s. This was a small boutique hotel with a great location. Upon our arrival, we checked into our ocean view duplex room we had booked. The room was very dated and on two levels. The ocean view was very poor. The room was on top of the restaurant and there was a constant humming sound. There was no hot water and the coffee maker did not work. The queen size bed we booked did not work out for us, We went to the front desk and requested to move.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We move to room 303 which was beautiful and updated with a king bed. There was a restaurant and bar on site. The food and drinks were good, but service was painfully slow. For breakfast in the morning guess would be waiting for 20+ minutes before being offered a cup of coffee or given a menu. The beach itself is quite small although there was always lounge chairs available. The best part of this hotel was the two staff members at the beach, taking care of guests by setting up their chairs, taking drink and food orders. They took a genuine interest in every guest and by the end we’re calling us by name. These guys were amazing big shout out to MARLON and DELROY from the Siboney Beach Club for making our second week absolutely fantastic! Thanks guys!!!

Went to the Starfish for an early lunch, and left!! It was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I sat down in an almost empty restaurant and was told by the female server to “move” to a smaller table. No please, no thank you and then no service!!! Honestly, my husband and I are laughing, she makes Basil Fawlty look like he went to charm school!

We stayed at Seboney for our honeymoon and it was the worst decision we made. We arrived from Sandals in St Lucia where the service was immaculate and the amenities were endless. We arrived to Siboney where the front desk desk are friendly and helpful. Diandra and Joyse are lovely and welcome you in well with a smile and vibrant energy. Now moving onto the restaurant- by far the worst experience we encountered along with numerous guest members complaining about the rude and moody staff. The food waiting time goes up to 45- 2hours at times. Basic drinks to the beach take 45mins. Delroye usually takes control of the beach service and he is great however everyone outside of that are incompetent, rude and moody. One of the days we came down for breakfast and there was no food available, we just about managed to get a coffee and the coffee order was incorrect. We later arrived at the hotel for lunch and waited a hour for lunch, after chasing the staff they asked what I had ordered to which we then cancelled our lunch order. We had to result to eating biscuits and crisps to get through the day not eating. There was no remorse from the staff and a couple next to us mentioned they waited 2 hours for their meals. Now the only saving grace for this hotel is Sam who is an excellent new addition to the hotel who is hotel taxi driver. His vehicle is so clean, he is kind, informative and really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. His vehicle always has towels and bottled water for the passengers. We loved spending time with Sam 5*s for Sam only as the hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. The hotel priorities outside users more than their guests. The cleaning staff do a great job at putting your room back together. This hotel has put a damper on our honeymoon stay and I wish we had booked Sandals which is situated right next to Siboney. I would avoid this hotel at all costs based on the level of disrespect you receive from staff based in the restaurant, they're just rude and unhappy people who clearly do not take pride in their jobs. As guests you do not feel valued or prioritised by them. A big thank you to Sam, Diandra and my lovely Joyse, they were great to be around.

Curate's Egg: good in parts. Our room (405) was very pleasant: spacious, new furniture, good bathroom, working a/c, balcony overlooking pool and garden, comfortable bed and very clean. However our friends had 600 which was small, dark and depressing. Book the junior suites. But, beware cunning photos: the beach measures 80 x 16 and despite clever use of the groyne (see aerial photo) can get congested, especially on a Sunday when the public beach is available to all and you have hundreds of 'cruisers' walking through to take their photos by the red phone box. The sea was warm and calm. Breakfast is chaotic, either the kitchen can't cope or something, but you can wait 45minutes to get eggs on toast. The menu is also somewhat limited. No buffet. This trend spills over to lunch which can also be frustratingly slow to come. The evening food was mostly good but I had a very uninspiring 'Caribbean' fish stew. Service was mostly friendly (Delroy on the beach) and good although again spoiled by a couple of disinterested individuals.

My husband and I stayed at Siboney for 2 nights before transferring over to a different resort on island. Check-in/Check-out was easy and the staff were friendly. We booked a Standard room and were assigned 601. Our standard room was nice and clean with a good AC, close to both the restaurants and beach. We loved the amenities, appreciated the good location on the beach and enjoyed free a la carte breakfast that came with booking direct. Highly recommend the Starfish restaurant for lunch (don’t miss out on the spicy lobster tacos!!! YUM!) Our only major complaint was Salt Plage Dinner: very overpriced, the quality of food was not good (even though Starfish utilizes the same kitchen which is weird), and dinner service was not only painfully slow both times but the actual service is almost non-existent. On our second night dinner took almost 2 hours for drinks and 2 entrees. Once our order was placed we never saw our server again until the end of the meal (which is unfortunate because I was served bad fish). My husband had to flag down other servers for drink refills. All of that being said: We would return to Siboney in the future, but would not eat at Salt Plage for dinner again. Load up at Starfish for lunch or make reservations at Casa Roots (which we regret not doing). If staying more than a night or two, we do recommend booking a higher category of room than the standard, but for such a short stay the room was satisfactory.

In short - I cannot wait to go back! From the moment we arrived all staff - reception, cleaning, restaurant, on the beach, spa - were incredibly friendly and welcoming and delivered excellent service. The resort itself is small enough to make it feel boutique and private but not so small that there isn't a bit of a holiday atmosphere. The room we stayed in was great with ample air-conditioning, kitchenette, TVs (if you were so inclined) and a bed we melted into. The breakfast is to die for, it was one of my favourite parts of the day. The food in general is good quality. There is also a swimming pool and small gym if you wanted to stay active. Though the resort itself doesn't offer other activities, such as stand-up paddling etc, you can rent this right next door. I had a massage at the spa and left even more relaxed afterwards. I would highly recommend the spa. All in all this was excellent value for money and I think November/December is a fantastic time to go.

Wonderful hotel Stayed for a week to celebrate our 30th anniversary and didn’t want an all inclusive so we picked this place Check in was efficient and friendly Room was clean, cool and inviting Room was cleaned and serviced EVERY day It was quiet and comfortable every night All of the staff members were very nice and seemed like they enjoyed working there We had complimentary breakfast every day which was always great- breakfast was free because we booked directly Service was very good and the resident cats were a nice touch We ate at the beach bar a few times and that was also very good The beach is a really nice setup with a floating deck out a ways and beach chairs and umbrellas set up every day Special nod to Marlon who brought us drinks and was a great ambassador for the hotel He let slip that they have regular staff trainings to keep them up to par with the guests- this is exceptional IMO This hotel does not look like much from the road but is beautiful once inside The pool was very nice and clean The in room coffee maker was a bit of a mystery to us so every morning I went up to the restaurant to get 2 cups of coffee and it was always good and again the staff was very kind What makes this place stand out to use was the friendly staff from housekeeping to food service There is a little convenience store in the lobby and also one at the resort next door so we were able to keep our fridge well stocked American currency was always accepted If we go back to this wonderful island we will likely return to Siboney Beach Club Their people make the difference

The hotel is conveniently located on the same stretch of beach with several of the other major hotels, including Sandals. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, food and drinks were good, and the rooms were modern and clean. There were also several really good restaurant options nearby.

Siboney is nice quaint hotel in a lush garden. The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. The restaurants are great to have on property. Delicious and the service was 10! The beach and water is gorgeous! There weren't any washcloths in our room but I asked for some and...

Siboney is nice quaint hotel in a lush garden. The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. The restaurants are great to have on property. Delicious and the service was 10! The beach and water is gorgeous! There weren't any washcloths in our room but I asked for some and they were brought to our room in less than 5 mins. Can't wait to come back!
