Great placevto stay in Banff

Just had nights here and it was excellent. Check in really smooth, room very comfortable with great bathroom. The guest laundry was a very welcome facility after 2 weeks on the road. Fantastic base for exploring the area; pick up right outside for the gondola. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Ok

Great location. Good car parking garage. Good room size with comfy beds and bedding. Bathroom good. The property could do with a refresh, the decor is very drab and outdated. Chairs in the lobby area are worn and stained. No help with luggage offered or appeared to be available.

Excellent location

Room spacious and lovely big beds. Room service excellent along with cleaning. Great location, nice bar and hot tub fab on the rooftop. We are several times in restaurant for breakfast and got room service one evening, they collected the plates straight after. Got free bus passes also.
