The Canadian Rockies and provide a magical backdrop for couples looking to escape, elope and take their love to the mountains.
Honeymooners and romantic travelers highly recommend the Fairmont Banff Springs for its exceptional guest experience, beautiful views, and fantastic amenities. They particularly enjoyed the unique drinks at the Rumble Bar, the relaxing spa treatments, and the romantic gondola ride to dinner at the Skyline Bistro. The historic charm of the hotel, its location in a national park, and the quality food offerings at the gold lounge also added to the positive experience. The hotel's attention to detail, such as arranging flowers and champagne for special occasions, was highly appreciated. Guests loved the cozy Rundle Room for drinks, the lively atmosphere at Waldhaus for dinner, and the wonderful spa and outdoor pool.
Entirely frustrating and disheartening experience. My husband and I booked a celebratory weekend with the gold experience at the Banff Springs. Understand it was a last minute trip and booked around 4pm as we got very good news that day and wanted to celebrate. Unfortunately the hotel was unable to...
Read Full ReviewHighly recommend! We enjoyed big tea and the infamous “rumble gin” drink at the Rumble Bar-even purchased a bottle to take home! The massage at the spa by MJ was the highlight of my trip - followed by a relaxing afternoon at the spa amenities! Showered and dressed for the...
Read Full ReviewThis hotel looks like a castle from a Harry Potter movie. Steeped in history, it’s in the centre of a national park with fantastic views down the valley and mountains surrounding. The gold lounge was great with really good food offerings at breakfast and early evening canapés. The rooms are...
Read Full ReviewHave been here many times and really disappointed this time, seems to have slipped a level. Food portions were really small and the salad was 5 leaves and was told would have to roll these and fit the minute salad into, not impressed. Real shame for such a landmark and brand.
Exceptional guest experience, from check in to check out every member of the hotel team made sure we had a great time. From a welcome tour of the hotel at check in to knowledgeable concierge helping replan when weather hits to bar staff full of local knowledge and tips we...

Read Full ReviewOur room was nice enough, although the bathroom was very small. We enjoyed the hotel but found the service in the Rundle Bar lacking. The bar tenders couldn't/wouldn't take drink orders, the wait staff often ignored members of our group so some missed out on getting drinks, meals were mixed...
Read Full ReviewThis is still one of my favorite properties on earth. Winter or summer you never get better views, service or facilities. This property has been setting standards for 150 years, and continues to perform. You can explore the property for days and still find new nooks and crannies. Whatever the...
Read Full ReviewWe have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. All the staff here were incredibly accommodating and professional, from the concierge, valet, check-in, servers, to tour guides. The buildings are beautiful and impressive. We booked a Vermillion room, which was in the original building with a beautiful mountain...

Read Full ReviewAbsolutely wonderful ambiance and service. Delicious dining and superb service. We had no complaints about this luxury hotel. The historical architecture and artwork were outstanding. The outdoor patio was perfect for a drink by the fire pits.
Came for a weekend getaway for skiing. Unfortunately stepped on broken glass present in our room and cut my foot. Had to wait a while for staff to take a look. The reaction of staff was not very attentive or willing to accommodate. Wasn’t able to go skiing the next...
Read Full ReviewCalled into the Rundle bar for a few drinks. Just an incredible, friendly service from the guy (Henry) that served us. This hotel needs more staff with his integrity, friendliness and professional approach. An easy five star review, earned by himself ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
