A Wonderful Stay with Great Service Our stay at this hotel was truly fantastic. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The 19th floor is definitely worth the extra cost, offering an exceptional experience. The gym is well-equipped, though it could use a few more machines for leg exercises. However, there are plenty of dumbbells, which is great for a complete workout. The breakfast selection is excellent—everything you could wish for to start the day right. One small suggestion: adding felt gliders under the chairs in the breakfast area would help reduce noise when chairs are moved. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return! Best, Wanwisa and Patrick

Amazing hotel. All the staff are exceptional, so welcoming and attentive. Mr Wat (concierge) was particularly helpful. The advice he gave us for getting around Bangkok was perfect. Saved us time and money! We couldn’t fault anything at the Banyan Tree and would gladly return.

Stayed here for 3 nights in February 2025. On arrival the check in process was quick and efficient, However when we got to our room we had someone else's bags in there not ours? however this was sorted quite quickly. The room was very nice and spacious my only disappointment...

Stayed here for 3 nights in February 2025. On arrival the check in process was quick and efficient, However when we got to our room we had someone else's bags in there not ours? however this was sorted quite quickly. The room was very nice and spacious my only disappointment was we were located on the same level as the pool and in turn had a room with no view as the window was blacked out. When booking we asked for a room with a view so this was a bit of a let down. In addition people were working on the pool area at night which resulted in me making several calls to the reception as we could not sleep due to noise. The pool area was small but nice with people struggling to get beds but the pool staff done their best to accommodate where they could. The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from 2 different tube lines which was handy to get to the city centre or Icon Siam and only cost about £1 each way which. With everything considered I personally think the hotel is lovely but if I was to stay here again I would insist on a room away from the pool and with a view.

The Banyan Tree never ceases to amaze! A pure-pleasure experience. Attention to customer needs is a top priority for them. From the most comfortable beds to excellent food, a d anything you might need! A big thank you and well done to Exzy for his special care and impeccable service!

The service was outstanding—attentive yet unobtrusive. A highlight was the thoughtful surprise from the staff: a complimentary honeymoon cake, which added a sweet touch to our celebration. The mocktail were well-crafted, and the food was delicious.

All around excellent hotel. Service was excellent, room view in 5607 was excellent. Room was very spacious and well appointed. The included breakfast in our package was superb. Moon Bar was amazing. Multiple restaurants, and club floor amenities.

Nice hotel, super comfy beds and pillows, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast has a wide range of options which was delicious , but most of all we loved Nick’s Muay Thai class! We punched and kicked our way through the one hour lesson, it was awesome.

For my last day at Bangkok I went to Vertigo and Moon Bar, food and drinks were fabulous and staffs(Fluke,Muay and NoNay)were more comfortable than any other places and the breathtaking views were absolutely worth last day. Must visit place of Bangkok

Did the busy Thai class with Nick who gave me saucy a great work out…I was completely smashed at the end of it. Taught me the basics of just Thai fighting style and then put me through my paces on mitts and pads. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend instead...
