The resort is a plus, the rooms does not look like how its potrayed in pics but its okay! Me and my husband loved the food rum cave by the chef’s especially the woman.. At 1461 we go for dinner and breakfast we sometimes see the same sets of servers but one always seem to remember my drink order , mr Jeanquan he is fantastic with the service and keeps our drinks coming while checking up on us either by the pool or in the restaurant, Le bateau, mrs Allison and Jonathan keeps up entertained while whipping up our drinks even if there is bees surrounding the bar, they are so brave! We sometimes see the 1461 staff up there as-well working in the sun. Hurricane hole mrs Tamika i believe, she always greets us with a warm welcome when approaching our table then giving us great service The asian place kazia and rashida are awesome in their little restaurant, they are amazing Thank you for making us enjoy our stay at zoetry guys we will be coming back! We had our honeymoon here, it was a gorgeous hotel. On check in we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which had a lovely view over Marigot Bay. The hotel staff couldn't do enough for you. The food let the hotel down slightly with a lot of what we would class as American food, we would have preferred some more local options. One night there was a 'creole' night which was fantastic, more of these would have been nice. One other thing to be aware of is although there are a lot of signs up saying people can't reserve sunbeds, they do and none of the hotel staff stops them or moves there things. This really let the hotel down as it was a case of either getting up early to reserve a sunbed or not have one. There wasn't a lot going on in Marigot Bay whilst we were here which is what we wanted but if you want to eat out and explore the local area, a taxi was needed. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a fantastic time. We can’t fault anything. All facilities, hotel staff, the spa , service were amazing. Delicious food !! We highly recommend a stay at this resort. Excursions are well organised and worth the experience to see other parts of the island.

Definitely a five star for myself and my partner as we enjoyed our day pass celebrating my wife’s birthday. We chose Zoetry due unfortunate reasons at another resort and I must say I was in awe at the impeccable customer service from booking to check in bar service restaurant and pool service as well. Everyone was so welcoming and eager to help and definitely treated us like royalty. The staff also sang their rendition of happy birthday and reminded my wife of how special she was. Thank you soooooo much Zoetry for an amazing experience and I can’t wait to come back ✅

Excellent, attentive service from Renata and her staff throughout the dining establishments at Zoetry. Whether poolside, elegant evening dining, or grabbing a bite at Hurricane Hole, courteous and effective wait staff made for enjoyable dining experiences!

The experience did not stop there, the Staff at the Coco Café made sure that we left nothing to imagination with an amazing selection of coffee, pastries, ice cream and shakes. The staff were great- helpful with smiles. Just not a fan of buffets. I'd rather have an order off a menu. Had a great older and mimosas. Very nice music and staff cleared table immediately. Hilda etc were super nice. Pretty tables. We did have to ask for a napkin....

Our stay here was from 12/2/2025-26/2/2025. Overlooking the marina in beautiful Marigot Bay, it’s hard to imagine anywhere with more arresting views. The staff who run it are an absolute joy. Everything is done with a smile and it’s clear that they really do want you to enjoy your holiday....

Our stay here was from 12/2/2025-26/2/2025. Overlooking the marina in beautiful Marigot Bay, it’s hard to imagine anywhere with more arresting views. The staff who run it are an absolute joy. Everything is done with a smile and it’s clear that they really do want you to enjoy your holiday. Hurricane Hole and the pool bar are both consistently excellent. Cave is quite good too, the pork ribs especially good. The alcohol on offer is generally great, with some great European spirits. I just don’t understand how anyone could fail to have a good time here. The nature of the team that run the hotel is infectious. I would love to be able to name all those who went the extra mile but, I have to stop somewhere so here goes: Mark - Hurricane Hole bar. Greatest Margaritas on the planet. Lovely guy. Nathalia- Hurricane Hole breakfast. Outstanding service. Della - Concierge. A joy, so helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel. Allison and Breanna - Pool bar/restaurant. Crikey, both work so hard and so fast. Always with a broad smile. Every day when they were there was an even better day. Nicholas - Bars. Knew what we were having before we even got to the bar. Absolute star. Finally, Ernie - Security. Always happy, very helpful and a great guy to chat to. He told us loads about the island and the culture. Just brilliant. Great hotel, great people, great culture, fantastic location and my oh my, what a beautiful island.

We were not expecting much because we had been moved there from another Hyatt Hotel and we were not keen but this hotel is lovely and we were so glad that we had been moved !! The hotel is sympathetically built in wood that blends in unlike most hotels we saw. Our room was enormous and clean with a great view and very comfortable bed. Our view was of this beautiful Bay , breathtakingly pretty and a joy to wake up to each morning. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. I would have given this hotel 5 stars but for minor matters . Change the awful piped music in the bars which was on a loop and had terrible covers . The App was a great idea but was not kept up to date so we missed activities. The restaurant which you pay extra for had no atmosphere at all and the food was not as good as in the all inclusive restaurants. Otherwise we loved it. PS take the amazing Sunset Cruise and Joys Adventure trip .

I went to Zoetry Marigot Bay St Lucia for my birthday on a Day Pass with my Partner. Stacy at Hurricane Hole was our server she was very helpful and kind. Arthur was a great help by giving us directions to the pool area. We spent the rest of the day near the pool with Jonathan, Nigel, & Ronny. They kept us entertained and the drinks were Amazing. Shout out to Sunshine on the great food at the swim up bar. Let's just say 10/10 would recommend.

I surprised my wife with this trip for her 35th birthday and it was the relaxing break we needed. From the transportation to the resort and the check in process with Annalise, it was a breeze. Our representative from UVC was absolutely amazing, Johann made sure we didn’t want for a thing and made each day seamless. We were able to get the concierge to book us on excursions last minute because we couldn’t make up our mind. And then our day to day meals and pool time was always top tier because of the service of Hilda, Malcom, Dione, Jaquan, and Sean. No matter if it was drinks or food, the service was always exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back and send people because of our experience. There wasn’t any part of the vacation that we would change but we definitely would do it again. Thank you all for a marvelous experience.
