I’m writing this review whilst on my sunbed the day before we come home.
We arrived 23rd Nov for a week and booked with Love holidays- flights, transfers etc all spot on.
Arriving at the hotel we were told to take a seat and then we checked in with a glass of fizz and chocolate covered strawberries and were added to the WhatsApp group with our ‘assistants’ which is a really good set up- you can ask for anything and you get a really quick response.
Room- we had a land view room on the first floor of the main building- but land view is also lovely- it overlooked a pool and is set back from the quiet road outside. Rooms are basic but spotlessly clean. Good pressure in the shower and a pod coffee machine, mini bar has nuts, chocolate, fizzy drinks, water and beer. Toiletries are good, there’s a body sponge, razor and shaving cream, toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton wool, l’occitane shampoo, conditioner & soap and there were mini bottles of body wash. You also get robes and slippers. Really well equipped! Also, you can take as many things of the above as you need from the spa.
Food- we ate at the main restaurant, cuisine 24 and the steak restaurant. Both restaurants offer an appetiser board, several starters and salads and then a good selection of mains to choose from. The steak restaurant costs a 25 euro supplement pp, which is well worth the money. Steaks are excellent and service is great. Due to it being the ‘winter programme’ no other Al a cartes were open but we enjoyed eating at each. As with every all inclusive it does get a little repetitive, but I’ve not had one bad meal here. Also, ordering a glass of wine with tea we were brought a new bottle each time which was opened in front of us and the bottle left on the table - lovely touch.
At lunch Vista Bar serves burgers etc and cuisine 24 is also open.
Patisserie is also lovely with lots of choice and lovely chocolates!
Bars- again due to the more limited winter programme only really The lobby bar and Vista open- but both were really nice to sit in. There was entertainment in both at 9pm, we enjoyed the vista as they had a few quiz’s and more lively feeling. You can get snacks with your drinks- nuts and crisps- which is a really nice touch. Ahmet who works in the Lobby bar is really friendly and appears to love his job! There is also a games room with pool tables, bowling and arcade games as well as a cinema room incase of bad weather- which are all free of charge.
Grounds- lovely, the pool area and view out to sea are beautiful and I watched the most beautiful sunset from the pier.
Drinks- great choice, fizz is the best I’ve had at an all inclusive, lots of staff around to take orders ( QR codes not in operation at this time of year) and cocktails were lovely and as everyone says served in the correct glass which makes all the difference.
It’s really quiet area, we walked into Side old town twice and it took us 35 mins, there is a bus you can get outside the hotel ( number 11) but there seems to be no set time it’s arrives and the 10 bus back from Side is also hit and miss.
The first few days weather wise was clear but windy we defo needed coats but we’ve had 4 days of heat and the temp has been lovely. We stayed at Miramare Beach in March and I do slightly prefer that hotel ( I’ve written a review) and we’ve booked to come back in Feb but staying at the Barut Herema as it’s a little closer to Side old town.
However, we’d happily stay here again, lovely hotel, lovely spot on the coast and all the staff are friendly. Some great touches that we’ve not had a hotel previously.

We had a very nice time at the hotel as a family. The rooms are very clean and this is the same throughout the facility. I think the best point about this facility is the food, we had really delicious food and all the staff in the restaurant and other food and beverage departments are really very interested and friendly. They do their best.
The personal assistant service is also at a very good point. They instantly deal with every problem and find a solution and take care of everything. There were many packages I sent to the hotel and I would like to thank them for taking care of all of them one by one without getting bored.
The reception service is also very adequate and satisfactory.
I would like to thank all the staff and the management team again and again :)

Perfect, luxurious week in the sun

Cannot fault it. I’m lying on my sunbed on day 6 and I cannot think of a single bad thing to say. Branded drinks served in a glass (no plastic!) served at anytime, and via a QR code on your sunbed, so you don’t even have to stand up and queue at a bar was luxurious. We were never unable to get a good sunbed. Small touches like your room being cleaned twice a day to a Personal Assistant assigned to you at check-in made everything feel very special and above and beyond any other hotel I’ve stayed in.
The staff were all friendly and professional. The entertainment was top class. Food was always tasty (I don’t think I left anything on my plate the whole week) and available 24/7. I honestly don’t think I could improve on this hotel. We will definitely be back!

The most amazing week, absolutely faultless.
As we arrived we were met by our assistants which made every effort for us to relax and get our holiday started.
We were taken to our bungalow room which was breathtaking, The nighttime entertainment was really something else.
The hotel, staff and everyone working in the Voyage sorgun did an amazing job at making our dream holiday and the food and drink was excellent.
The extra restaurants are really worth going to as the food is a real step up. We thought the QR codes on all sunbeds and drinking areas gave it the extra special touch.

We thought we’d escape for a bit of sun in October and boy did we get it. Voyage Sorgun do everything they can to make your stay relaxing and special. You are appointed Assistants via What App who meet you and deal with all your requests. We had the pleasure of Janara and Alexandr - Alexandr kindly arranged a special sushi session, Janara hunted down a lost item. Both 10/10. THANK YOU. The hotel is large but very efficient and you are never queuing up for food and added bonus of no inclusive bands or room numbers required.
The hotel has the best premier drinks, and food choices for everyone. Caters for all nationalities and food preferences and enquire of any food allergies. The al la carte restaurants are worth a little extra cost with the Greek providing you a bit of a Mama Mia feel. The Italian done great specials. The patessiere is heaven on earth, for both little and big kids like moi 😜 Activities galore throughout the day in own area and all looked like having fun (sorry I cant review these as cocktail menu was my specialist subject, and a shout out to all the bar staff…even knocked up my favourite Cointreau and baileys 😜). I would say it would be nice to have maitre d at the main restaurant as can get very busy/daunting when first use. Also whilst there are lots of beds and pools to choose from, the premier areas like the adult pier is always a nice shade of blue towels before 8am! I travelled with my husband this time but I travel with family too and also with it’s a 5/5 for families but 4/5 for me when travelling as a couple as would have liked an adult bar and restaurant area. If feeling adventurous Side on the dolmus is a great hour or two away from hotel for only 1 euro per person. Thank you everyone for a great holiday
