My ladyfriend and I stayed at the Villa Marina Capri Hotel and Spa in August 2024. What to say? The property has a great view and we had a beautiful room that was expertly maintained with a high level of attention to detail. Also they have a tremendous restaurant/bar and top notch guest service. Very attentive staff that bent over backwards to give us every accommodation. Short shuttle ride to the center of town. A+, highly recommended to stay in Capri.

This hidden gem of a property was perfection from start to finish. The staff was courteous helpful and friendly while the grounds were serene lush and romantic. Our room was large and the shuttle service was very helpful. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at this beautiful family run hotel for our 1st year wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived to the moment we had to leave we had the best experience with amazing service and amenities available. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we received turndown services every evening with fresh slippers and water by our bedside this was a lovely touch. The breakfast in the morning had a huge variety of food all to a 5star standard. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus into capri and the port which help save on taxi fares and it was super easy to access. The shuttle bus drivers were very friendly and gave us great tourist locations to visit to get the best views and experiences on the island. We felt very welcome and well looked after and we would definitely stay here again. What a beautiful experience and with the most wonderful views from our balcony.

We stayed at the Villa Marina Capri on a recent trip to Capri. The hotel was absolutely beautiful in a spectacular setting. Everything was immaculate and seemed brand new. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Everyone at the hotel was extremely gracious especially the front desk staff, the driver of the complimentary shuttle and the spa staff. We hope to return someday in the future.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in a Garden Suite on our three week tour through Italy. Not only was the room lovely and comfortable, but the grounds of the hotel itself are beautiful! The staff was especially helpful in making dining recommendations and assuring we had transportation for everywhere we wanted to go. I was initially concerned that the location may not be ideal (not in the center of Capri town or too close to the madness that is the marina), but honestly, it was perfect! We felt close to everything but secluded from the tourist craziness. The restaurant on site is EXCELLENT! Do not miss having dinner there! The breakfast was a combination of buffet and made to order, and again, both the food and service were exceptional. We loved our stay at the Villa Marina and highly recommend!

On the day of arrival, I called Villa Marina while on the ferry to be picked up. Not realizing how short the ferry was from Sorrento I probably called a little late. We had no idea if someone would have our name on a board or what we were looking...

On the day of arrival, I called Villa Marina while on the ferry to be picked up. Not realizing how short the ferry was from Sorrento I probably called a little late. We had no idea if someone would have our name on a board or what we were looking for as our driver. After waiting about 15 minutes we gave up and took a taxi. I don't know if they hadn't sent someone yet or we just had no idea what we were looking for. Hotel is a five-minute ride up the hill to our villa. We were greeting and sent up to have a drink while our room was getting the final touches. The room was beautiful, with a beautiful view of the sea. Upon heading back to the ferry, buy your tickets through the hotel..you pay a little more but you meet a guy at the port and he managed to get us on the arriving ferry (not the one we were booked on) and not have to wait another 30 min hanging around. Totally worth the extra couple of dollars! PRO's, location! Stunning POOL, comfy loungers, restaurant, and shuttle to town. Even though this location is not walkable to town (yet there is a grocery store around the corner) it was easy to catch a ride with the complimentary van/rickshaw. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. Great cocktails. CONS - pillows were pretty flat and could use an update and the balcony was super tiny (although they have rooms with larger terraces). When we arrived, there were not even chairs to sit, yet the second day we requested, and the housekeeping provided us some. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view even if it was tiny. The grounds of this hotel are beautiful, and the staff was pleasant. To the owner and staff...The only thing I have to note is that I tried to book 10 months in advance (maybe too early). When I contacted your hotel directly, they told me they had no rooms available, yet Expedia had availability. I, personally, like to book direct if at all possible. I booked through Expedia. Upon ditching my CC I reserved this room with, I contacted the hotel directly (4 months or so before arrival) with questions about this CC change. They told me I needed to change on Expedia (which I did) even though it is Hotel book (meaning the hotel ends up charging your card not Expedia). A day before arriving I receive a message saying that there was a problem with payment and I needed to resolve within 24 hours to keep my reservation. This was a little stressful as I did not have cell service and only relied on WiFi. All was good in the end but could have been easily avoided as I previously brought this to your attention.
