We asked for late check out and was given to us for free. Overall an excellent experience.

What a beautiful hotel! Looks like it good be used in a tv set and you can imagine the grandeur of years past both with the elegance and vibe. The staff are so friendly and personable. Convenient to tourist attractions. Lovely fresh bread and tasty food options at breakfast. Fresh juice and Prosecco also offered. We had some drinks from the minibar in our room after doing lots of walking. The hotel has a restaurant & a bar which offers tapas in the evening. Saturday night we intended to try however they had a private event. When we returned to our room on Saturday evening not only had the bed been turned down but slippers put at the side of the bed. Such warm and welcoming service from everyone. Will return!

We spent 2 nights at Villa Agrippina in the Panoramic Suite for NYE. The terrace had incredible views of the fireworks and was the highlight of our trip. We really enjoyed the additional perks with the room including the golf cart tour of the city, private transfer and complimentary food & drinks. The service was mostly good although we had a few issues, especially with miscommunication from concierge. For me, the spa facilities, breakfast and the interior decor let the hotel down a little. However, we still had a very special trip.

This is the second time that my wife and I stayed in this hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the facilities are great, and the breakfast is excellent. What we really enjoyed though, was the great service provided by the staff of the hotel. We plan on coming back for sure !

Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast with so many options. The environment is lovely with easy access to transport, restaurants and shops. This hotel was booked via British Airways with our flight. Thanks to BA and Agrippina villa staff.

Hotel is beautiful inside and out, just a short walk from the Vatican. The staff was outstanding, rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with fresh, healthy options for everyone. Overall, highly recommend staying here when you visit Rome.

Amazing 5 stars hotel, We had a graet experiance. Clean, comfortable and luxuriance. The staff is so kind, they help with everithing. We took a room with a bath, the bad was very good. The spa was graet. the hotel placed walking distance to the main city.

Our stay was superb from start to finish. As it was our wedding anniversary, the reception staff gave us a free room upgrade with prosecco and cake and a handwritten personalised note - a lovely touch. The staff went above and beyond and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was fantastic - excellent choice from cooked to continental and cakes and pastries. The bar area, although expensive, was a lovely chilled place to relax in the evening after a lot of walking! Luca was kind and attentive when recommending wines and beers, always making sure we had what we needed. The tapas selection was very good and a perfect snack after a big lunch! On our last full day, we treated ourselves to a couples massage. We used the spa facilities and outdoor jacuzzi, and had champagne and strawberries - another lovely touch. Special mention to Bernadette - it was the best massage I've ever had in my life! And also for Bernadette's recommendation of Bacco in Trastevere for dinner that evening. We wanted local and authentic which is exactly what we got! The hotel was perfectly located for us. A short walk to St Peter's Basilica, 15-20mins to the Vatican Museums and around 15-20 mins to reach Centro Storico and the Trevi Fountain etc. Easy access to Trastevere. Would recommend getting a taxi to the Colosseum as it's a 40 minute walk, although we did walk back. Thank you so much to everyone at Villa Agrippina for making our stay so memorable :)

The air conditioner in our room would not turn on. We talked to someone at the front desk and he said that he would have someone take a look. Still no air conditioner,and the room was uncomfortably warm. We asked again and learned that the room temperature was controlled at the front desk. After 2 days, we were finally comfortable. The light switches are ridiculous. There are multiple lights attached to each panel and it's impossible to see which light is controlled by what button. The fridge is loaded with snacks and drinks, but don't touch them - 9 euros for a small soda. We were told that the in-house restaurant opened at 11am. We arrived at 11:30 and learned that the restaurant was open but they would not serve food until 12. The hotel is located outside of the historic district and we found only one restaurant within walking distance. Taxi fees added up quickly.

It was an absolutely incredible stay for us. From first glance the villa is expansive right in the heart of the city. The driveway vast with smiling porters greeting us from far away to help us with luggage. Our check in process was so kind and enjoyable. The room was beautiful with a california king bed and very soft pillows and comfortable bedding. Checkout was smooth. The restaurant had incredible food. The buffet breakfast is worth experiencing. All in all we are so glad to have stayed here and are looking to go back again!
