Phenomenal experience. Food, pool, room, and service were spectacular. Israel and Vicky did an amazing job of helping us with any and everything we needed to make our anniversary special. The detail to service at the Viceroy is second to none.

We had reservations for the full moon dinner. Daniel and David were our servers for our evening. The food was absolutely amazing and the attention from the both a ten!. I would absolutely celebrate another milestone here again. Anyone who wants an outstanding evening and culinary experience, visit the Viceroy.

Highly recommend the Spa treatment at Viceroy. Everyone very accommodating, Alberto was our guider and he was very helpful. Our massage therapist Nancy and Mika were amazing and did a great job. One of the best massages we have ever experienced in our lives!

Amazing stay at the Viceroy. Huge shout out to Abraham and Samantha at Nido. They were the BEST of the best! Favorite service we had at the resort for my wife and I’s honeymoon. They went above and beyond to make it very special for us. 10/10 will be returning.

What a beautiful resort! The staff, amenities and service have all been five star. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your stay and experience is perfect. Naian Cristina at the spa was amazing! I had her as my therapist for a massage and it was perfection!

The hotel sss really beautiful but the highlight of the hotel was the butler service from Israel and Vicki whenever we needed anything such as dinner reservations and any other services they were there to help us with all our needs Ava constantly checking in with us

Incredible service, excellent food, gorgeous and spacious rooms and the friendliest staff! We loved Ismael! Hector gave us the most fun tequila tasting. Restaurants on the property were so good and also the hotel is very close to Flora Farms and Acre. Already planning our next trip.

Lastly the rooms are heaven the ocean view suite upgrade was worth it!

The service is top notch including our server Rosie, our bartenders Efrain & Jovani and our incredible butlers, Jennifer & Laura as well as everyone else who was kind enough to help us on our trip. The location is perfect - quiet and calm but a quick 8 min drive into San Jose with also several shops and cafes across the street in case you want to walk somewhere. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!
