Upcoming 1 week stay and already a terrible experience with the concierge. I’m spending $25k at this place and after multiple whatsapp messages directly with them, they defer back to sending someone else a request via email to setup a simple dinner reservation. Then I email them and they don’t respond for like 6-7 hours and after another message they are gone til the next day. How hard is it to get someone in on a WhatsApp message and just make a dinner reservation. I’ve gotten better service at 3 star hotels, I’m sorry to say. It’s like they just give you the run around and really show no interest in taking care of the guest. Even when you’re spending money with them and trying to book a dinner to spend even more money. Places like this get too big, charge lots of money, then forget about the service part of things, which is what matters. Disappointed already.

You can’t quite understand the beauty of a place until you are away from it for a little bit. I just found my key fob for Las Ventanas…. The nostalgia and it’s only been a week. It’s a special spot. The service level is top notch. The setting and suites are impeccable. The only kink in our stay was food, but they were very responsive on any negative feedback. They deserve all of the marks that you see.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Las Ventanas! The service was outstanding, with everyone on-property bringing a happy and positive experience to guests. The welcome ‘ceremony’ upon arrival was an especially good note to begin on. We loved the Sea Grill and Taco Shop restaurants. Arbol was not really our favorite, but we may have been too adventurous with our order. The Super Bowl event was also such a fun and unique experience. The overall resort was incredibly well maintained and had a really wonderful vibe. We highly recommend. Fun perk: The whale-watching right off shore! Just a delight.

We just returned from the most perfect babymoon at LVP!! Truly could not have been a better experience. Pedro, Arturo and Fernando our butlers were so attentive and assisted us so kindly and professionally! David at the pool came through with the leg pillow to make me more comfortable (SUCH an incredible detail), and Saul at Arbol made us feel so special both times we visited the restaurant. The warmth and welcoming of the staff is genuine and that authenticity elevates the status of the property and the experience and makes it totally worth it. It really does separate the experience from any other in Cabo. In fact, we spent two additional days at a different, comparable class property, and the experience did not even compare. The level of sophistication at LVP is distinguished all by the staff, and they're honestly the best of any Rosewood property, and hotel, we've ever been to. Thank you so much for making our last trip before we become "mom and dad" so special and memorable!!

We keep coming back to Las Ventanas because - there is nothing better in Cabo - it’s simply above and beyond all other hotels on every level. There is no need to leave the property because the 3 restaurants are on point and the on property Speakeasy is first class, they have the best live music, everyone in the room was dancing when we were there. We get the same room every time we come because it is right in front of the adult pool which has an infinity edge looking over to the beach. It’s simply the best location in any hotel we’ve ever stayed at on a beach anywhere in the world! The rooms are so comfortable. The bedding is divine. The breakfast is something I look so forward to. They’ll deliver it to your room or you can go to the restaurant and enjoy. It’s nice to have access to the spa to steam and cold plunge. Our butlers Karla and Francisco were helpful with dinners, transportation and overall service. The manager Sebastian has the best crew in the hotel industry. Everyone on property is trained so well and are happy and kind and friendly every time they see you , and it doesn’t feel fake. It feels genuine. We will be back!

Rosewood Cabo is, quite frankly, a resort that is nearly flawless. The service is impeccable and friendly (our butlers Arturo and Luis made were not only friendly and a delight to interact with but helped with a spectacular room upgrade and more). The rooms themselves are spacious and stunningly appointed with a local design aesthetic that is both comfortable and artistic. Im not a big foodie but the cuisine and drinks here are memorable and worth every penny. With most resorts in Cabo, it’s unsafe to go into the ocean but there is a small beach about a 10 minute walk away where it’s safe to get in if you so desire. Don’t hesitate about coming to this Rosewood.

If i could, i would give Las Ventanas 10 stars. This hotel is incredible and the service is top notch. We travelled here to get engaged (complete surprise to my fiancé). The staff at last ventanas helped plan everything ahead of time, and didnt even give a hint that something special was coming. A special shoutout to the romance director Paola Martinez, reservations director Fernando Roland and our suite butler Fernando. Each of them along with their teams found a way to make this stay unforgettably romantic and meaningful. Throughout our stay, we were surprised with thoughtful gifts in our room or at dinner. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing. The food was also amazing. Every single dish we had was a home run. They have several restaurants with the most impressive being Sea Grill in terms of taste. All boast beautiful views. Breakfast is also fantastic with a huge diversity of options. Another beautiful touch are the tree art installations peppered throughout the property. You have to see them in person to appreciate their beauty, but some pictures are included in this review. Last but not least, our room was beautiful. We had a king ocean view junior suite with terrace. Absolutely incredible!! The views of La Plaza and the ocean were breathtaking. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable and provided great sleep. The air conditioning and fans were on-point. The bathrooms were beautiful with a great soaking tub that fits 2 people comfortably. Every day you are also provided complimentary treats from the bakery at the end of your bed. We have both travelled a lot in our lives, and we can both say that Las Ventanas al Paraiso is at the very top of our experiences. We cannot wait to return!

We stayed for 7 nights in June. We enjoyed the resort very much. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The resort is beautiful and was very quiet even though they were apparently full. The food was also very good and lots to choose from. The beach is walkable but not really bare foot friendly and rip tides prevent you from going in the water. Room service was good but turn down service came really early ( 5:30 pm) usually when we were showering and relaxing after being out all day. The internet was just ok, fluctuating at times. We went to La Botica , live music was good but drinks were over priced. Overall good experience.

Where do we start? This is by far the most astute service property that I’ve been to. From the room butler team of Myra, Edmon and Gerson to the adult pool team to the teams at all of the restaurants to the fitness team. Within 24 hours, everyone knows your name and within 48 hours they anticipate what you want. The property is well kept, rooms beautiful and spacious. We loved it so much that we extended a few days. Just know that this property is not for the price sensitive consumer. There are taxes and service charges that quickly add up on top of price premiums of a property of this stature. Tip: while there is a 15% service charge on everything that is shared by the staff, adding an additional goes a long way and is very much appreciated. If you book this property- you won’t be sorry.

LV is THE BEST in Cabo! We just returned from our week in Cabo after having to exit so quickly back in October due to the hurricane. We had to go back to get the full experience since our prior one was cut short. Celebrated a monumental birthday and they provided a birthday treat at dinner one evening as well as a mariachi birthday greeting upon arrival. Excellent property, super clean rooms & grounds, staff is very accommodating, any issues are resolved quickly, food is great, views are amazing and the pool staff is the most attentive of any resort I have ever visited. Pool staff provides sunscreen, iced buckets of water and chilled Evian to mist yourself. They come around with fresh juices, fruit or popsicles a couple of times a day at the pool. Butlers are assignees to you at arrival and they are available on an app for all your needs. No matter what it is they will handle it. Rooftop OF Jr suites are the best accommodation for the views. Saw whales everyday and it was the very end of the season. Plenty of space, nice bathrooms with incredible water pressure, sheets are fabulous. Bottles of water provided during entire stay and they place a little mini pie in your room each day. The Sea Grill restaurant is our fave on property. The spa is just a normal spa, nothing overly special about it and the massage we had was ok. My sister in law had a different therapist and said her massage was fabulous. So it depends on who you get. My daughter and sister in law both said to ask for Martha if you get a massage. Breakfast is included each day with many options and they are all terrific at The Sea Grill. The Sunset Bar was only open for a few weeks because it depends not the rising tides. The hotel cannot leave it setup year round or it would wash away. If you can go in March or April you will get to experience it. It was probably the BEST meal, service and ambiance we have ever had at any resort. We got to see the hotel's "graduation" ceremony one evening for the employees that were having a one year anniversary. It was so sweet to see how much the hotel values and cares for their staff. We are going back in a few weeks and hope to go to their La Botica speakeasy on our next trip as it looks fun. Go try LV in Cabo...you won't be disappointed!

We came to eat at this resort on the last night of our trip. The food was amazing and ALL of the staff at the resort were really nice. The exceptional treatment and overall positive attitude of all of the staff really made our experience here so special.
