Now that normality is resuming and we are over the long flight home I wanted to leave a review of our honeymoon stay. I was so very anxious about coming to TRS given other reviews I had seen on here, but we are so glad we paid no heed and didn’t switch! Our stay was phenomenal and will definitely be back! One of our main concerns was the loungers situation, and I never had a single problem! If you are showing up at 11 then yeah you will probably have an issue, but who wants to waste that much of the day?? Room - we were in villa 61 which I was dubious about at first as I thought I would want to be closer to infinity, but I am so glad we weren’t. It was so chill and not far from anything at all really! We loved walking around so it was perfect. Our butlers were phenomenal and could not have asked for better. There were some tiny glitches but nothing to whinge about! Massive thanks to Christian, Luiso, Moses and Susanna for being so very attentive during our stay! I have to do a special shoutout to our villas housekeeper, Laura! She was phenomenal and on her days off we definitely noticed a difference in standard! We had a private plunge junior suite and loved it. We did need damp rid x 3 during our stay, but I was prepared bringing these so it was okay. We loved using our pool in the mid afternoon when we had been in the sun from early, it was a fantastic reprieve to cool down a bit, but I certainly didn’t find it cold. It really will depend on how much sun hits it, but we prefer a cool dip anyway so we were happy. Helios - we loved Helios for breakfast! We preferred buffet as it is just phenomenal in choice and freshness! The staff here work so hard and like across the entire resort, so very welcoming. Thank you to all in Helios and a special thanks to Omar and Cindy who went above and beyond in always making sure we were attended too with a welcoming smile. El gaucho - beautiful setting and so much potential, however it wasn’t our favourite I’m afraid. We just found the service to be a bit off such as being brought wrong drinks, wrong dessert. Not the end of the world, but just not same standard as others and I wasn’t a huge fan of the steak. La Boheme 🥰🥰🥰 just phenomenal! Service, ambience and the food was 5 star! We went twice during our stay as we loved it that much. Many thanks to Alfonza, Edwin and Cindy amongst all the others whose names we cannot recall! The Brie starter and Lamb shank are out of this world! Tentazione is equally phenomenal! I just can’t fault it in any way. We are very sad to be home and not to be able to cook to your standards! It’s a reason to be back though 😜 Likewise capricho is outstanding!! Our favourite meal there is a tie with la boheme and capricho Mexican night on a Sunday! It was a whole other level of flavours 😍 We paid to do chic and didn’t for one second regret that decision! The whole show was fantastic and the food was a journey of surprise! The only thing I struggled with was not getting out of my seat and dancing all night! 💃🏼 As it was my husbands birthday I also booked a romantic meals at the on site Cenote with a shaman and a Mayan love ritual! It was honestly such a special night and worth every penny! We were looked after by Gabriel and he was such a pleasure serving us - 8 courses though! Phenomenal food but needed to be rolled out of there 🙈😂 We also used the spa for couples massage and my god what a relaxation! We had fernando and another man but I can’t recall his name! They were amazing and it was the best Swedish massage I have ever had! Overall this resort is amazing! I just cannot fault it, it was paradise! The only thing that brought our experience down a little was other guests being inconsiderate of others. We had a few experiences of speakers being used and just people not being considerate and lying on beds watching shows or TikTok’s loudly and not using headphones. It’s just inconsiderate of other peoples tranquillity and I left areas a few times due to it. Staff however were right on sorting speakers as it’s not allowed! Likewise I was surprised that dress codes weren’t being adhered to at restaurants and really felt for the staff having to deal with that! It was a lot of sports wear and large loud groups. I do wonder if it was because it was beginning of spring break for some?? If so I think I would just avoid this time of year personally. That being said, I cannot wait to re-book!! 🥰🥰🥰

A huge shoutout to Caesar at the TRS Beach Club—he made our Bali bed experience truly unforgettable, ensuring everything was perfect and making us feel extra special. Our room butlers, Maggie and Andrea, were fantastic! They went above and beyond, taking care of all our dinner reservations and offering wonderful suggestions for activities around the resort. Their warm and attentive service made our stay seamless and stress-free. The restaurants at TRS Yucatán were phenomenal, with La Bohème and El Gaucho standing out as our absolute favorites. La Bohème transported us straight to Paris with its elegant ambiance and exquisite French cuisine, while El Gaucho served up perfectly cooked steaks in a vibrant and welcoming setting. Every meal was a highlight, with exceptional flavors and impeccable service. We also had an amazing experience at Zentropia Spa—our massages were beyond relaxing and exactly what we needed to unwind. The TRS Yucatán is a stunning resort with impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and a staff that truly cares about creating a memorable experience. Oscar was so lovely and the ribeye was so delicious it made our whole trip!! the steak was cooked exactly how we asked and it came out very quick. the soup was fantastic as well. We had the frozen passionfruit mezcalritas and they were so good!!!

Had a fantastic time at the TRS Yucatan Mexico , Tentazione restaurant and was made to feel special by our fabulous waiter, Saul the service from all members of staff was outstanding throughout our meal. Thank you very for a great evening and excellent food.

We booked a last-minute getaway with TRS, and we had a great vacation. It was exactly what we needed. The room, food, and amenities were all excellent. Our favourite restaurants were Capricho (breakfast), Helios (lunch & dinner), and El Gaucho. The Chic Cabaret performance was a must-see, and bingo was way more entertaining than expected. The gym was probably one of the best hotel/resort gyms we used. The staff were attentive and helpful. We highly recommend this resort.

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at a TRS hotel. The staff is amazing! Always friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculately manicured. The pools were crystal clear. The food… the food! Everything is freshly prepared and tasted amazing! I would be remiss to not mentioned how everything smelled wonderful! The only issue was getting rides to or from our bungalow. Likely this was simply due to the shear number of people staying during spring break. Recommend Palladium Group TRS hotels 100%!

My experiences was a 10/10 and we would like to go back with the entire family when we get a chance.

Manuel was our server at Helios for dinner and he was amazing! He delivered incredible service tonight and made dinner a wonderful experience. Karen and Kimberly were wonderful hostesses and greeted us with warm smiles. Very enjoyable dinner!
