It was with a lot of optimism when I researched a destination for our winter holiday. I knew it was a tall order for any single property to offer what we wanted: - luxury - unpretentiousness - all-inclusive - made for foodies - heart-pumping activities - no children Triple Creek Ranch ticked all of these, and beyond. There were the little details of leaving trip tokens in our cabin (a TCR leather bookmark on my book, printed photos of us enjoying activities and dinner), hot cider and a rotating menu of cookies and treats you could grab any time, experienced staff who’ve been there a decade and who will work with you on a custom plan for your hike up Bitterroot (and furnish you with hot soup to take with you), and the festive, customised boxes of treats delivered on Xmas morning. We stayed in the spacious Castle Rock cabin, with a fireplace (refreshed daily), double bathroom with steam shower, and a jacuzzi. Room is overflowing with snacks (trail mix, kettle potato chips, fresh fruit, cookies, chocolate bars) and they refresh those daily too. Outside vistas are like Ansel Adams photographs. Majestic and dreamy. A picture perfect winter wonderland in December. Skiing is included and worth it. I went from n00b to blue runs in 3 days. Lost Trail Mountain is a spectacular place to learn and have fun. TCR staff loaned me the things I didn’t have (waterproof jacket and pants, goggles), and always sent us out with a huge packed lunch which we’d customise the day before (loved the turkey, Brie and huckleberry sandwich, and Nick’s killer chilli). There are specified drop off and pick up times, but TCR kindly flexed for us when we called saying we wanted to come back a bit earlier. They’ll always pick you up with hot cider, or hot chocolate, whatever you like. Yoga and meditation (also included) were great. Jzhilnar gave me a tough yoga session (per my request), while the session with a larger group led by Kelly was more relaxing. We also enjoyed using the infrared sauna. Give them 30 mins notice to warm it up for you. Massages cost extra but were also very good after a whole lot of skiing (note TCR does not have a spa; you can get massages in the dedicated treatment rooms, or your cabin). Food straddles the line well between fine dining, and “something for everyone.” There are elegant amuse bouches with caviar, and seared foie gras, as well as the best breakfast potato hash brown I’ve ever had, and a rustic white bean soup with ham hock. We loved the bison tenderloin, lobster scramble, beef cheek, and the fancy take on crunchy chicken parmigiana. It was so hard to say no to dessert! And big shout-outs to the rotating breads, a different one every day (soft pretzel bread, focaccia, cheese and chive biscuit, sesame bread, and the richest butter to slather on). If you are more health conscious, you’ll do fine - the stone cut oats were my go-to breakfast, and they have a great mocktail beverage list for non-drinkers. I also really appreciated that entrees can be prepared in half portions (in case you lack self control, which I sure as hell do). It was always a pleasure to end an action-packed day in the warm dining room by the fire. Live music is gentle and unobtrusive. Or skip the dining room and have your meal delivered to your cabin if you’re feeling antisocial. Make sure to grab a drink from the upstairs bar and hopefully Tony is around to mix it. He made me a velvety Xmas White Russian, and also gave me a taste of some impeccable peanut butter whiskey, which I asked him to turn into a PB&J cocktail, and he NAILED IT - he wrote down the recipe, so ask for it! Wifi coverage is available at the lodge and in your cabin. Signal is consistent but performance is just ok, it was often slow. But who cares, you should be out doing activities, or eating a really big sandwich. On the matter of cost and value - upfront I felt it was eye-wateringly expensive. I knew that when I signed up and my only concern was, will it live up to this? It did, resoundingly. I was stressed and exhausted ahead of this trip…and came away so relaxed I kind of forgot I even have a job. Big thanks to Sean, Catherine, Christie, Joshua, Katie, Heidi, Beverly, Dusty, Matt, Tony, Scott, Darby and all the other staff who made our holiday spectacular. Tips: - Get in touch with your activity coordinator and book your activities as soon as possible. Yes, even months in advance. - Ask for a half bottle of champagne and some OJ, and go drink mimosas in the OUTDOOR jacuzzi. No one else used it; we had it all to ourselves for 3 days, and a hot tub in the woods with gentle falling snow is a treat. - The forms for ordering lunch are a standard set of options, but you can be cheeky and ask for stuff not listed and they’ll probably accommodate you (i.e. that lusty turkey sandwich). - If it’s a clear night, ask them if you can use the telescope at Rider’s Roost. - See if they’re doing art tours with the property owner at his house. He tells some terrific stories and I enjoyed learning about Western art.

My husband, Mitch, and I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Montana for the first time in October 2024. After extensive research, we decided to stay at Triple Creek Ranch (TCR), and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Our three-night stay felt far too short for what we hope will be the first of many visits to this incredible destination. What made this trip truly unforgettable was the seamless combination of the warm and attentive TCR team, the outstanding cuisine and beverages, and the breathtaking beauty of Montana. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our experience exceeded expectations. From the thoughtful touches to the genuine care shown by the staff, it’s clear that TCR is committed to creating a one-of-a-kind guest experience. We stayed in the Trapper cabin, which was nothing short of perfection. Highlights included the steam shower, cozy fireplace, access to a golf cart, incredibly comfortable bed, inviting living room, and delightful daily snacks. Every evening, we were surprised with poetry and a sweet treat left on our pillows—a charming detail that truly made us feel pampered. The activities were another highlight of our stay. With the help of the TCR staff, we enjoyed a wide range of experiences, including horseback riding, yoga, candle and soap making, the sauna, pickle ball, nature hikes, archery, and axe throwing. Each activity was led by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team member who clearly loved their work, which added an extra layer of joy to every moment. We also rented a car from the Missoula, MT airport for the drive to Triple Creek Ranch. The scenic 90-minute journey was not only easy but also stunningly beautiful, offering us a perfect introduction to the landscape of Montana. We feel truly blessed to have had this experience and want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire TCR team for their compassion, meticulous attention to detail, and the love they put into making our stay so special. We’re already counting down the days until our next visit!

We stayed in the Castle Rock Cabin for five nights at the end of August. The trip and food exceeded our expectations. Other reviewers commented on the food, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Our cabin was very comfortable and a short walk from the main building where meals are served. Some of the cabins are in close proximity to other cabins, while others are more remote. We liked being able to walk to dinner, so Castle Rock was perfect for us. We enjoyed two horseback rides, a tour of the ranch, a river float tour, and yoga on a few days. The pool was especially nice for relaxing outside late afternoon. The only thing I would change would be to have done more horseback riding.

My husband and I spent five fabulous nights staying at the Triple Creek Ranch for our 35th anniversary. We stayed in the Castle rock cabin. Our room was fantastic. We had an oversized Jacuzzi tub in our room. That was wonderful after a day of activities. Our bed was very comfortable. We were able to connect to the Internet without any problems. There were two televisions in our room and we were able to connect our fire stick. Our room had two separate balconies unfortunately the weather was chilly and we did not spend as much time as we would’ve liked outside on the decks. The shower in the bathroom was huge and was a steam shower. The temperature in the room was very comfortable. The fireplace was easy to start. The refrigerator was fully stocked with all the drinks that we liked. Snacks and drinks were replenished daily. Every meal we had at the ranch was better than the previous meal. We enjoyed breakfast delivered to our room daily. The artwork throughout the property is stunning. We counted 26 pieces of art in our room. We were told that they rotate the art work, which is all original pieces. There are so many activities that are included in your stay that it would be very hard for you to become bored. The pool looked fantastic but unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the pool. We went on an amazing hike around the property. We got out of our comfort zone and had a fantastic Horse ride. I was able to experience the wine tasting with Alexandra which was phenomenal. We also did the private Chef’s dinner for two for our anniversary’s which was wonderful. We did a half day float trip with Rick(our guide) & his dog Nox. As for the staff, everyone was so welcoming and you were made to feel like family. We met so many guest that also felt like family. Upon arrival we were greeted byDusty. He gave us a tour of the property, took us to our room, explained everything in our room and delivered our luggage. Mac was the bartender and he was great. He mixed excellent drinks and was full of stories. One evening we chose to have dinner at the bar which was great because we got to interact with everyone. Alexandra was the host for the wine tasting and she was fabulous. Joshua and Cheryl, the restaurant managers were so warm and friendly. The chef’s Jake & Tony created amazing dishes every day for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Beverly at the front desk was so kind and friendly. Rhonda, the photographer took excellent pictures and she always had excellent recommendations. We would highly recommend Triple Creek Ranch for a truly wonderful mountain experience. Can’t wait to visit again.

Triple Creek is more than worthy of all of those five star reviews. The resort is off the charts pretty. The food is off the charts excellent. We did the Chef's Tasting- which was incredible- and there is no fall off from the Chef's Table to the regular Dining Room. The activities are a ton of fun. But what makes Triple Creek extraordinary is the service. And what makes the service so extraordinary is that the staff anticipates needs so much in advance that you don't need much service. Housekeeping did little things like leave a bookmark on my wife's pile of books. The kitchen will give you two entrees if you are indecisive between choices. One activity coordinator, hearing I was a history buff, pulled their guide most knowledgable in local history off of whatever he was doing so he could give me a 75 minute impromptu personal scenic tour. It was astounding to see how hard so many diverse people worked to try and accommodate your needs and wants. My wife and I are regular folk- Triple Creek was a splurge/celebratory trip and one we can't do too often. The staff made that celebratory event personal and special. Everyone we met, without exception, was friendly, courteous and took a personal interest in our story. Despite so much world out there that warrants a visit, we eagerly await our return to Triple Creek.

We had the pleasure of staying at Triple Creek Ranch for a week in the Pintler cabin. It was a fabulous vacation from beginning to end! We loved our cabin! We used the hot tub every single night after enjoying all the activities of the day! It is stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay! The activities were endless and can't recommend the cattle drive enough! It was an experience I will never forget! The employees were attentive, friendly and hardworking. Before our arrival our itinerary of activities was already made and emailed to us. The bartenders are all wonderful and make incredible drinks! We went to the bar every night before dinner. We enjoyed the live music on several evenings. Housekeeping was incredible and you will never see them! They know when you are gone and never invade your privacy. We did the cocktail party at the owner's house and it was such a fun evening. I highly recommend it. The food is out of this world! The menu changes daily and everything was delicious! We ate more on this trip than ever before! The property is unbelievable with the scenery and wildlife. We are a well traveled couple so have a lot of places to compare this to and we had the time of our life! We were sad to leave! Book it early to get the best accommodations! Thank you to all the hard working employees that made this a vacation to remember forever!!!!

Staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Dinner was exceptional each night and offered a great variety. Our husbands would order multiple entrees because they wanted to try everything and loved that there were able to give full or smaller potions of each. Got to know the staff and they were happy to share their “life in the ranch”. If you have a chance to have cocktails at the owners house, take advantage. The art work is out of this world! We stayed in Aspen which is one of the farther cabins and it was perfect for two couples. They were generous and provided bottles of wine and spirits in our room since it could be a drive in the golf cart at night. If you are thinking of going-do it! I wanted an “adult summer camp” mixed with “luxurious dude ranch” and they met every expectation.

I have been eyeing TCR for probably 4 years. I am writing this review ON THE FLIGHT HOME. That is how special this place is. I couldn't wait even one day, because I didn't want to forget any amazing detail of this trip. Calling it a "trip" doesn't even do it justice - prepare to experience. There's a decent chance you'll never want to stay at another hotel, resort, or AirBnB again. TCR has ruined me in the best way possible. From start to finish, this place is perfection. Before I get into the food and activities, I have to first say that the very best part is the people. Every single person you meet - staff, fellow guests - are the world's nicest people. I now have new friends from all over the world. That is what staying at a place with a max capacity of 65 guests gets you. Personalization, privacy, but also an intimate setting to have actual conversations with people you would never meet. Whether it be on a horseback ride, drinking pre-dinner cocktails in the lounge, or singing along to the amazing acoustic musicians out on the deck during dinner, the amazing people are everywhere. And trust me, by day one, they all know your name and make you feel like you're the homecoming queen reincarnate! The food and drink are just so beyond. You'll never go hungry, you'll be stuffed all the time, and yet NEVER able to skip even one meal because you'll be missing out. Drink the signature cocktails. Peruse the wine list and try them all. Might I highly suggest the Huckleberry Lemon Drop (pre dinner), the Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley (during dinner) and the Amaretto by Morning (post dinner). When in Montana, do as they do! We closed down the bar at 11pm on three nights of our stay and had the best time doing it. It can be a sleepy place but someone is always around to chat with. The activities. Those are the happiest damn horses I've ever seen in my life. I swear they are treated as well as the guests. It makes you feel great about investing in the EXPERIENCE that is TCR. Do all the activities. If you're up for a splurge, don't miss the cattle drive or the ATV ride - both spectacular. Cruise around in your little golf cart and check it all out. Find a moment to lounge at the pool and sip a Doc Holliday with your new resort buddies. The care and consideration for the land, the property, and the people at TCR are unparalleled. The staff are happy and cared for. In turn, they care for us guests in a way that is unmatched and probably only usually experienced in the wider world by the very, very top .1%. And I say that as a 42 year old mom of three. My husband and I both work full time and are by no means multimillionaires. This trip cost us a pretty penny, and it was definitely a splurge from our normal vacations. I got the same care and attention as the folks who fly in on their private planes. Every single one of those 65 guests, I bet, felt the exact same way. THANK YOU TCR for an unforgettable adventure. I can't wait to experience you again.

The private log cabins are exceptional with all he amenities and a hot tub on your deck! The food selections are delicious. Some of the best meals we've ever eaten. The scenery is breath taking. There are 75 horses, 100 bisons and cattle throughout the CB adjoining ranch. A wonderful experience and highly recommend visiting Triple Creek Ranch.

This was our second stay at Triple Creek ranch. It's one of our favorite places to visit. We rarely go places twice, but it's so impressive I feel like we could come yearly and not tire of it. The best thing about this place is the activities offerings. The activities coordinators are readily available to help you book activities or suggest things. There are tons of on-ranch amenities such as gym, sauna, pool, fitness center, outdoor fitness trail, cornhole, tennis, sapphire panning, disc golf, badminton, horseshoes, tennis, pickleball, hiking trails...and these you can do anytime and don't need to reserve. The golf cart is a nice touch, and we enjoyed our evening "drives" to look at the scenery and animals. The activities coordinators also help you book your horseback rides, fishing, rafting, or whatever else you want to do. They can suggest activities if you aren't sure. They are so friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy interacting with guests and helping you have a good time. They also were great about following up with you pre-travel to make sure you were booked for activities you wanted. The food is amazing. The cook is very creative and makes a wonderful seasonal menu. The duck dish was one of the best meals of my life. You can order to your room or eat in the lovely dining room. They did forget a few small things in our packed lunch and breakfast room service one time, but it wasn't anything essential. For example, I ordered the ranch house breakfast which was listed as coming with hash browns, but no hash browns were given. The times for meals are very broad giving you a leisurely feel and not rushed to get to your meal "on time." I like this as compared to some places where you only have breakfast until 9:30 then if you want to sleep in you are out of luck. Compliments to the cook for all the delicious meals! The setting is so nice, peaceful, and calm. You feel rather isolated which is kind of what you go there for. The wifi is available if needed, and I felt the speed was pretty good! No issues with that. Horseback riding is always a highlight although my horse seems to always spook during my rides here from something in the woods. Adds to the excitement and fun, but I would personally say best to have some riding experience and not be a complete beginner based on my 3 rides here. They don't let you do anything but walk the horse. No trotting or cantering for the horses safety, so be aware. We did the whitewater rafting trip on the Salmon River which was great. One constructive thing...the hot tub at our cabin Sugar Bear was literally falling apart and needs to be replaced. Two headrests were missing and the back of one of the chairs was disconnected probably from corrosion and floating around in the pool. Other pool parts were loose and corroded. For the price, they should replace or seriously repair this tub. The tub at the main pool was fine. There is also no non-alcoholic beverage list given at lunch or dinner. They should put something together listing their soft drinks, juices, mocktails, etc. for non-drinkers. They listed only non-alcoholic wines/beers. Overall, great stay and feel the place does an excellent job at highlighting the beauty of Montana. Thanks to the staff, cook, and wranglers for an excellent stay. Definitely worthy of the Relais and Chateaux title.

I would recommend Triple Creek to anyone who wants to find themselves surrounded by excellent food, beautiful scenery and wonderful people. We will definitely be going back in the near future.

I rarely bother with writing online reviews, but I'm driven to expose the dismal experience at this so-called resort, which is laughably far from a 5-star, barely scraping a 3-star rating. The accommodations are a joke - think sardine cans masquerading as cabins, offering zero privacy and a couch that wouldn't comfortably fit a child. The TV setup is a baffling joke, awkwardly crammed next to a miniature fireplace, with a view dominated by power lines and the unremarkable sight of another cabin. The dining experience was mediocre at best, and the bar area was a desolate space void of any ambiance, lacking even a basic fireplace, and echoing with eerie silence. Their advertised live music was a phantom promise, with no clear schedule provided. The staff, mostly greenhorns straight out of college, clearly lacked the finesse and skill expected in a high-end establishment. We specifically requested an itinerary of activities before booking, which they assured us was all set. But upon arrival, it was a farce - activities were canceled last minute, leaving us with a laughable option of archery on a tennis court. Confronting the manager only revealed her utter lack of professionalism and maturity, suggesting we leave anytime because we had a private plane, and absurdly blaming me for their ineptitude. She even went so far as to ask us to leave the resort to stay at a hotel in Missoula (1.5hrs away), after dark, for no reason other than their own professionalism! We left the next morning out of disgust. Good Riddance. I'm sure the owner of Triple Creek would be appalled by this fiasco. I fully anticipate their attempt to refute my claims, but I have photographic evidence as well as videos I was able to capture if needed. Also, please look at the other true 1-star reviews. They claim to support the backbone of the resort, their staff as an excuse to harass and ridicule their guests. As an experienced traveler, I find this resort a complete farce. Moreover, I can't help but speculate that their glowing reviews are nothing but a circle of friends patting each other's backs, which makes their claim of being a 5-star resort almost comical.

I rarely come on google to leave reviews or leave reviews at all, but when something stands out so drastically I feel the need to let others know. I would have to say this resort is by no means 5 star or let alone 4… possibly 3 but with a 3 star atleast you know what to expect. For starters the standard cabins are very close to one another with zero privacy and the couch fits one standard adult. There is a small tv left of the small fire place and you see power lines all around. There is no view of any mountains or creeks or much of anything ( besides your neighbor). The food is the only thing I can say is decent but it’s awkwardly quiet and in the bar area (no fireplace), so not really entertaining. They did say they had a band but didn’t know which days . The staff is mostly all straight out of college and act that way. What sets 5 star hotels and resorts/ lodges apart from the lesser is 1 thing and 1 thing only, customer service. We called the hotel prior to finalizing our stay and asked them to put together a itinerary that IS CURRENTLY available as some places will offer services or activities so confirming prior will also depend if we book at the resort because that’s why we’re coming, Especially to the middle of nowhere. When we arrived they CONFIRMED all activities and services, but after the first day they asked us to meet them at concierge desk to go over something’s. I think they’d realized they’d over promised and under delivered. They proceeded to tell us that 2 of our activities are not available last minute which the only thing left available was the archery ( on the tennis court) which looked like it was bought from the sports section at target for younger boys to have fun with at home. When we called very disappointed with realizing our vacation was completely ruined and upset, the manager proceeded to tell us she wasn’t a “mechanic” and could find us another accommodation to stay at if we’re not happy and since we flew on a private plane we could easily leave. She was very childlike and is not used to working in the customer service industry dealing with high end clients and being able to fix situations and diffuse situations that normally arise in this field. She harassed my husband and blamed him for being upset with their failed planning and holding them accountable for wasting our time and money. Thank god we found another resort called PAWS UP. THIS IS 5 STAR. You have the mountains right outside your front door with no obstructing views and no neighbors near by. Your own Lexus and the customer service is remarkable. I think Barbara owner of triple creek would be embarrassed and surprised if she heard her clients being treated in such ways. I’m sure they’re going to write a response trying to “prove” there innocence or truth but if you want photos or evidence find me on social media. Don’t waste your time, as a avid traveler and 5 star hotel frequent , you’re going to be severely underwhelmed. Also, reading these reviews they have to be friends or friends of the owner. She’s very well connected and I think that’s how this place has the “awards” or thoughts of “5 star”, Which is humorous.

My husband and I vacationed at Triple Creek Ranch at the end of September. It was a perfect break from our Florida heat. The ranch resort vacation was exactly what we needed. Triple Creek Ranch is a beautiful ranch resort and we loved every minute of it! Very high attention to detail in every aspect they do! We stayed in the Chipmunk Cabin which we loved. Spacious, secluded, very comfortable bed, housekeeping services were on point, awesome private hot tub, wonderful deck sitting area to enjoy wildlife as it passed by (including deer, elk and turkeys)! All meals (new menus daily) were DELICIOUS and fantastic! Hands down some of best meals/food that we have had at a resort! We also chose to do the private Chef's Table Dinner with wine pairing and highly recommend it. Every course of that dinner was amazing! We thought the offering of activities (both the ones included and the extra ones) at Triple Creek Ranch were perfect. We signed up for the Horseback Riding, Mountain Biking, Scenic Drive, Forest Walk, Logging Camp, In-Cabin Couples Massage, Sapphire Panning (watch out it's highly addictive), Disc Golf and the all day ATV Adventure. We really maximized our stay with the amount of activities we did, but also had down time to just relax and enjoy the surroundings as well. And to top it all off, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was exceptional! We highly recommend Triple Creek Ranch and have already told so many friends and family about putting it on their list to go to! We cannot wait to return in the years to come, maybe during the Winter months to enjoy some snow activities! Thank you again Triple Creek Ranch for an outstanding vacation!

Who starts off a review with cookies? I do. TCR has the best damn cookies I have ever had. Each day they have a new variety from Rocky Road, to Almond Joy to Caramel Praline. They are soft, chewy, to die-for and unlimited. Now for the review. We had to book our cabin (really liked Big Sky) more than a year in advance. So book now for 2024 or 2025. From Detroit, more than 12 hours to get there (had to fly through MSO and drive 90 minutes) but once you get there.... Over the top hospitality. Put your wallet and cash in the cabin safe, you never need either during your entire stay. Cabin is well appointed with wood-burning fireplace, outdoor spa, snacks, drinks, and not only double sinks in the bathroom, but double toilets! Food and beverage is above expectations since everything is all-inclusive. Breakfast menu features a couple daily specials, homemade everything. For lunch, we opted for the picnic menu and enjoyed lunch at the Observation Deck. Dinner is special. We started at the bar (Amanda is an amazing and fun bartender) and a couple nights they had live music. Bar selection is premium from single malt scotches to Grey Goose to more than 20 varieties of bourbons. House wines are excellent. Dinner menu features five courses and changes daily. However if there is something you don't like, they will make virtually anything you want and if you want more food, they will bring it out until you are rolling home. Did I tell you about the cookies? The house made ice cream is pretty damn good too. Activities are all top-rated and with the exception of horse-back riding, done privately. We did hiking, mountain biking, archery, axe tossing and the private car tour (the Yellowstone ranch is just minutes away). Afternoons were spent at the nice pool area that has a nice whirlpool, small fitness center and lawn games. Best part of TCR, NO KIDS ALLOWED UNDER 16!!! 120 employees, all amazing and very nice. Only 26 cabins. Property owned by the founder of Intel and they have a nice house on the ranch. No doubt they subsidize the cost per night as a similar stay at Twin Farms is double the cost. They also own the ranch in which you take the private drive, more than 26,000 acres. While we were there, the Barretts invited all the guest to their home for cocktail hour and we got to meet Barbara, great times indeed. But those cookies! They do other special things throughout your stay that I won't mention because I don't want to ruin the surprise. Only downside: No spa. They do have a couple treatment rooms but they are booked well in advance. One last thing. No tipping policy until you check-out. Then you can decide how much to tip the entire staff. Love that concept.

Lots of activities to choose from for every level of athlete including horseback riding, fishing, hiking and swimming. Can’t wait to visit again!

Well where to start, this is going to be a long one…..deep breath, here we go!! We read the reviews as most do, and were blown away with the wonderful remarks by people, and cautiously thought, could it be that good really? Well it honestly is, we stayed in the cabin sugar loaf, and it was wonderful…spacious, beautifully decorated and the double steam shower was fantastic, we had our own hot tub on the back which was lovely and we used it often, especially after horse riding!! Now for the cleaning ninja’s, they have a knack of cleaning your room when you are out, so you go to eat and when you get back as if by magic the cabin is tidy and sparkling again…they are a credit to Triple Creek they really are! The food was fantastic the head chef Jake made us a lovely steak one night, no request was too much trouble, the breads were wonderful, my husband particularly like the biscuits ( we call them scones in the uk), and we both loved the chorizo bread, it was sooooo good, well done to Carmen for that! A big thank you to all of the staff that served us and I’m sorry but I will have to name them all, they deserve it……Daniel ( top banana) he knows what that means 👍, Eli, Mac, Graeme, Josie, Christy, Jani, Baylee, and on our last evening a lovely girl from Tuscon who’s name we can’t remember…sorry! And we mustn’t forget David who did the wine, thank you for keeping it flowing!! I would recommend you to visit the bar upstairs and have Damien or Amanda make you a lovely drink, We have to say a special thank you to Damien, he made us the most wonderful drinks and his conversation was so pleasant and knowledgable, he is most definitely a credit to Tripple Creek, and we miss his conversation, and his company every day….and not to forget Lucas what a star you are. I had never ridden a horse before going, my husband had, but a long time ago, so we were a bit apprehensive about it, but we needn’t have worried we were taken very good care of by all up at riders roost, for myself I would especially like to thank Skylar…..you made my first ever horse ride so wonderful, I will never be able to thank you enough! My husband did three rides in total and we would like to thank them all, Skylar, Pete, Rose, Zane, Faith and Hannah, and of course the horses Chief, Hooey and my lovely and patient Ponderosa x The scenic drive was wonderful, and really is a must do thing, Dakota took us and another couple and we had the most fantastic time, it’s a little hairy going up the side of a steep hill / mountain, but I felt comfortable in his ability, so just sat back and enjoyed the fantastic scenery….it was bliss! The saphire panning for me was a huge highlight, I was addicted, how is it that a lady of 51 can have so much fun playing in dirt? Well have a go yourself and you will see 🙂 I have to say a big thank you to Joshua, you took care of me and made sure I was okay, brought me sunscreen and made sure I had drinks, nothing was too much trouble for you, and we would both like to say thank you to you for making logging camp such a great experience, you are another person who is a huge credit to the place, THANK YOU x And lastly, but by no means least, all of the lovely people on the desk….Sue, Rhonda, Catherine and Joshua……and Wendy who collected and returned us to the airport, thank you to you all! So if you are still with me here you will see that we had the most wonderful time, the hiking was out of this world, the horse riding was wonderful, the food was excellent, the panning for sapphires was the best time, the logging camp was such fun, but the people were what made the place so wonderful, we will never forget you or Triple Creek, and we know we will be back some day soon.
