I feel compelled to share my experience at this hotel, as it was far from satisfactory. I typically refrain from posting negative reviews unless my experience is genuinely disappointing, and unfortunately, this was one such occasion. Upon our arrival, the receptionist handed us an envelope containing details about private excursions, claiming they were arranged through our holiday booking agency, Love Holidays. We were informed that an advisor from the excursion company would meet us at the hotel to discuss options. We were introduced to a man who, according to the receptionist, was the "hotel advisor." We expressed interest in booking a luxury boat cruise, and the advisor showed us a promotional video and pictures of a pristine boat, assuring us it would be a luxurious experience. He mentioned that the boat would offer a stunning view of pink caves, delicious food, and that the captain was fluent in English. He also promised a 100% money-back guarantee if we were dissatisfied with the trip. However, upon arriving for the cruise, we were severely disappointed. The boat was far from luxurious; it was in poor condition, and the promised amenities were nonexistent. The captain did not speak English at all, and the scenic views were nothing like what had been advertised. When we tried to reach the advisor to resolve the situation, he denied all our claims and refused to offer a refund of £500 We then contacted the hotel management, hoping they would assist us, but they stated they had no involvement, claiming that the excursion was not their responsibility, as it was booked through our holiday agency. However, when we contacted Love Holidays, they denied any knowledge of such excursions or the distribution of related leaflets. It became clear that the hotel staff and the excursion company were working together, as they continued to mislead guests about the authenticity of the services offered. The individual we interacted with, named Umut, represents Inovasyon Travel Agency, and based on our experience, I strongly advise against booking excursions through this channel. While the hotel itself was generally pleasant, we encountered several issues, including an infestation of ants in our room, which further diminished our stay. In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel due to the unethical practices associated with the excursion service provided, and the lack of support from both the hotel and the booking agency in addressing these issues.

The hotel is amazing, our personal assistants Ugur & Melis were fantastic, nothing was too much bother. All the restaurants had more choice of food than we could eat. The poolside skater waiter/waitress was amazing, the service was totally unbeatable. Will definitely be retuning, there wasn't anything we could find...

Wonderful hotel, so comfortable, room suite was spacious, with swim-up pool. There was plenty room round the pool, no rush for sun-beds and beach. Good food and plenty of different places to eat. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Special shout out to Ayse, Rabia and Serden. Our pool assistant Nurcan was a very special lady too. Our personal assistants were great and did everything we asked to help make our stay perfect.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality from Burcu & Melis what lovely people 🫶 Champagne on arrival in room with delicious chocolate coated strawberries Cosy & Comfortable rooms with stunning views All toiletries provided which smell lovely, there isn’t anything that’s not in your room, along with mini bar that is stocked up everyday. Quality food & drinks always delivered with a smile 😊 such friendly staff all round. Beach with white sand- beautiful, we had a Pavillion for the day ,what luxury this was, never had to move off for anything, drinks, food, fruit & ice creams brought to us all day! Loved the night life at The Crab Social – it was fab! Booked the Yamas Al ’carte £20 euros an adult includes drinks, the staff we so polite & welcoming, the entertainment was brilliant smashing plates!!! We have been to the Titanic Deluxe in Belek twice in the last year and love them both, will definitely be back in the near future 😍

We previously visited this hotel five years ago and we were married here. We loved it at the time and couldn’t wait to come back. When we first visited we travelled as a large family and were very happy with our stay. This time it was just myself and my husband. I knew it was going to be nice and special to us, but it exceeded my expectations and they have improved even more! Firstly, it is so close to the airport making the transfer an absolute breeze. When you arrive, you are given welcome drinks and the luxury starts. When we arrived to our room, it was clean, spacious and truly beautiful. We stayed in a deluxe suite and the views were stunning. Our mini fridge was refilled with drinks and snacks every day. The buffet is plentiful and definitely has the edge over any other all inclusive hotels I have visited before. Across the bars and restaurants there are a variety of food and drink choices. Season was winding down so some restaurants were shut. We ate at the Steakhouse and Italian and thoroughly enjoyed it. Around the pool, there were always sun loungers and towels available; there are QR codes to scan to order drinks too and they are brought directly to you. The hotel and grounds are well kept and clean; staff work tirelessly to ensure you have a good time. We will definitely be booking our next visit as we want to return with our children again; it was an absolute pleasure!

From the moment you arrive, you are taken care of. Nothing is too much for all the staff. You are shown to your room in a buggy. Room was spacious looked over the sea. Very clean. Lots of toiletries. Towels changed everyday Our housekeeper was amazing Nouray-ay she came daily. She works incredibly hard always greeted us with a smile on her face and asked us if we needed anything. We loved the pool. You have skaters who will deliver your drinks which you can get by scanning QR code. Rabia was the skater Very quick and always smiling and helpful. Also Serdan behind the bar always very cheerful and very quick. The Irish bar in the evening was our go to place. Always premium drinks. Cocktails to order again you can scan these through a QR code. Again very quick. The team are so efficient. Hasan Mehmet Öyküm Merve Aisha Sevval Koray Hilal. They all have different characters and make you feel very special. There is great entertainment. You can go to the crab bar in the evenings where there is either a show and or DJ. . The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant had a mixture of food. There is something for everyone. Our waitress would know our drinks when we sat down. Lunch would be either Hasir where you could get a range of Turkish foods which we tended to go to. Delicious. Also the buffet and Pascarella is open. You can get food 24 hours. We had the Alacarte Beef grill. This was also very delicious. Tomahawk steak. Bone marrow. Potatoes and side dishes. Service was again excellent. The team work very well together. We also went to Yamas. The selection of food was again delicious. service was excellent. We smashed plates . We were allocated Burcu and Orkhan who were our dedicated guest relations. If we needed anything they would deal with it. Always very fast and efficient. This is our No 1 hotel. That is why we keep coming back and will be back again. Thank you to all the team and Emin for making our stay fantastic and for making our memories.

I honestly cannot fault this hotel. It has something for everyone. The fitness and well-being programme is substantial. I experienced anti gravity yoga for the first time. The spa facilities are beautiful, the indoor pool is bath temperature. The gym although I did not use looked like had decent equipment....

I honestly cannot fault this hotel. It has something for everyone. The fitness and well-being programme is substantial. I experienced anti gravity yoga for the first time. The spa facilities are beautiful, the indoor pool is bath temperature. The gym although I did not use looked like had decent equipment. The beach had plenty of sunbeds with very attentive staff which served a wide selection of drinks including all the recognised brands. Also served fresh fruit and icecream. Really nice adult only areas if you want to relax somewhere quieter. The food in all the restaurants was excellent. We rarely got past starters as so much food. We did book the Greek restaurant which was a beautiful setting and great service. 20 euros. But we were very happy with the Turkish, Italian and main restaurant as so much choice which were free. Loved the entertainment which was every night. They also arranged an Octoberfest event with live music in the day which was great. Our room was large and comfortable and had everything you needed including a free mini bar which was replenished every day. We had room 3721 which was only one escalator from the main restaurant and bars. The WhatsApp personal assistant service I have never experienced before, it really works well in this hotel. Anything you need you contact the WhatsApp group and is sorted very quickly. We had an issue with the holiday rep who organised the trips( not the hotel) Cigdem our personal assistant helped us resolve. She really was exceptional, whilst was not an issue anything to do with the hotel, they take huge pride in ensuring their guests have an enjoyable holiday. I also lost my hat in the resort and Cigdem used her investigation skills and tracked down, and delivered back to our room personally. Cigdem Asker really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best holiday. By the end of 10 days she felt like a friend. She is a credit to the hotel. We hope to return next year, but this time with all the family including grandchildren. This hotel really does cater for all age groups so will be perfect for all the family.

We had an unforgettable honeymoon at Titanic Bodrum! The guest experience was top-notch, with assistants going above and beyond to make our stay special. They checked in frequently, surprised us with cake and beautiful bed decor, and even gave me allergy medication when I needed it. Ali at the cabanas made each beach day fun and exciting. The Turkish food was our favorite, and the buffet offered fresh and delightful dishes daily. The coffee bar with Ily drinks was a treat, and we loved the activities and shows. Truly amazing hospitality from start to finish!

This is a very nice hotel situated on a hill with loads of working escalators to different floor levels. The food was very good and speciality restaurants were very good, especially the Beef. Service and staff are very friendly, and a big shout out to the delightful young girl on roller-skates. Private cabanas on the beach were beautiful and service was impeccable. The highlight of this hotel is the incredible entertainment on the stage and onto the beach - dancing in the sand. The dancers were incredible - Thank you for having us. The only negative is the noise from the hotel next door, so relaxing poolside is not achievable without the booming base being wind driven. Shame the noise during our hire of the cabana was spoilt by this also.

Unfortunately, it was not as great experience as we expected anticipating our visit in this hotel. Negative points are: 1. Very bad service. 98% of stuff are not friendly at all: they are not welcome you when you meet them walking around the hotel. You can meet stuff , for example, in the elevator or on the path and they don’t even say “HI”to you. It is really strange. You feel even some kind of anger from them. Only few people we were served were true service orientated. 2. Staff forgot about our orders all the time. We could order some drinks , waiting for them for 10-15 min, and after reminder staff told us : “Sorry, we forgot about you”. Not the thing you are expected to hear in 5 star luxury hotel, right? 3. Some restaurant, we were expected to visit, were closed at the time of our arrival with explanation that it is end of seasons. It’s Oslo strange as hotel was 100% booked. It also was very disappointing. 4. All beach towels were in very bad condition. 5. Quality of food was Oslo very bad for us, especially in Italian restaurant. During the breakfast you could be served with cold pancakes from the fridge and cold croissant with poached egg(( 6. We didn’t find all beach amenities in our room upon arrival such as beach hats, beach small purse. We saw it on other guests and were very disappointed. 7. Sales team were also quite disappointed for me. Before my arrival I provided the hotel with all room preferences and was expected for some attention but in fact was provided with the worst room option. After I informed our sales manager I didn’t receive any reply, willingness to help, so I had to contact other people to help. 8. Lots of families with small children. About 90%. So It is not good option for adults only travelers. 9. The restraurant can’t be open for breakfast at 8am. It is too late. 6-7 am the most appropriate time. Positive feedback: 1. Our room assistance managers: Mahry and Elif were fantastic, they tried to solve any problem in very short time and made our stay. Thanks them a lot! 2. Quality of drinks, variety of alcohol is very good 3. Quite good equipment gym but need to be 24/7 for sure and need to be more clean. We find it quite dirty. 4. Fantastic swim conditions. Huge swimming area. The best we find in Turkey.
