MARRIOTT EDITION Tokyo Toranomon Hotel was gorgeous in a minimalist design that puts a guest in ZEN mode (calm and relaxed). MARRIOTT EDITION Tokyo Toranomon Hotel’s General Manager, Anshul Kaul, and Hotel Manager, Marco Pedrelli, are EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING and personable. Concierge staff, Nalani and Chiaki, are AWESOME AND AMAZING. Blue Room Restaurant’s Niko, Chianti, Duro, Kenta, and Melih are all FANTASTIC in caring about guests. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon, booking a Deluxe Room for five nights using Bonvoy Marriott Points. Though my expectations were modest, my experience far exceeded them. My wife and I were greeted warmly and professionally. Despite arriving early and not expecting our room to be ready, the check-in staff was pleasant and incredibly apologetic. With sincere apologies for the delay, we were offered a glass of champagne, adding a touch of luxury. Shortly after, the Hotel Manager, Marco Pedrelli, introduced himself, apologizing again for the delay, and graciously offered another glass of premium champagne along with lunch at their fabulous Blue Room. He introduced us to Kento, the Restaurant Manager, and asked him to keep our glasses full. Marco also provided valuable information about the hotel, the neighborhood, and recommendations for our visit. Our room was ready within 20 minutes. It was beautifully designed, spacious, immaculate, and offered a stunning view. Later, we discovered a welcome note, another apology for the delay, and a chilled bottle of champagne with delectable desserts. During our stay, we visited their fabulous Gold Bar, a stylish venue with a vibrant atmosphere and friendly bartenders. The next evening, we dined at their fantastic Blue Room, where the waitress addressed us by name, and Kento greeted us with a glass of champagne the moment we were seated. When my custom-made drink was slightly delayed—so subtly that I hadn't even noticed—the waitress brought us another round of champagne as an apology. The service, food, and beverages were simply delightful. It's not about the glass of champagne or the complimentary lunch—though these gestures are undeniably high class. It's about the elevated standard of quality, the sophisticated approach that makes guests feel valued and welcomed. This refined hospitality is why you frequent their bars, restaurants, and spa, confident that your patronage is genuinely appreciated and that you'll be treated with class and made to feel truly welcome. Kento's visible presence and meticulous attention to detail shone through, not just towards us but to all guests. His exceptional interaction and professional skills reflected his incredible talent, experience, and personality. He wasn't merely a great Restaurant Manager; he exemplified excellence and perfection in the role, showcasing unmatched talent, experience, and personality. As a seasoned traveler, I’ve stayed in many fabulous, high-end hotels worldwide, including a week earlier at the Signiel Seoul 5-star hotel in South Korea (please read my review about the quite different experience). The standout difference at The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon was the exceptional staff-guest interaction. Marco’s presence, personality, attention to detail, and management skills distinguish this hotel. His professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and kindness, along with his team's, were evident throughout our stay. Few hotels rival the warmth and excellence of the staff at this remarkable establishment. The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon tops my list for hospitality, thanks to Marco Pedrelli. His staff training elevates the hotel’s hospitality to the highest standard. The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon is fortunate to have such a talented Manager. His attention to detail is the key to the hotel's success and its exemplary standard of hospitality. We will never stay at another hotel in Tokyo and highly recommend this hotel to everyone as superb. If you are looking for high standards and exceptional service and hospitality, this is the hotel for you.

The Edition Toranomon is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is spacious and has some of the best views in all of Tokyo. The rooms are immaculate and provide a sense of calm. A great place to return too after a day of sightseeing (or eating!). As soon as you get out of the elevator you feel happy. Speaking of food..The Edition provides a fabulous breakfast ..with a view!! Make sure you also try dinner at the Jade Room, its a great example of creative Japanese cuisine, executed perfectly. The Edition stands out because of the genuine professional service provided by all its staff. The example is set by Marco, Antonio and Diego. Seldom do you find people with such a singular focus on the well being of others. With our recent experiences at the Edition Toranomon we have already rebooked for 2025. Its a hotel that makes your holiday better. Its that kind of place...it leaves you wanting more!

Breakfast was excellent on the top floor and also a very good value. The Toto toilet (a mainstay of high end hotels in Japan) was a real treat. The location is perfect in the heart of Ginza and just across the street from a Starbucks Reserve.

For a truly contemporary and luxurious hotel experience, the Edition Hotel is the perfect choice. Located in the heart of downtown Tokyo, it offers breathtaking views of the iconic Tokyo Tower. We had originally planned a two-night stay at the Edition to celebrate our engagement. However, our trip hit a snag when we got stuck in Mt. Fuji for 18 hours due to heavy snowfall. By the time we finally made it to the hotel in the early morning, we were exhausted. But the fantastic front office staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They waived the no-show fee and arranged an early check-in, ensuring we could immediately get settled and start enjoying our romantic getaway. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with that stunning Tokyo Tower panorama right outside our windows. We also indulged in some of the luxurious in-room amenities, particularly the heavenly Le Labo toiletries. The scent was absolutely divine - we couldn't get enough! The Blue House, one the restaurant world-class service and 'wow'-factor design elements truly allowed us to have the romantic, luxurious experience we were hoping for. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the exceptional care we received throughout our stay.

My search for a hotel in Tokyo for my proposal with my longtime girlfriend was extensive and wide-ranging. After much deliberation, I ultimately placed my faith in the Tokyo Edition due to its trendy youthful concept, and rooms with a view of the Tokyo Tower to kill for, among its other merits. My communications with the hotel started weeks before my arrival to ensure adequate preparation. These communications were always easy and helpful from the onset and I received thoughtful suggestions throughout our correspondence. In the end, I was blessed to have the help of Connie Song, Kasumi Yamashita and Celine Petilla who so meticulously supported me for this momentous occasion. I especially would like to thank Kasumi for her help in decorating the room exceedingly well! Other plus points of the hotel include its beautiful pool, extremely high quality restaurants, great breakfast, helpful service and a really friendly doormen (Kevin). I would also highly recommend visiting the Gold Bar. This was a stay that we shall never forget!

I was trying to use my nightly awards at Edition Tokyo Toranomon, first for 4 nights rejected and then 2 nights rejected as well, I spoke to the chat as to their concierge as well as it was urgent and as a MB Platinum Elite I was asking for an upgrade (not suite just regular) and the answer was it is totally full for my time there, will try the best when I am at the property. I am spending upwards of 2,000usd for a room and yet that is the reply I got, without much assistance or advice whereas other hotels replies were much better. As a Platinum Elite member I want to highlight that the service by Edition pales to your competitors who are at the same price point such as Andaz opposite and Aman, both of which I ended up staying. I went to the Edition blue room as a visitor to have snacks and the window views with tokyo tower (albeit hazy) were empty. there were 2 tables available and I asked for one but was turned away as it is “fully booked” according to the lady at 2pm (it was 130pm). Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed at the service in tokyo for Mariott properties, especially in a country which is known for hospitality. more so a Platinum Elite Member, as a warning for all MB users don’t bother as there are zero benefits and are useless at this hotel.

Stayed at the Tokyo Edition for 1 night towards the end of our 2 week honeymoon trip to Japan. We stayed in budget hotels whilst exploring the city but booked a night at the Edition as a honeymoon treat and so happy we did. The service from check in to check out was incredible. We were greeted with sparkling wine when checking in and bags arrived at our room straight away. Unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the man who greeted us at reception but he was lovely and made the process extremely smooth. We had drinks and food in the main bar and finished the night on the terrace. Both had amazing views of Tokyo tower and the whole city. We were served by Daiki, he was great and even printed a picture of us as a lovely keepsake. Pool and jacuzzi were really nice and breakfast was great, very relaxing. Rooms were very spacious and modern. Only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer!

It was my first time to try the Toranomon Edition, relatively new hotel in the heart of Tokyo. I picked this hotel based on a Japanese friend recommendation and it didnt disappoint. the Wabi sabi design is enchanting. from the rooms to the public spaces everything was elegant and had perfect attention to details. Turn down service was delightful, proposing delicious sweet bites every night with again an outstanding attention to details. I felt at home during my week stay will come back!
