Amazing location stunning property
My husband and I spent three nights here and were upgraded to the most lovely canal corner room. Breakfast wasn't great, but all other aspects were top-notch. We both would return and enjoyed our time. Other than breakfast, there was not one flaw. The staff was always accommodating.

A Dream Stay at the St. Regis Venice From the moment we arrived by private water taxi (which was absolutely adorable!), we knew this stay was going to be special. The hotel’s taxi assistants were so welcoming, and the check-in process was seamless and elegant. Walking into our room, we were surprised with a special cake—a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly welcome. The rooms themselves are modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with the best recommendation being to get a canal view—waking up to that scenery is pure magic. The evening champagne experience was such a fun highlight, adding a little extra fun to our nights. And the concierge team? Absolutely top-notch. Their recommendations helped us make the most of our time in this incredible city. The butler service was great! Everyone is so sweet. One of the most memorable moments was sipping coffee outside by the canal on a perfectly sunny day—a truly Venetian experience. The entire stay was a dream, and the St. Regis is hands down the place to do Venice right. Everyone was so friendly that leaving was bittersweet. If only we had more time! Venice is already a one-of-a-kind destination, but staying at the St. Regis made it unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is definitely a top choice . One of the best hotels in the world. Excellent service and facilities. You feel great and welcome all the time . I cannot think of anything negative in our stay from check in to check out. I am a titanium elite member and we were upgraded to a suite the was fantastic. Breakfast is fabulous and the waiters at the bar in front of the Gran canal were the best not only for there service but for there interactions asking about our day , talking about different topics what is a plus plus all the time . The location in the hotel in the grand canal with a view of the salute and few meters from st marks square is without doubt another plus . You won’t regret choosing this amazing hotel for your stay in Venice

This was our first time in Venice and we are sure it was made even more dreamy by staying at the St. Regis. We arrived by water bus and walked an easy five minute walk to this non descriptive courtyard and then the world transformed when we walked through the doors of the St. Regis. The bellman, concierge, check in staff were all terrific and so welcoming, like we were visiting their home. The beauty, the different rooms in the lobby, the artwork, just everything was stunning. We were shown to our room and shortly thereafter our bags arrived. The room was a big WOW. We were facing the grand canal and had a magnificent patio, I almost wished Venice was not so enchanting so I could of spent more time in my room. Every thing you could possibly want to have in your room was available, nespresso machine, insta hot water kettle, coziest slippers, robes, water, luxurious bath products, etc…, etc…., etc…. The buffet breakfast was so good, sitting on the grand canal and every type of food you could want for breakfast at your disposal. The staff was attentive, friendly and just added positivity to the experience. The location was perfect, short walk to sites, water taxis, exploring Venice was the best part of our European adventure. We hope to return to Venice one day and I think it would be hard to stay anywhere but the St. Regis.

Wonderful hotel with great location
We spent five nights at the St Regis. Our room was lovely. It overlooked the grand canal and had a beautiful balcony. The hotel provided exceptional service, was clean and well maintained. We loved the location for easy walking, water taxis and fantastic views. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic greeting on arrival by water taxi and brilliant the way we were escorted to the check in area. Beautiful hotel and excellent service from front of house including the concierge and the three gentleman who opened the door when we went out or came back. Always friendly and professional at the same time. We stopped in a Grand Deluxe room which was nice but quite small. That’s standard in Venice but the quality of the furnishings and the ambience of the hotel and the room made it OK. If we had criticism to raise it would be in relation to housekeeping, the bathroom and the restaurant menu. We got back to our room a couple of times in the mid afternoon to find the room not serviced. We were there for four nights and that’s a bad hit rate. We went along with the ecological idea of not replacing bed-linen until the 3rd day but ours wasn’t changed at all. We saw that because I spilled some coffee on day one and the sheet was still on the bed on day five. The second was the bathroom which had underfloor heating with no ability to turn down the temperature. It was much too hot 24/7 and meant the bathroom was uncomfortably hot. Finally the dining room menus were not as varied as they perhaps could be. The staff, service and food quality were excellent but we decided to eat elsewhere after a couple of days because the choices were pretty limited. All in all we rated it a fantastic stay but a few minor issues could have elevated the experience quite significantly.

We stayed at both the St Regis Rome and St Regis Venice. First part of the trip Trailer as part of a group then extended our trip in Venice. When comparing both, they are both extremely luxurious. The breakfast buffet is far superior at the Rome location however the attentive detail and service in venice far surpass Rome. Rome is louder, the hotel owner was present during our stay which made the overall experience loud. Our room overlooked the front and there were always multiple police cars going in and out with lights and sirens each time he departed. Location is good with it being a short walk to most attractions. The staff did not interact with us at all. Never heard from the butler nor did they seem to know we were guests each time we returned. Venice was amazing. The staff welcomed us back each time we left. We had an issue with our hotel door not locking properly and it was promptly attended to by the manager. Roberta upgraded us to a new room so problem was solved. The cleaning lady (wish I could remember her name was so lovely) The manager called to follow up a day later to ensure we were happy with our new room. The butler welcomed us with snacks and Prosecco. Room was meticulously cleaned daily. The overall experience flawless. Don’t hesitate to stay here. They do not disappoint!

Outstanding elegance! Our stay at the St Regis Venice was precisely defined as a world class hotel, in an enchanting city of culture and refinement . From the moment we were met by the “ fast track “ service the hotel provides ( fee excluded) and the wooden speed boat ( vintage 1965) , you arrive at the first hotel at the entrance of the Grand Canal. We were met by the wonderful head of butler services, Maria Cristina Elisa. Her professionalism and knowledge is superb, be sure to arrange her presentation upon your arrival, she’s a gem! Also, check out the Murano chandelier in the lobby, it’s exquisite and a bit profane…. The service at the St Regis befits a 5 star level class. The location is fantastic, with a private courtyard that is just off the the hustle and bustle of San Marco square, with easy access to all the high end shops. A pre arranged tour of the Basilica and Doge Palace, along with the mandatory gondola tour is a must. The Head of Concierge Giuseppe will arrange your reservations and recommend the best ristorante’s for you, I recommend, that , after a long flight , you deserve the creative explorations of Venetian cuisine that Executive Chef Ricci offers at Gio’s ! Other recommendations that we experienced were, Da Ivo, and Da Fiore!! Afternoon lunch in the outside garden at the Regina is delightful!! And have a “ night cap at the Arts Bar, entertainment always is wonderful! Now, I want to tell you about the Wonderful staff that you must know to make your visit memorable. Susan and Lorenzo at the Garden , Vincenzo at was so knowledgeable and professional, ask for he’s table at Gio’s! And a special thanks to the Head of Gio’s , Enrico !For a wonderful breakfast, Abou, Marcelo, Martina, Nicola, Manuel, Veronica, and Simone were Fantastic!! Thanks to the entire staff of the superb staff for making our stay at The St Regis a magical experience !! Arrivederci!
