This is our 3rd time staying at a St. Regis (after Rome and Bora Bora) and unfortunately it has been the worst. From housekeeping forgetting to replace a robe and not removing used glasses to the butler service telling us that the restaurant didn’t have reservations left while online it shows multiple slots open, to the spa needing maintenance ASAP, it pales in comparison to the service at the other 2 St. Regis. The location is great and the rooms comfortable.

Amazing accommodations. Plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. Hiking trails right out the back of the report. Great restaurant choices. Cleanliness at every corner and a staff that was always at the ready to assist with anything your needed.

Let's start with the positive. The staff is excellent; they were all very friendly, polite, and helpful. The food is also pretty good. And, if you traveling with young children it's a great place to stay. If you are traveling as an adult couple, think twice, and probably pass. This...

Let's start with the positive. The staff is excellent; they were all very friendly, polite, and helpful. The food is also pretty good. And, if you traveling with young children it's a great place to stay. If you are traveling as an adult couple, think twice, and probably pass. This hotel is truly geared toward families with young kids. It's not a great place for couples. Even though they have 2 pools with 2 hot tubs, none are for adults only. All 4 were filled with young kids every day of our 5 day visit. They say one hot tub is for adults only but this rule is not enforced. I give the hotel 4 stars, not 5, even if you are traveling with kids. To me, The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch in Avon Colorado is a 5 star hotel when traveling with young kids. The St Regis is nice, but it's not The Ritz.

My happy place hands down! Great location- ski in/ski out- attentive and professional service, a spa offering oxygen, the food, hot chocolate by the fire place, the much needed large tubs after a day of skiing, the personal butler - and amazing ski concierge team - there is no better...

Challenging...we used our "suite" upgrades, which works in that they will put you in a suite that no one wants. While the room was large, it was right next to the service elevator. So, changed rooms. The new room was ok, but still had it's challenges. While we were there...

Loved every second of our stay. The location cannot be beat. The friendly service and amenities will bring us back. From Garrett helping me when I arrived in the middle of the night, to Shree our yoga instructor and Adam at the front desk and Timmy our shuttle driver (which is included for all guests) and Marjorie for room service, Delilah our server at RIME…everyone was so warm and welcoming. Not pretentious at all. We truly wanted to stay one more night (or a week) if we could have. Would love to come back. Thank you for making our first trip to Park City one we’ll never forget.

We stayed here as a treat to ourselves for one night as a mini getaway on our vacation as we were in Park City for a week staying at Marriott’s Summit watch. We used Bonvoy points for a king room. Everything was amazing! Checking in was easy, and we enjoyed...

We stayed here as a treat to ourselves for one night as a mini getaway on our vacation as we were in Park City for a week staying at Marriott’s Summit watch. We used Bonvoy points for a king room. Everything was amazing! Checking in was easy, and we enjoyed everything. The outdoor bar with fire pits was very festive and a fun place to hang out. This was during last weekends storm so we also enjoyed the hot tubs in full snow! There was the champagne sabering in the lobby with a complimentary glass, live entertainment and hot chocolate. As part of our Marriott status we receive breakfast comp and had a lovely breakfast in the dining room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very quiet. We throughly enjoyed our one night and were very glad we could add it in to our week’s adventures. I can’t imagine anything to complain about here……Thanks for everything!
