I wanted to love this hotel, based on the brand and my experience at other St. Regis hotels. The staff was really nice, but my experience was the same as many others. The service was unfortunately mostly subpar. While we were sitting waiting to be checked in, we noticed others with drinks. Someone came by with bottles of water and asked if we asked for them, we said no, but would love some water since we had been waiting a bit. Found out later everyone is supposed to get a “welcome drink.” I spent my bday here. Both my bf & I sent messages on the Marriott app & he even called. Absolutely nothing was done. There’s a resort fee added, and our 2nd night, and we still have no clue what’s included in it. They never went over it. I wanted to love my stay here, I was excited to spend my bday here. I unfortunately won’t be staying at any more St. Regis hotels after this. I’ve had far better experiences through my Diamond Hilton stays, than any of my Marriott stays, including this supposed “top tier” experience.

Poor service. Not worth the money.
The management at the hotel is totally amateur. No professionalism. Breakfast was one of the lousiest food. Service was worse than the drive through place. Should never get 5 star rating. Will never recommend it to anyone. Residene building not connected with the main building.
This is a truly wonderful resort. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. A true master class in customer service. An excellent stay in a spectacular oceanfront location. A great few days, highly recommend. The spa is also excellent and all of the restaurants were terrific. Could not...

Gorgeous setting, delightful restaurant and pool staffs, and a clean room. But… Our large king room oddly had a tall floor lamp just standing in an empty corner by the sliding doors, with no easy chairs or sofa for sitting/reading - just the bed. During our five day stay 2/3 of our oceanfront view was blocked due to slider door drapes that were broken. When we requested three separate times that they please be fixed, they never were. It was up to us each time to initiate communication and inform management that we needed help. There was never independent follow up from them. We finally draped the curtains atop that tall corner lamp to have a bit more ocean and sky view. Two shower heads were in the bathroom, but only one worked. The second night we were suddenly awakened by a steady drip, drip, drip from the non-working shower. The next day we reported the problem and were told an engineer would be up in 15 mins. The engineer never arrived. Eventually we were able to Jerry rig a temporary solution ourselves, but we’re no plumbers or engineers. These are indeed minor first world issues. Yet when being charged nearly $600/night (before additional $100+ in taxes and additional hospitality fees) and exorbitant dining fees ($120 pp Thanksgiving meal, not including wine) it would have been nice to give a 5 star rating here. Alas, it will be a generous 4 stars instead, considering our evening sky views were star sparkled after we figured out what to do with the faulty drapery and the lonely floor lamp.

Friendliest and most proficient staff you will ever meet! Food was delicious, view from balcony was 10 out of 10. Slept like a log in an ocean front double queen room. Shuttle into and from St. George was extremely convenient. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for our October wedding anniversary. The weather was perfect. High 70’s low 80’s. My husband is a platinum member and Leon at check in really took care of us and our cousins joining us with another room. Our room was ocean front and it was the prettiest view I ever saw. It was a dream. Leon was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable of the island. Next check in experience. He recommended the rum tasting at the hotel bar. Our husbands took it with rags and they loved it! We also did the champagne saber at 6 in the evening. So nice. The hotel is beautiful and the staff for breakfast, lunch pool or beachside were so attentive and friendly such as coco and Nelson. We ate at Achilles which is right next door to hotel. I recommend going during sunset. We loved it so much we went 2x for our 4 night stay. Romantic and food was so good. The sunset and views were beautiful. We also ate at Intrepid so good and shopped in the Hamilton area. Very fun and trendy. We spent the day exploring horseshoe bay and loved all the alcoves and ocean. We found the best taxi driver- Gerome. He is on what’s app 441-517-6127. Reliable and friendly. We loved Bermuda and st Regis and will definitely be back.

What a wonderful relaxing getaway at this beautiful hotel! Such great pampering and service!!!The staff made this a wonderful stay! Looked forward every day to recapping our day and relaxing in the bar talking with server Shan/Ananya. What a remarkable young man!! He was the highlight of our trip. Loved our conversations and his great service. Also special thanks to Diorshirra/ Ivan, Jaden at the front door, always a smile, Zariah, Mitzi ,Milo, Reda and Sumit. This is a wonderful location, beautiful hotel, walking distance to St. George , or can ride their shuttle, but getting to have seclusion and peaceful beauty, within just a few hours flight from the east coast or Atlanta.

Fabulous stay. definitely will return.
The resort is absolutely amazing. the staff very courteous and they go above and beyond. The views of the ocean are spectacular and the private beach makes it a perfect paradise. The beds are very comfy and the entire hotel is cashless - loved that aspect.
There are pros and cons to this place. They charge a daily $45 resort fee. Not sure why because there are hardly any activities to substantiate the fee. Might as well just put it into the room fee. I had no issues with service. When we arrived, we were offered...
There are pros and cons to this place. They charge a daily $45 resort fee. Not sure why because there are hardly any activities to substantiate the fee. Might as well just put it into the room fee. I had no issues with service. When we arrived, we were offered a welcome drink (it's free) and then they sat you in waiting area until they were ready to check you in. It was only a 5 min wait at most. Person at desk was very friendly. And if you needed anything, not hard to find an employee to help you. Room was odd. I've never had a room where the first thing you see is the bathroom. Literally there is a bathtub in the middle of the room. Our room faced the parking lot/golf course. they call this the partially obstructed room view. As another reviewer said, it's weird that there is ONLY one chair. How can 2 people have in room breakfast together? Room attendants came by twice a day - clean and turn down service. Room was well stocked with water and ammenities. Would be nice if they had signs also to clean room. they only had a "Do NOt Disturb" sign. Walls are paper thin. I do not know why, esp when it was not high season, why they put us beside a screaming infant room. Luckily, the outbursts lasted 2 days and for half hour each time. We were too tired to change rooms. Nice breeze comes into the room with the doors open (just be aware when you go out in hall that the door will slam shut loudly if you left the patio door open). Pillows were not the most comfortable. TV guide is not accurate - shows that were supposed to be one were not. Range of TV channels was OK. Pools supposedly heated. We didnt use because it was still chilly. Stuck my foot in. Didnt feel warm and seeing the sand all over the bottom of the pool was not very inviting. building itself was well maintained. at 6 pm they do a saber champagne cork removal. it was interesting to see once. If you show your room key, you get a free visit to Fort St Catherines. Check the hours as they are not open on weekends. Place is in the middle of no where. Its a 20 min walk to St George. Sure the town is historic but there is NOTHING to do there. There are a handful of stores that you can visit but nothing really interesting. There were a few restaurants available to eat. I wish St Regis would offer airport shuttle. It's a $25 US taxi ride one way. I wish St Regis would offer a Hamilton shuttle also. We rented an electric vehicle. It's annoying that they only allow Current and Rugged to charge their cars. We were told if we tried to plug in that they would come by to cut our cords. There is ample regular car parking. But beware, the parking is beside a golf course so if there is a bad golfer... Massage and facial - expensive. Staff friendly. Wish they offered more services but did not. Even package deals would be nice. They had for Feb but not March Lina restaurant - service good. Hubby really liked their fish sandwich Breakfast - kinda ridiculous if you want a quick bite and the only option is a $56 buffet breakfast There is free self service coffee and tea in the morning on the ground level near the Lina restuarant. BLT - service good. Steak excellent. Expensive. Just an FYI, the Lina and BLT restaurants are in the same location. name just changes depending on the time. St Regis Bar - nice view beside the window. Service good for most part. When it gets busy, not enough staff to fulfill orders so VERY SLOW. I would avoid if you see entire room of people. Food was good. Presentaiton of sushi excellent but kinda dry fish. INTERNET - reliable. fast for the most part. Sometimes slower during busy hours. SHOWER - it takes 5 min to get warm. Seems like a waste of water letting it run so long just to get temp to the right point Liked that the bags were in the room by attendant as we were checking in If you can get room service, would have liked a hard copy manual in the rooms of the menu, a list of activities that St Regis offers each day, etc etc. The paper sheet they gave us needs a little bit more info to be put into it. Bottom line - would i come here again? Maybe if they offered free shuttle services and offered generic charging stations for all the different rental companies
