This hotel was recently renovated (within the last 2 years). The public spaces and restaurants are great. We enjoyed the outdoor cafe by the beach the best, although the small plates in the lobby bar were tasty (if expensive). I visited the spa during a massage appointment; it is a bit on the small size and segregated by men & women. The gym was well-equipped with newish machines. We stayed in one of the two-story suites. It was very roomy and a nice feature was each floor had a full bathroom.

Our dinner at Ritz Carlton Sofra was an experience to remember. The food was perfect, the best I’ve had across many places I’ve visited. Each dish was a masterpiece, from its stunning presentation to the incredible flavors that lingered beautifully on the palate. A huge thanks to the chef for such outstanding creations that truly reflected passion and skill. The service was excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant was delightful. The only drawback was the music. It was loud, club-style tunes felt mismatched with the fine dining atmosphere. Softer, Mediterranean inspired melodies would have complemented the setting and enhanced the overall experience. Thank you to the Sofra team for a wonderful evening. We look forward to returning for another unforgettable meal!

This isn’t quite 5-star, more like 4.5. But overall it’s a Ritz I would recommend. TLDR summary… What’s good: 1. Staff- Helpful, friendly, and attentive. 2. Dining- Many options, food very good. 3. Rooms- soundproof from room to room, large, and newly renovated. 4. Pool(s)- thank god for an adult pool and it’s enforced! More than enough seating. 5. Spa- super large and luxurious. What could be better: 1. A/C in rooms shuts off during the night regardless of temp and it got hot. 2. Hallway noise from doors cut short echos into the room 3. Beach has tons of shells is not pleasant to walk on 4. Location- Can’t walk anywhere must have a car to go to any off property restaurant. About 15-30 mins from most shopping. 5. No tub in room. What’s downright horrible: Literally no mention or recognition of my Platinum status. Now we were here over NYE so didn’t expect any upgrade as hotel was full. But not even a “thank you for being a Bonvoy member” at check in. There is no lounge (that I know of) and literally no mention of your status. In fact, I wouldn’t think it was even part of the program but I redeemed points for the stay! This is hotel can be very pricey and some will say the $$ vs value isn’t there. But I think the beauty of the hotel across the common areas and the rooms, plus the restaurants, spa, and friendly/attentive nature of the staff deserve a high rating. All of my complaints are on the small side, just realize it’s not perfection despite the high price (or high amount of points you will need).

Nothing better than Christmas time here at the Ritz-Carlton. A one night stay after work for a little Rest and Relaxation and it was totally needed after a busy day of driving from home to Miami airport and then to Naples airport to see customers The grounds and the lobby were decorated to the max!!! Beautiful colors with matching gold and silver trees and ornaments. Towering Christmas trees that were high, elegant and bright in the main lobby area. Now for the beautiful Gingerbread house that was so beautiful, and yummy and surrounded by at least over 100 Christmas trees in the Grand Ballroom. It was truly a winter wonderland. The bakers of the R-C did an excellent job in creating a masterpiece of a display. High and big and tastefully attractive. Great idea to have it in the main ball room and in its own glory. It use to be in the main lobby of the hotel. Now for our stay. A pleasure to check at the front desk. A smooth, easy transition and we went up to our room, 1255, showered and changed and we headed back downstairs to the Club lounge where we met our favorite hostess where Jane, Patty and Nancy greeted us. Pouring our drinks was Katherine who we had a great conversation with a few cocktails and snacks. The next day for breakfast was Esmeralda who we love. Always there to serve us and great attentive service. We love the club lounge!!! Can't forget our friends at the valet and bellman. Bellmen David, Jeffery and Juan, the best!!! And to Tate who got our car in a timely matter. For dinner we stopped by at the Grill with no reservations. We wanted to take a look and see but they took us in and got seated at a great table. It was truly awesome to get greeted at the door and at the table by the front hostess, then one of the head waiters Alameder, then the house GM Brian, the Sommelier Lamar, and our server Wes and his assistant Dinda. One of favorite piano players, Addie, who is also known as Lady Fingers, was making beautiful music for all while we dined there for the night. Overall, we love this R-C, with great service, awesome friendly staff, beautiful property and a nice and relaxing stay. We will be back!!! Merry Christmas!!!🎄🎄🎄 From A. Balshi and M. Soo

As usual, the Ritz in Naples created an amazing experience for my husband and I for our 20th anniversary. The upgraded room and amenities along the way were wonderful, but it was the Ladies and Gentlemen that made all the difference. A couple to specifically mention: * At our first breakfast, I mentioned my egg allergy to Edith, our server, and she spoke directly with the chef about making sure I had egg substitute the rest of the trip. Chef Lola made sure to get what I needed so I could enjoy “eggs” for breakfast. Every breakfast Edith was just wonderful, and got us a little gift on the last day for our anniversary. * We rented a cabana at the pool one day and Dieula was just amazing…one conversation with her and you know how much she truly cares about her guests. Many thanks to all of the staff who truly made this a wonderful vacation for us.

We had an incredible time at this hotel and were especially impressed with the Photography Concierge service. We worked with Chris Corona to have some engagement photos taken and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our photoshoot was a breeze and we loved that Chris took the lead on what shots would look good. My fiancé and I are not big picture people normally, so it was awesome to have his artistic expertise and guidance. The photos turned out amazing and we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant photography experience.

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz last week celebrating our 25th year anniversary and my 50th birthday. We had an amazing time and were treated unbelievably from the minute we checked in until we checked out. Everywhere we went around the property, everyone knew about our special celebration and we were treated well beyond our expectations! They also upgraded us to a beautiful bilevel suite that made our trip even more fantastic! Thank you to the staff of the Ritz Carlton of Naples Florida for making our trip so memorable!
