Fantastic location - excellent service. Faleta and Bianca really made us welcome. Roof top terrace is a must with outstanding views of the City. Fantastic meal experience in the Idlyo restaurant. Would thoroughly recommend as a base for a long weekend visit to take in the sights of Rome

This luxury hotel is absolutely stunning. The room was very clean & modern, and the staff was kind & accommodating. The bed was a comfortable king size bed, which seemed hard to find in Rome. They included a lovely welcome gift for us due to my titanium status, which is always a nice surprise! The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. There’s a small square right next to the hotel with cafes and a gelato shop, including Sant Eustachio Caffe, which is one of Rome’s famous cafes. We had coffee and pastries there each morning. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop patio with a lovely aperitivo. I can’t speak to the value, since I booked with points, but I highly recommend this hotel.

Impeccable friendly service, super comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast buffet with everything you could dream of, wonderful roof terrace with views of the famous Pantheon dome, and across to Gianicolo Belvedere great location in the heart of Centro Storico beside the Pantheon.

If you're looking for impeccable service this is where you stay. I was a little apprehensive as I've seen some previous negative reviews but it was the complete opposite. From the moment we stepped through the doors we were greeted by the most amazing people at front desk/reception. Luckily our room was readily available upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Check in was smooth sailing and they also offered to make a dinner reservation at Idylio which was also an incredible experience. We stayed in a jr suite which was gorgeous. Completely modern and luxurious with fruit and champagne to welcome us. They take care of all the little details from toiletries to slippers and robes. Morning breakfast buffet was incredible. The host as well as the servers are so quick and attentive to provide you with a wonderful smile and coffee pronto! I needed some assistance with some tickets I purchased and reception has a floater always will to assist you and help you with anything you need. We felt like Royalty. I will definitely recommend this hotel and location to anyone ever visiting Rome.

My wife, I and another couple, stayed at the Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel on September 6th to 8th, 2024. While we were all a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews we had read, we were so thrilled we didn’t cancel or pick a different property. From the beginning our experience was outstanding. The Check-in staff were so nice and kind. We are Marriott Titanium Members and to our surprise we were all upgraded to a Junior Suite prior to arrival. The room was stunning and so luxurious! The AC blasted out such cold air we had to turn up the air because it got too cold. Also we experienced no issues with the Shower, the water temperature was perfect and we loved the rain head- shower. The bed was super comfy and on our last night we ordered room service which was so good!!! They have an incredible rooftop bar with gorgeous views. We had evening drinks with our friends and ended up staying much longer than planned because of the stunning surroundings and good cocktail’s. Finally, as a Titanium Member we chose the breakfast option and we were so pleased we did. The breakfast buffet is outstanding!! They have great American sized coffee and something for everyone. My wife loved her go to - eggs and bacon - while I loved their cereal/yogurt and their pastries (they had some mini custard filled donuts, that are to die for!!) All-in-all we ABSOLUTELY loved the Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel and will stay here again next time we visit!

Every city break we take we try and stay at the Marriott’s autograph collection, (just as a side note Athens is our favourite so far) The hotel was lovely, staff welcoming and helpful, check in we weren’t told where breakfast was held or given a map of the city which we saw others being told and given later on. We had a panoramic suite (514) it was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfy. We had a welcome bottle of wine and fruit basket on arrival which was also a nice gesture. Don’t expect views of the pantheon though (you can see the roof on the photo I’ve provided) from the panoramic suite, if we stayed here again we would probably have a room with a balcony. I think they have them. The hotel is well situated and a 2-3 minute walk away from the pantheon. Restaurants, cafes and supermarket are all close by. (Literally as you walk out of the door). The rooftop bar and restaurant are also beautiful and has some amazing views of the city. We had booked room only and before our stay I received an email from the hotel to confirm the reservation which was nice, I took this opportunity to book breakfast with the hotel whilst we were there for the 3 nights in August. At breakfast we witnessed other guests being offered menu options to order which at no point during the reservation or stay was we offered which we thought was odd, thus being said the buffet has great choices and fresh pastries every day. Nice to have had the option though. The restaurant whilst the food was well cooked and tasty I feel lacked choices as the only appetisers were carpaccio dishes which my husband is not a fan of. We only ate here 1 night and so wasn’t really an issue. The only other issue we experienced was a large family on our floor whom kept their doors open to the rooms and let their children run around the corridors screaming and shouting and it didn’t matter what time of day it was. I could understand this behaviour in a youth hostel not in a 5* hotel but also not really the hotels fault and we could’ve complained however I didn’t want to be a “Karen”.

This hotel has been on my bucket list since the start of the year! So needless to say, I was more than excited to book this fabulous hotel! And I must say it’s absolutely beautiful! However the check in experience we had left us feeling ready to go home before our 5 night in Rome adventure. We understand that the hotel. Has a 3pm check in policy and upon arrival at about 10:30am the receptionist gave us this clear notice about rooms not being ready at the moment and there was no time update that could be given. This was clear and understandable; however as we sat in the lobby we watched several guests, couples and families enter and receive a room before 3pm. When we went to the counter to inquire we was redirected firmly as others checked into a room. There was about 4-5 different individuals/couples/groups that received a room. There was no other guest with our room type that waited until 3pm to check in. I’m not sure if it was the color of our skin, status or nationality, but it felt awful. When we finally got to our room the room was not prepared. The bed was not made there were missing towels, hair on the walls of the shower. It was not a good experience. After speaking with the manager. We was offered 20 dollar coupon off our breakfast meal or a change of room to a higher floor ( but the room change had a time limit) .and we were headed for a Florence day trip. This was degrading and they were not willing to rectify the poor experience.

My husband and I have traveled extensively in Europe from the US, and we both agreed this was the most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at in Europe. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is perfect (very responsive to whether we wanted it really cool or a bit warmer), the breakfast buffet is great, and the views from the rooftop bar are outstanding. But, the thing that sets this hotel apart is the truly exceptional staff. They love their jobs and it shows. From the front desk to housekeeping to the servers upstairs, everyone went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests. We never write reviews, but we had such a positive experience here that we just had to share! Oh, and the location is PERFECT. Walking distance basically everywhere.

Located behind the Patheon, this hotel is understated sophistication at its best. Room was spacious, well designed and offered many amenities. Bathroom had a bidet as well as toilet, large sink area and walk-in shower. Breakfast was on the top floor with an awesome view in every direction and offered a plethora of foods to suit every traveler. Front desk and door personnel were friendly, helpful and ready to assist any way they could. We needed a taxi on several occasions and waited only moments for one to appear. The day we were to leave, there was a race taking place closing streets. The desk people were pro-active, notifying us of this in a letter and making sure we knew when we went through the lobby. It meant rearranging our transportation service to the cruise port, and everything went flawlessly. Can't say enough about our stay here.

I’ve been treated better at low ranking hotels. The staff here is the worst I have seen at any establishment. If you don’t look like you are dripping money, you are trash to them. If you are a Marriott member, don’t bother using points here… you’ll get called poor.
