Overrated and very dated !
Rooms are VERY dated…..600 a night….no coffee….no water…
Asked for a non connecting room because of safety concerns…got a connecting room…you have to stand in line everywhere….food average at best….we wont be back there are better hotels in LAS

We came for an overnight to experience the Sphere and chose to stay here for proximity to the venue. Very confusing access from the Venetian, even to our driver. Once inside and checked in, it was the usual Las Vegas, including a mandatory walk through the casino to get to the elevators. (After the show, the elevator line was so long that we asked if we could use the stairs to get to the 7th floor, but were met with a shrug - staff couldn’t direct us to the stairs!) The hotel is walkable to the Sphere through an interior pedestrian passageway which is a big plus if that’s your reason for being in Las Vegas.
There is no in-room coffee setup, so rather than waiting for coffee to be delivered at a specific time, I was forced to trek down to the Starbucks outpost on the lobby level - the line was long and took 15 minutes to navigate at 7:45AM. (I have not seen a hotel room without DIY coffee in many years. Clearly this is a way to generate more revenue, but it’s pretty aggravating - especially when the cost was over $600!) Room service breakfast was a HUGE disappointment, arriving lukewarm in disposable containers! Only the utensils were metal. So much for this hotel’s commitment to “sustainability!” Such a presentation is more suitable to a Motel 6, than to a 4 or 5 star hotel! On that note, our “suite” had a living area two steps down from the bedroom area with no other separation - not really a suite. All in all, it was a functional place to stay, but I would probably stay at the Wynn if coming back to the Sphere.

Hopeless chambermaid service at The Palazzo at The Venetian

My wife and I stayed at The Venetian for five nights in the Palazzo room 12-737. We have stayed at the Venetian in the past.
There are many good aspects of this hotel and I love Las Vegas itself but there is one thing where the Venetian constantly lets down its paying guests and that is the quality of the chambermaid service.
The chambermaids are surly and clearly do not like doing their job cleaning the large rooms.
On 1 March 2025 we were out for 9 hours at a sporting event at the Allegiant Stadium and our room was not done when we returned.
The previous day I had to ask ring housekeeping and ask them to send someone as the room had not been touched. We went out to let the maid clean but, when we got back, we saw that she had hardly done anything – she did not give us any fresh towels, left the wet towels on the floor and did not wash the glasses up. She just gave us lots more shampoo! By this time the bin was full. I attach some photographs.
The previous day when I asked the maid to clean the room she pretended she could not understand me and said “pequena english”. I hope the new American President will remind the Venetian that the national language of the United States is English.
Room 12 737 is a room quite near to the end of a very long corridor and they clearly ignore this part of the floor when they run out of time.
As another item, our mini bar was not filled for three days notwithstanding me asking the Concierge three times.
There were crumbs on the carpet in the hallway and a guest trolley was left overnight in the corridor.
It was quite interesting that the Concierge has a sign saying that it’s closed from 8 PM to 8 AM but of course the Venetian should be a 24 hour hotel in all aspects of its service.
I invite the Venetian to check which maid said she cleaned Palazzo room 12 737 on 1 March 2025 as that entry will be false.
Next time I will stay at Caesar’s Palace.

We stayed four night at the start of November. Travel to and from the airport was quick and easy via Uber (despite preparations for the F1GP messing with the roads!). Check in was easy and fast and the room was great, overlooking the Wynn. Room/suite was clean, spacious and well equipped with TV's, remote controlled curtains/drapes, plenty of storage space and a huge, comfortable bed. The whole resort is huge! With the mandatory casino running along much of the ground floor, plenty of food outlets both fast food and dine in. As mentioned elsewhere, this is a 'full service' hotel, so don't expect tea/coffee making facilities, go to one of the many excellent outets.
We didn't see a show in the Venetian (two, maybe more theatres!) but there is now easy access via a bridge to Sphere, so yet another attraction (we were fortunate enough to see the Eagles).
Loved the hotel/resort, met up to it's 5* expectations. It's a 'big kids' playground, better value for money than we expected, felt welcome and safe at all times. Many thanks to the staff.
