Service absolutely faultless and friendly, the team here are not just well trained, they’re very pleasant too. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Good value for where this is in Prague (location perfect if you want to explore both sides of the river). If I was to have one minor issue, it would be the limited selection at breakfast on weekdays - this felt like an unnecessary economy (the quality on Friday was, however, outstanding). All in all, would definitely stay again.

A great experience! The hotel is a beautiful, historic building (Pachta Palace), very clean and quiet, and the location is excellent! We didn’t want to be in the middle of the Old Town (especially in the busy season, not fun to be in the midst of thousands of people), but...

A great experience! The hotel is a beautiful, historic building (Pachta Palace), very clean and quiet, and the location is excellent! We didn’t want to be in the middle of the Old Town (especially in the busy season, not fun to be in the midst of thousands of people), but we could easily walk anywhere from our hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Allan was amazing! Helped us with day trips, restaurant reservations and things to do in Prague. Next time in Prague, I will definitely stay at The Mozart, again!

Great, charming hotel, in the middle of the old town, everything was good. The room was spacious, walking distance to all historical monument, restaurants and cafe, for sure I will stay again in this fabulous hotel whenever I will visit Prague again.

Nice hotel in a good location but could have been better. Pros Good location and nice views over the river (extra charge). Mini bar was free; 2 beers, 2 cokes, 2 tonics and water. Restocked every other day. Good heating, room was warm for our very cold stay. Cons No full length mirror. Offers via QR code in room were out of date we were told (after using the 2 for 1 cocktails) we queried our bill & they were deducted at checkout, but embarrassing having to raise this; felt uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Had to wait half an hour for a decaf coffee as diy machine didn’t have decaf. Watered down juices. USBs at side of bed in room didn’t work. No door on the shower. Nowhere for storage in bathroom.

Breakfast was first class excellant buffet and a chioce of cooked to order dishes, the Eggs Benedict was supurb.

I could praise everything, from the beautiful executive room to the amazing breakfasts but the one thing that stands out is the “old fashioned” service. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, happy and bright. I would employ each and every one of them!

The hotel is germ in the middle of Prague. The view is absolutely outstanding. The staff was amazing, taking care of us. Allan’s suggestions were magic. Our room (401) has an amazing view on the river. And the breakfast was delicious. Thank you everyone

We were delighted to stay at The Mozart hotel during our holiday in Prague. It's ideally located for visiting the city while still being quiet, the welcome is very professional and the breakfast buffet is sumptuous. Thank you to the whole team.

We stayed on 22/11 for 2 nights in room 109 (ground floor right by the courtyard) & paid about £200 per night. This was a disappointing stay, for the following reasons: I paid when I booked. I also checked in online which entailed providing all of our passport details and putting in card info for incidentals. When we arrived at around midnight after a long tiring day, the night shift clerk told me nothing had ‘integrated’ and she needed my card again and all of our passport info and & we had to sign the paperwork again. She had an attitude about it and didn’t care even the slightest that we’d already done all of that. At that point all we wanted to do was watch a show and fall asleep but the internet wouldn’t work at all on any of our devices or even their own TV. I tried to call reception and the phone wouldn’t dial. At this point I was in my underwear and didn’t have the energy to get dressed again to head back to reception to deal with the attitude the lady had. Went to sleep and our double bed was 2 single mattresses pushed together, a pet hate of mine and definitely not acceptable at a hotel this expensive. Woke up in the morning to a cacophony of noise. The walls look think and there’s a double door but that doesn’t absolutely nothing to block out the sounds of everyone walking past our room. Very very noisy. The room had felt warm when we went to sleep but it was very warm when I woke up. The shower has no door on it by design and consequently the bathroom was wet and sloppy after I showered. Went out for the day and when we came back asked for help with the internet. They said they would send maintenance. After waiting 30/40 mins I went back to reception to chase and eventually someone came and just gave us a password for a private network. It was stiflingly hot when we went to bed the 2nd night and it took me ages to fall asleep. I usually double check to make sure my hotels have AC but as we’re nearly in December I didnt, to my regret. The bathroom started to smell really badly as well, it was definitely coming up through the drain. Bad plumbing. In the morning the water from the taps was brown. The positives: fantastic location, free mini bar in the room & the room was large and beautiful. But bad amenities, noise, temperature and service means I would never stay here again. I can only imagine how hot it must get in the summer months.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the river. Budi and Alan were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area but I couldn’t fault any of the staff. The breakfast was superb and I would highly recommended this hotel.

We had the best time at the Mozart! The staff was wonderful and very caring. The location was amazing and close to all amenities and landmarks. The food was excellent and the bedding allowed for the most restful sleep. I really hope we get to go again!
