Rebecca at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly! The rooms were nice and very comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant. It was a little pricey but very good. We also spent time by the fire pits in the patio and overall a very nice hotel.

swimming pool closed not informed until day before travel . Customer service skills very bad . bar closed 20.00 week night s concierge and shuttle service did not exist despite being advertised on tv welcome screen in room , receptionist had no idea about shuttle service . Workmen started work...

We really loved our stay at The McCormick resort and spa. The people were very friendly and polite, the hotel itself is beautiful. We will return. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the bar overlooking the golf course. The rooms and patio with rocking chairs were just great.

My girlfriend planned this trip for my birthday, we decided to get some drinks at the bar and were greeted by Terry who was an awesome bartender! Made us feel like he knew us our whole lives which was nice! We will definitely be back and hope terry is working...

First class guest room, great service, decent price. We moved to this hotel from another that did not meet our expectations for a Scottsdale resort. This one exceeded our expectations. Beautiful grounds, nice pool with plenty of chairs available for guests.
