A great place to stay for fishing or seeing the Whooping cranes at Aransas Nat'l Refuge. Reserve a room facing the bay & ask for an upper floor; fun to watch the fishing boats going in and out, and to fish from the excellent & very convenient private pier and property edges. The rocking chairs on each balcony are an added bonus (it does get foggy so bring a dark-colored towel to wipe down chairs/balcony sill). Great spot to drink your coffee. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. There's a marina next door for boat put-in. We would stay again if headed there.

Great hotel. Clean, decently priced and good food, we had both the breakfast buffet and dinner. Location was perfect. Had a good pier that was nice to fish from and just enjoy the water. Probably not good for small children due to seawall drop off.

Location, views and service are amazing. The views on the bay side wfrom suites is awesome. However, the rooms are not sound-proofed, as we could hear neighbors carry on general conversations and the the breakfasts were terrible because of food temperatures being cool and the music was over-bearing and ridiculously...

The lighthouse Inn is not an upscale hotel. The air conditioning in the suite was very noisy, almost impossible to get any sleep. The free breakfast was very basic, Just scrambled eggs and toast and waffles and only one person attending. The facility is clean and well kept but the...

The free breakfast was very basic, Just scrambled eggs and toast and waffles and only one person attending. The facility is clean and well kept but the staff is rude and not helpful. The Bayside rooms have a great view of the bay.

Everything from beginning to end was amazing The room had the most amazing view of the bay the porpoise swimming around the pier was an unexpected bonus all the costal birds diving for prey was also fun to watch the spacious balcony was a pleasant surprise along with the well-equipped suite. The staff went above and beyond what we expected great hospitality the food in the restaurant also deserves some great recognition. The pool and hot tub was also an additional treat. We have traveled to many different states over the last 7years, and this has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in.We will definitely. recommend this place to all of our family, friends, and co-workers.

Our 8th visit. Glad to see it all up and running!! Nice visit. Came during week, not too busy. Was clean and had a lot of towels. Simple breakfast. Nice bar. A little pricier right on water but worth it. We had a Good time on our boat. Fun place...
