This was a return trip to the Rockwell. I love that they pick you up at the airport and their location is perfect! Everything in town is walkable so a car is not really necessary espcially if you're working with local tour guides. They have a daily shuttle to Teton Village for those who want to ski, an amazing hot breakfast, warm cookies in the afternoon and their staff are super helpful. I love that they always have hot cocoa (& tea) available in the evening which is such a nice treat after walking home from dinner. The rooms are very nice, especially the heated floors in the bathroom. The only downside were the pillows (too thick and too hard) but the bed was very comfy. I would highly recommend (for both singles and couples) and they will always be my go-to hotel for future trips to Jackson Hole.

Very, very conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. The room itself was very roomy. Lots of counter space in the bathroom and a couple of very spacious tables. The bathroom floor was awesome, as it was heated. My only complaints were : 1. The hot tub was broken until...

Very, very conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. The room itself was very roomy. Lots of counter space in the bathroom and a couple of very spacious tables. The bathroom floor was awesome, as it was heated. My only complaints were : 1. The hot tub was broken until our last day there and it would have been nice to have the complete trip since we were there in the winter. 2. Everything is in separate buildings. Our rebuilding then you have a different building that has the laundry, ice machine, lobby(which had the included breakfast and another housed the laundry. It’s very inconvenient to have to travel from building to building for your needs. 3. Lastly, the breakfast. We had read so many great reviews about the breakfast and I thought it was just ok. This was just my opinion though. These complaints are nothing that would keep me from staying there again though. I’d definitely recommend it.

Check in provided all the information necessary on the hotel and surrounding areas. Staff was friendly and happy to answer questions. Breakfast offered waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, oatmeal. Room was clean and very newly renovated including heated tile in the bathroom.

Check in was quick and informative, offering information on the hotel and local area. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of variety. Offered on site laundry. Also has a pool. Room was quiet, clean, and up to date. Within walking distance of restaurants and art galleries.

We have been going to the Rockwell Inn for over 10 years now almost every October. Adena, Operations Manager, has become like family to us! Price, General Manager, we met this trip and bonded with him right away! The Rockwell just finished a full renovation so the rooms are even nicer than before. The housekeeping staff is the absolute best of any lodging we have stayed at over 30 years of road trips. We have never found stains or hair in the shower, floors, sheets, or towels. They do a remarkable job! The location of the Rockwell is perfect to walk into the town square to many restaurants and shops and only a few short miles to the Teton National Park entrance so once we found the Rockwell years ago, we only stay there every visit. Thank you Adena, Price, and all the wonderful staff for another amazing visit this year:)

We stayed here only for 1 night after our flight out of Jackson Hole Airport was canceled at the last minute and the staff could not have been nicer. They were extremely patient and worked with us to find solutions to an otherwise stressful travel situation. Thank you!

Older but nice and clean. The bed and pillows were the best with extra blankets. The sink and counter space flooring was heated!! What!!! It was pretty quiet from traffic, easy access to everything. The breakfast was great, the workers were very pleasant. *Not all outlets in our room worked

This is our second trip to The Rockwell. We absolutely love it and plan to go again next year! We love how clean and comfortable our room and common areas are. Breakfast is amazing. Staff and the manager Price, are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be around

Nice place, however hot tub was broken (which should have been said on the website before booking) and the heater in the bathroom was not controllable so the whole room was very hot. The location is great though and the bed was big and comfortable. The tesla charger was also broken (should have been said on the website or marked via a sign placed on the charger) and the EV chargers that we're available we're difficult to set up for payment to use, one was also not working at all.
