We choose The Kayon Resort for our honeymoon and it was definitely a great choice. Huge suggestion for couples! Everyone was really nice and helpful. My husband needed gluten free food and the restaurant staff were really careful and helpful about that. They have shuttle service to the Ubud center....

Amazing environment, amazing food, good breakfast, clean rooms, caring staff, good location everything you could wish for. It was a really good experience, we will try to come back another time.

A great stay in the heart of Ubud. This boutique resort has a great atmosphere. Spa is tailored to your need, the waterfalls at the end of the Resort is stunning, the cultural shows at the end of the day take you on a daily Bali adventure…a real heaven. They also took us on a little walk in the village and ricefield in the neighbourhood. One of their driver Suja also took us on a little adventure one day hunting waterfalls for a full day. They will take care of you and make you want to stay longer 😉

The hotel offers a rest in the jungle, listening to birds and the water of the valley. The best service provided by friendly and wonderful staff makes you want to come back here.

Highly recommend particularly if your seeking a romantic getaway! The resort is located within the mountains surrounded by the jungle, away from the bustling noise of Ubud. The scenery is breathtaking and so peaceful. Upon arrival, the team welcomes you to their HOME with delicious welcoming drinks, easy check in and explains their facilities offerings which includes 7am Yoga, complimentary breakfast, 10 min complimentary massage and 1x complimentary professional photoshoot. The room we stayed at had a beautiful view and all the amenities you will need! The restaurant offered traditional Balinese and western food including freshly squeezed juice and house-made bread. We also booked for a candle-light 7 course dinner by the waterfalls which was decorated beautifully with so much details! It's a bit expensive which if your seeking a romantic experience, it's worth the price! Finally, the service was spectacular! Let's just say when you leave, it feels like your leaving with a new family/friends. They're so warm, polite and always with a smile. My partner and I got engaged a few days before arrival and when we informed one of the team members, not only were they so excited and happy for us but word really got around the resort celebrating our new chapter with complimentary desserts! The photographer on site was definitely the highlight! He was funny, professional and made the experience so easy and relaxed. (The poor guy had to climb so many stairs.) The team really work hard to accommodate your needs (even offers 2x housekeeping service daily) Despite the location being a bit further from central Ubud, they do offer free shuttle to town and return. The best resort we have been to in a while. Excellent location. Exceptional staff and service. Delicious food. Beautiful and private room. Wonderful daily morning yoga. To top it off - No kids! Loved every moment of our 3 nights there. Can’t wait to visit again.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The service was amazing, hotel & facilities were clean and a fantastic day spa. Travelling for our wedding anniversary we also had the romantic package and it didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend this one! The pool villa was absolutely perfect and the price of food and drink was excellent. The best attribute of the hotel was that it is adults only and it is not a huge resort so at times you can feel like the only people there and it is really relaxing. I would definitely stay again!

The food was of exceptional quality, fresh, and flavorful. The hotel itself is a serene and peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxation and couple. The staff and reception team were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Our stay at Kayon Resort was truly a memorable stay. From the first step out of our taxi, we were greeted by very welcoming and friendly staff. We had an incredible 2 night stay - wish it was longer. However during this time we were able to experience a personal healing ritual consisting of palm reading, holy water blessing, yoga, chakra meditation and massage which I must say, all was very lifting, healing and spiritual. Day two, we took a hands-on Balinese cooking class - learning about the different aromatics and local spices. First step and probably the most important was the preparation of a Balinese paste which was subsequently used for the menu of: rib soup, chicken satay, fish in banana leaves and lastly, shredded coconut filled crepes for dessert. It was a great experience from start to finish - especially smelling the blended aromas and not to mention sampling our preparations along the way - all with the best part of sitting down and enjoying the specialty prepared lunch we made. I/we highly recommend both experiences offered at the hotel. Lastly, our room was presented beautifully with fresh flowers and very clean. I can go on and on … All I can say is that our stay was 10 out of 10 SUKSMA aka thank you 🙏

For example we unfortunately had some ants come into our room due to the heavy rain and being around the forest. The staff were very quick to attend to it and offered us a new upgraded room.

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible resort & the other two properties which is the kayon valley & the kayon jungle , and I can honestly say it was a 100% fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort itself is absolutely stunning – beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and with a vibe that immediately made us feel right at home. Every member of the team was kind, hardworking, and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The manager, the servers, the cleaners, and even the drivers were all so welcoming and attentive, always with a smile on their faces. It's clear they take great pride in what they do, and their dedication truly made our stay memorable. Their breakfast selections were fantastic, especially for someone like me who doesn’t eat a lot. It was a 3-course meal, starting with coffee, fresh juice & fruits , and a plate of your personal choice. The food was delicious, offering a variety of mouthwatering dishes that were always fresh and well-prepared. The river view from the resort were breathtaking, making every moment even more enjoyable. If you're new to the country like we were, don't worry – they will arrange activities and transportation for you. They also offer yoga, massages, and a morning walk through the village with a guided tour. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a perfect combination of beauty, comfort, and hospitality. Thank you so much for the thoughtful cards, cake, and the beautiful bath tub decorations left for us each time we returned from visiting another resort. We also appreciate the manager, who was off-duty during the day we checked out, for arranging a call with the front desk team to wish us a safe flight. A special thanks to the manager overseeing the three resorts, who personally drove all the way to visit us, wish us well on our travels, and take the time to chat with us. Very welcoming and heart warming staff, very luxurious stay, clean hygienic and very delicious food. Breakfast along the waterfall was just magical and Had a intimate dinner setup, turned out superb, the food, the ambiance, the mood. Just LUXURY. Highly recommended!!

I love the place. Ms. Novi, the receptionist is really nice, accomodating and welcoming. I love Novi. The room is so neat & clean. The food is amazing.. generous serving. The lasagna is very rich in flavor. Amazing place, amazing view... totally worth it.

A second time at Kayon and was as lovely as the first. Stayed in a villa with our own pool. Service was excellent, restaurant delicious. Intimate environment, never felt busy. Homely feel and welcome. We didn't leave the resort much as we're here to relax. Ticked all the boxes.

This is a beautiful place to rewind and recharge!!!!! The staff are very friendly and attentive - nothing is too much trouble! The food is outstanding, rooms are very clean. Different themed evenings make it entertaining and romantic dinner for couple is highly recommended
