The environment is so peaceful, I loved the surrounding where we can sit down and just settle our mind in this beautiful limestone scenery. The room is clean, and bed is comfortable. The waiter Ananda in the restaurant is the best. We had a beautiful conversation, talking about how each of us pursuit our own happiness, and what is matters in our life. Would definitely visit again.

Very cosy unit with cosy environment to unwind and rejuvenate . Loved it and will definitely return again. Not to forget, great staff with excellent customer service care. Always felt welcome. The facilities were good loved the pool. The balcony view of the limestone hills were stunning

This hotel is a little unusual as it is a rural resort a few km from the centre of Ipoh. We used Grab to get us into town 13 Rm. The hotel has excellent facilities and is spotlessly clean. Great pool , Gym walk around the lake AND the food...

This hotel is a little unusual as it is a rural resort a few km from the centre of Ipoh. We used Grab to get us into town 13 Rm. The hotel has excellent facilities and is spotlessly clean. Great pool , Gym walk around the lake AND the food is authentic and excellent quality. So if you don’t want to go into town I recommend you eat here Staff are friendly and efficient. There is night food market 10 min walk away with very good street food and fruit We had an issue with our onward transport ( not the hotel’s fault) but the hotel sorted it for us. We would stay here again.

Very nice ambience and friendly staffs especially the reception, security and bellmen. Breakfast was good. We are from the Morocco group. We are very happy to stay here. The resort is so peaceful and relax surrounded by the nature, lîmestone hill and beautiful lake. We will recommend to our friends.

Very good service and helpful staff. Our bellboy Mokles was very helpful and kind, the roomservice was Quick and good. The amenities and pool were excellent and the view was very beautiful. Our stay was very relaxing and i would gladly recommend it.

Great services great location and even better installations, staff is very nice and professional my seconde time going and definitely will be back everybody feels like family to the bell boys to the reception. Would recommend to all who come to malaysia

The hotel setting is lovely with the pool area, lake and mountains. However, the complex is huge, with 3 very tall tower blocks for accommodation. It is called a hotel but is more like serviced apartments. The place doesn't feel welcoming on arrival as it has security guards at the driveway entrance checking details, unlike any hotel I've ever stayed in. For a "5 star" resort reception staff don't have a very good command of English. The building corridors are not like a hotel, no plush carpets here and the rooms (apartments) have a metal security gate??? The room was comfortable and clean enough but the whole place is a bit dated and in need of upgrade. Breakfast is done in 2 bookable sittings and on the later sitting you are put in a tent behind the main restaurant with big communal plastic tables and chairs. Food selection is ok, but again far from 5 star. 2 very slow coffee machines for hundreds of guests is just not good enough. The pool is beautiful, big and clean, but the loungers are SO uncomfortable you can't sit or lie for more than a few minutes. Staff could do with some lessons in customer care (smiling would be a start) but some were excellent, Anand at breakfast was particularly pleasant. All round and considering its location a good 20 minutes taxi ride from town it is not worth the money and I'm surprised Tui are happy to put their name to this as a 5 star resort. Do yourself a favour and either go cheaper or find a hotel with better standards for this price.
