The hotel, room, facilities, and the bistro were all fantastic. However, on three separate occasions on three consecutive days our peaceful enjoyment in your hotel was interrupted by maintenance. As a builder for 38 years I understand required maintenance. However, knowing every tool used in all trades, your vendors chose to use convenient tools and not the most efficient or quietest. Screw guns were set to hammer drill instead of screw, hole cutting done with a jigsaw instead of a hole saw or similar, etc. It was heard throughout the lobby and in our room, 203. Additionally, we used your concierge for many excursions. However, relative to a key issue he was not available which is understandable. When I left a message with my room number at the front desk for expedited service I received no response from anyone. This negatively impacted our stay and activities. The reason given was the front desk agent did not input the correct room number. As I told the on duty manager, one of the front desk’s primary functions is to utilize the room number to assure all information related to that room and guests are properly managed. We are disappointed. We chose your hotel over our regular Four Seasons due to your location.

Absolute horrible nightmare of a place. Horrible customer service and crappy room. They gave us a room facing a garage and refused to move us. Wound up switching hotels and had to spend $2k more for our vacation. Would never ever stay here. Stay away!!!!!
This place is nice and convenient. BUT VERY crowded and Noisy Rooftop Parties. Be aware.
Be advised. They have a roofop terrace that they rent out for parties. Some are not noisy. Some are VERY VERY VERY Disruptive. The noice permeates throughout the entire building. They end the noice at 10PM. Plus the lobby is very very crowded and busy. If you are looking for...

I loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff is eager to please and ever so helpful. You were never another when you had a question and they were so happy to assist you in whatever way they possibly could. Our room was well appointed and I loved that there was a water closet and it was separate from the shower. So someone could be showering, someone could be using the water closet and one person could be at the mirror getting ready, There were only two of us in the room but there would have been plenty of space for 3 people to be getting ready in our room at the same time. The snacks stations in the hallway on each floor were a nice touch. We had used Valley parking upon the day of our arrival and after that we were easily able to find street parking around the back, on the street by where the entrance to the garage and valet parking was located. So we were not inconvenienced at all. This is a very welcoming and refreshing place to stay while in Jackson Hole. I would definitely stay there again when in the area.

We stayed at the Cloudveil for 5 evenings. The location cannot be beat! I am so happy to have stayed here instead of in Teton Village. You are within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and bars! We were even close to several of our tours we arranged. We had a corner room and noise was never an issue. There were a lot of families, as it's summer vacation. Unfortunately, it is a small pool and there were always tons of kids using it and the hot tub. We are an older couple traveling without kids, so wasn't ideal for us. I would come back in Sept if we returned. The gym is great. It was never busy. The rooftop was fun for drinks. Housekeeping was inconsistent. We would be gone all day and room still had not been serviced. The hair dryer had to be the worst hair dryer I have encountered in a hotel. If you have a lot of hair, bring you own. You won't regret it! All in all we had a great visit here and would recommend!

I don’t know how the town supports so many outdoor gear shops but it does. We liked the hotel. The rooms are unsurprisingly decorated in Western style and motifs. All very nice. Good beds, showers, etc. Reasonable size and closet/drawer space. Nespresso maker in the room. Snacks and some drinks in the hallway. Refillable water bottles given to all guests. Hallways have HD screens at the end showing close up films of bison, moose or bears close up. Bistro restaurant in the lobby that we never tried. Front desk check in and out very polite and efficient. We’d be happy to stay here again when in Jackson.

After 3 nights of staying at a cabin at the Yellowstone Hotel, we had a much needed stay at a proper hotel stay at The Cloudveil. The lobby was inviting. Our room was spacious and very well appointed with a modern ski lodge decor. Much attention was paid to the finishing details including leather-wrapped trimmings to the furniture and fixtures. The bathroom is very laid out with a 2-person shower stall and a separate toilet room. We are most impressed with the little things like complimentary water bottles. Each floor has a refueling station with water, tea and snack bars. Loved our stay at the hotel.

We could not have had a more pleasant and stress free stay in Jackson Hole. Beside the perfect location, the staff were so professional and well trained in customer service. The front desk staff, particularly Grace, were so helpful when our flight was delayed many hours. All of our needs for a wonderful ski trip were met. We arranged ski rentals through Cloudvail prior to our arrival, making the process very simple. Our room was immaculate and well appointed. I love that it was possible to crack a window for fresh air, many accommodations do not have that ability. A wonderful stay, we will not be staying anywhere else in Jackson Hole.

Sleeping rooms and location great. Other things, not so much.

Sleeping rooms are amazing. The lobby, not so much. They allow the restaurant to take over the lobby and you basically get dirty looks if you sit on the furniture and don’t order a drink. Also, a bunch of staff who just have been off were sitting in the lobby drunk being loud and using profanity while the live music was playing. Also, the cupboards on the floors do not get stocked consistently and were always out of items. Shouldn’t be like this with the destination fee you pay. Location is great!

I can't say enough about this Hotel. It truly was the icing on the cake for our trip. From the cleanliness, to quietness, the fireplaces and the pantries with the free souvenir water bottles. It was TOP NOTCH!! And the ambience in the lounge area, absolutely incredible.
