Went to have Breakfast and Lunch at Cena! Breakfast buffet was good, plenty of options and their food are always fresh. The lunch menu was also amazing, the pizza was top notch. I recommend Mhy as your server! She was very friendly, always smiling and took care of everything we needed! We are definitely coming back!

Very family friendly hotel, two minute walk to the ski lift. We loved the buffet breakfast, exceptional quality and selection. All the staff are very friendly and Mhy was great with the kids making them their own hot chocolats :) See you again next season.

Everytime we go to Cena Lounge we can't help but leave with a big smile. The food selection from breakfast until dinner is excellent. The service is top-notch. Always greeted with a smile. Billy is the one who helps us most of the time. Talking about adaptive service. He remembers all our preferences when dining there. He is very knowledgeable about the food they're serving and mentions all options if any from our group have a food allergy. Jakub is one of the nicest one we met at Cena Lounge. It almost feels like we're treated like a royalty. Antoine knows which table I prefer when dining at Cena. All the small things put together makes a big difference in experience and it makes you wanna come back any season. Chateaux is highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent all around. Service was impeccable. Gregory was beyond helpful in showing us to our room, giving us a tour of the property and also driving us to downtown. He was friendly and personable. Hotel room is beautiful with a spacious bathroom and great views. We are spending more time at the hotel than downtown just to enjoy the property. Hope to return!!

We made a last minute stop here on the final night of a long road trip and are really glad we did. The room (we had a studio) was beautiful and clean and had a balcony with a lovely view out toward the ski areas. Not only was the resort wonderful, but every person we interacted with was incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. We travel a lot, and it was obvious that this is a culture at this place. We will certainly return.
