We stayed in a Bryant Park Suite which was really spacious, with a separate lounge, dining area and bedroom. The room is wonderfully appointed, very comfortable and feels recently renovated. It is modern, clean and everything works perfectly. Even though it is listed as a 4 Star hotel, the only thing they don't have is in-room dining, besides that, it's pretty much a 5 Star place. Koi hotel is fantastic as is Celon, their cocktail lounge. It is perfectly located, super central with plenty of eateries nearby. A special mention to Scott who is an absolute legend. He went out of his way to accommodate our every need and was such a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend The Bryant Park Hotel.

This was the third time my husband and I have stayed at the Bryant Park Hotel for a theater weekend. It's a lovely hotel (now renovated) with excellent service; a convenient location (just a couple of blocks from Grand Central, across the street from Bryant Park, and easily walkable to the theater district); and clean, quiet, and modern rooms. The fitness room is open 24 hours and has up-to-date equipment. We would highly recommend the Bryant Park Hotel for your NYC stay!

Brilliant location, perfect rooms, lovely team there that assist with every need. Beds are amazing and and very comfortable. A perfect hotel to explore NYC in the heat of midtown with everything on your doorstep. Excellent food and beverage offerings also.

So this is a “real time”, flash review. We have been here for about 4 hours. We arrived at 12:30 and we were greeted by Scott. He was extremely professional and pleasant, getting our visit off to a very nice start. Our room is exquisite- seriously, no exaggeration - exquisite....

So this is a “real time”, flash review. We have been here for about 4 hours. We arrived at 12:30 and we were greeted by Scott. He was extremely professional and pleasant, getting our visit off to a very nice start. Our room is exquisite- seriously, no exaggeration - exquisite. We had a mid-afternoon snack and drinks at Koi, the hotel’s restaurant. Superb service and excellent food and drink. This is a phenomenal hotel. Perfectly situated - incredible view of Bryant Park and the NY Public Library - and so close to theaters and museums. I would highly recommend Bryant Park Hotel.

Absolutely the best. Our oasis in NYC. The staff are sharp, focused, and attentive. Our newly renovated room was spacious and beautifully arranged, and the bathroom with soaking tub was an expected treat. location is perfect to everything you want to do in ny city.

I had the pleasure of staying at Bryant Park Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was stellar. Jo really went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room itself was spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable – the bed was incredibly snuggly! The view of Bryant Park was absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better, with everything in the city within walking distance. If you're looking for a top-tier hotel experience in NYC, I highly recommend Bryant Park Hotel. I can't wait to come back!

Quick NYC getaway to celebrate my wife's birthday, Bryant Park Hotel was a perfect choice. Understated but classy lobby, we were greeted by a very friendly porter and escorted to the front desk for an efficient but very engaging check-in. The room was terrific with modern decor, beautiful window overlooking Bryant Park and designed for the modern world with plenty of places to plug in "devices". The bed was very comfortable and bathroom substantial. Very well maintained and clean, the room was also pretty quiet given the location of the hotel (yes, if someone decides to lay on the horn in from of the hotel you will hear it....it's NYC). Black-out shades were also very nice. Temperature control was easy and needed given the time of year. In addition to the great location and staff, we really enjoyed the Célon Bar & Lounge. Terrific vibe, talented bartenders, and superb service. Perfect after dinner/theater spot for drinks! Like "Coming Home". The Bryant Hotel is well deserving of high-praise, owing to terrific staff, unassuming decor, and impeccable maintenance. We will certainly be back!

Our overnight intercontinental flight arrived unexpectedly early, so our plan to saunter through customs, leisurely pick up our bags and take our transfer in peak hour traffic to our hotel at Bryant Park for an early lunch, finishing in time to check-in fell completely flat. Our overnight intercontinental flight arrived unexpectedly early, so our plan to saunter through customs, leisurely pick up our bags and take our transfer in peak hour traffic to our hotel at Bryant Park for an early lunch, finishing in time to check-in fell completely flat. There were 2 (yep, you read that correctly) people in the immigration queue, our bags arrived on the carousel before we could say abracadabra, and the transfer driver weaved his way through rush hour freeway traffic, backstreets and long forgotten alleyways to deliver us from JFK in record time. Ordinarily I’d be cheering, but on this frigid New York morning dressed in light clothing, albeit with an overcoat, we scrambled to make an alternative plan. We visited the nearby NY public library (warm) and walked through our previous mid-town neighbourhood, grabbed a bite to eat, managed a spot of shopping, only to be defeated by tiredness after a 12 hour flight and the cold NY weather. Arriving back at the Bryant Park Hotel, we upgraded to a larger room (as it was the only room available at 1 pm) for a fair but discounted price, showered and took a jet-lag reducing afternoon nap. So the silver lining to this morning saga was the upgraded room. Plenty of room to relax, a dining table to eat on as our body clocks had not yet adjusted to NY eating times, and a large sofa to sit and enjoy a deserved glass or two of red wine. The bathroom, with separate shower and much appreciated soaking tub, felt quite spacious. Plenty of sockets to charge devices, including USB outlets. The mini bar was well stocked, and although there was no in-room capacity to make coffee, complementary muffins and coffee were available each morning in the foyer. The check-in staff were engaging; indeed, all the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly, adding to the charm of this smallish boutique hotel. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the subway at Bryant Park - friends live close to the F train, and we had engagements downtown in Chinatown and nearby. It’s also convenient to a nearby wine store, Whole Foods Market and Le Pain Quotidian amongst other eateries. The hotel appears to undergoing a refurbishment; if our room was any guide, the update has a modern, almost minimalist aesthetic while being welcoming and comfortable. My only gripe on the frigid week we visited was the layout of the ground floor foyer - every time the front doors were opened a blast of arctic air blew through the place. The lift couldn’t have arrived more quickly. We enjoyed our Studio Suite, slightly larger than the Junior Suite we booked. It was expensive, but you need to treat yourself every now and then.
