All as made just for you. Rooms are comfortable and super clean. You can find all, just all that you find in any 5* hotel except that here it’s like home and not a hotel. Not to talk about the beach (just under your windows) that is like paradise. Private ona as the hotel makes everything to make that feeling of exclusivity alive. Your comfortable bed on the beach is just for you, all the time you are there. Restaurants are great and you can spend your entire holiday being barefoot all the time. A downside is that all this has it’s price and it’s pretty high. You have to pay for exclusively these days.

Just returned from five days at The Beach Tulum hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in a junior suite and were able to walk to the beach directly outside our room. The room itself was large and very comfortable. It is hard to describe all of the amenities, but my favorites were the in room Jacuzzi and the warm pool on our deck. The staff was incredible both before our trip and while we were there. Shout out to Jessi and Ken who could not do enough to help us. Every single person at Ziggy‘s, the restaurant, knew our names by the second day and could not have been kinder or more helpful. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Beach Hotel Tulum for four nights and we wish we could've have stayed so much longer. Every single aspect of the hotel was incredible and we cannot give enough praise. We booked a room on the second floor with rooftop view / jacuzzi, which was amazing. From the first second you step into the hotel, you are made to feel so at home. Everyone at the hotel (front desk, bar staff etc) is incredibly friendly and we loved chatting to them! The hotel grounds are immaculate and the beach itself is incredibly beautiful. We loved how every room is assigned their own sunbed so there is no rush to secure them in the morning. If you are visiting Tulum, this hotel is a must.

My wife and I try and get away every winter to a warm, sunny place and this year Tulum was our destination. After meticulously vetting hotels in the area, we chose The Beach Tulum and we were thrilled with our stay. Location was perfect, the beach was beautiful, lots of restaurants close by and it was just far enough away from the beach clubs for lots of peace and quiet. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet escape in a beautiful setting. Our room was clean, housekeeping visited twice a day to make up the room and turn it down. Also would highly recommend flying into to Tulum Airport (just opened in 2024) as there were no lines, it's 45 minute drive to the hotel and the car rental lot is attached to the main terminal (no rental car shuttle!) Pros: - Quiet - no parties allowed on the premises - Beautiful beach - each room has it's own reserved beach bed too - Amazing service - room service uses What's App and they're super quick! - Plunge pool was nice and warm - Hot tub available in the pool area - it was hot too (101') - Breakfast was delicious (and included with our stay) at both Ziggy's and Frescos - Stocked, complimentary mini-fridge - Complimentary drink at the bar upon arrival - Complimentary bottled water that was continually refreshed in our room - Complimentary baked good delivered each night (this was a nice touch, and it was different each night) Cons: - We like to run on our vacations, but there wasn't really anywhere to run (except for the beach) as the street in front of the hotel is pretty busy with traffic - Our plunge pool was a little dirty, it didnt bother us, but it could have been much cleaner Hope we get to make it back soon!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, and great value for what you pay. We stayed on a second floor room with the rooftop hot tub. The rooms are spacious. The balcony views are dreamy and looked like a postcard. The service, as all of the other reviews have mentioned, is amazing. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Kenneth at the bar made great drinks. Freddie at the front desk was super helpful. Everyone showed great customer service. The private beach area in front of the hotel is excellent. The morning yoga classes are great. The spa and hydrotherapy are excellent. Great location walking distance to a lot on the main Tulum beach strip.

This is our second trip to The Beach Tulum and won’t be our last. This is the perfect tropical escape to unplug and recharge. The staff at the Beach Tulum are beyond incredible. I know I’m going to leave someone out but the staff is really what makes this resort. They treat you like family and remember you when you come back, From Fredy who manages the front desk, to Annabella who brought me the perfect cappuccino each morning, to David and Aldo who catered to our every need, to Kenneth and Carla’s amazing cocktails, and to Alessandro, Adolfo, and Anjel who took great care of us at Ziggy’s. We were so well cared for throughout our visit. And, make sure to get the burger on the lunch menu at Ziggy’s. It’s my favorite burger of all time. We did the romantic date at Naj Naay spa, which was awesome. We also did the hydro circuit at the spa a few times. I highly recommend you do the hydro circuit at least once since it’s included with your stay. Also, if you want to go on an outing to see ruins, cenotes or swim with the turtles, we highly recommend you hire Simon Araujo through the front desk. Simon knows the best spots to go and will take great care of you. He has become like family to us. We were asked when we checked out what they could do better. Honestly, they just need to keep doing what they are doing now. The Beach Tulum is the perfect tropical escape 🌴🌊☀️.

Annabelle was attentive and charming, from room service for breakfast or dinner to drinks at the bar. We took advantage of the complimentary spa services every morning- dry spa and cold plunge was amazing! Fresco's was super fresh and healthy for breakfast and Ziggys was great for afternoon cocktails. Can't wait to get back!

Also a rooftop hot tub and lay out area. The staff was very attentive and knew both our names very quickly. Kennith was awesome behind the bar and with his tequila & mezcal tasting class ! We never ate outside the restaurant because we could not imagine the food and service being any better than at the two restaurants on site. I would definitely recommend this place for a luxury chill beach resorts, sans children. Loved it !

Fantastic experience. Second time there. Just got even better. The food, the service, the room - everything is superb. Both restaurants are very good. The beach is clean and calm, nice comfortable beach beds. Can not ask for a better vacation.

We stayed in the junior suite plunge pool and the room was amazing. My fav beach hotels in the world are boutique style with close/direct entrance to the beach with plunge pool. It met all needs and is priced perfectly. The room is basic-decor wise, but that is the laidback style of Tulum. Despite how hot/humid it was when we were there, there were no mosquitoes or bugs. Food at both onsite restaurants were fabulous and fresh. Beach service was convenient by using WhatsApp (shout out to room service team Carla, Facu, Kenn, and Anabella). Close walking distance to other great restaurants. Concierge team/front office staff provided exceptional 5 star service. Our only negative experience during our stay was dealing with the beach vendors. Although this is a common issue in MX, we felt the hotel could have done more from a security standpoint. The vendors would get so close to us and one was trying to sell hard drugs. After we complained, they quickly alerted security to have more of a presence on the beach and we noticed a huge decrease in the number of vendors walking up to us. So with that said, the only recommendation we have is to have your security guards be more visible/active in deterring the vendors from coming up to your guests. Every luxury resort we have stayed in MX has done this and it works,-the vendors do not cross the "imaginary line." We would return if we are confident this becomes a standard practice for the resort. Despite this only issue its a beautiful beach and hotel.

A few people have asked where our hotel is. I can honestly say it’s the best hotel either of us has ever stayed in. Beautiful room, right on the pristine beach with our own rooftop area with private jacuzzi. Public areas and the spa are sublime. No extra costs for room service or bringing drinks to the beach for you. Immaculately mannered staff where genuinely nothing is too much trouble. So quiet that you think you are miles from anyone or anywhere else. Yet step outside and you are in the throng of it! You are on WhatsApp with them and you can ask them for anything - menus, drinks/food to be ordered, spa booking, tour bookings, or just for them to fill your jacuzzi up so it’s ready when you get home! (See end pictures!) And the food???? Just look at breakfast pictures! 🤩💜 To say we recommend this place would be a huge understatement! Thank you, The Beach Tulum Hotel. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Beach Tulum had an unbelievable vibe, excellent food options, and staffed with exceptional people-Axel, Carla. My husband and I stayed for 8 days to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed a private dinner on the beach hosted by Kenneth. The food and wine pairing was perfect.

We loved being next door to Ziggy’s for beachfront breakfasts and Fresco’s for healthy smoothies and tea. Daily 9 AM yoga (thank you to the amazing yoga instructor who played the ukulele for us!❤️), the thermal spa circuit, and our rooftop bathtub were unforgettable highlights. The hotel’s quiet vibe was the perfect contrast to Tulum’s lively scene just a short walk away. Can’t wait to return—this place is pure magic.

The Beach Tulum is as great as all the reviews say! Like most travelers researching places to stay, I read the reviews here on Trip Advisor and look for patterns. Not one review about The Beach was negative and we were wondering if it would live up to our expectations. I'm here to say that it did that and more! The staff is so friendly and accommodating and were so gracious during our entire stay. As others have stated, communication with the hotel is done through WhatsApp for your entire stay. Anything from more towels, an umbrella for your beach bed, drink order and food orders, housekeeping, drinks in your room, spa reservations, etc. is requested through WhatsApp and the response was immediate on everything. The grounds are meticulous and there was constantly employees cleaning, sweeping sand, dusting, straightening chairs, raking the beach of seaweed. The housekeeping staff exceptionally cleaned our room every day and we very much appreciated the nightly turn down service which included restocking of drinks, a small dessert, and fresh towels. We took full advantage of the daily yoga classes and the complimentary hydrotherapy circuit and enjoyed every second. I would highly encourage you to try it out! Having the reserved beach bed removed any anxiety over getting out to the beach early to reserve your spot. The chairs are far enough apart that you feel like you are alone on the beach. The seaweed was present during our stay, but the staff kept the beach clean and you could still go in the water as long as you didn't mind walking through the initial clumps - the water was clear after that. The pool is stunning as well! Both restaurants served a variety of delicious fresh food we ended up not leaving the property the entire duration of our stay. The included breakfast is such a wonderful amenity - you order off the menu and get 2 food items and 2 drink items per person. It was more food than we could eat. We arranged transportation to and from the Cancun airport through the hotel and it was seamless. We also did a tequila tasting with Kenneth and enjoyed it immensely! We did not do a cenote trip but those we spoke with about it loved it. The property is small, quaint and quiet and exactly what we were looking for in Tulum. We will be back!

The small boutique Beach hotels are all outstanding, but in my opinion, the beach hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone here was overwhelmingly accommodating. The restaurant had Ziggys was incredible. Honestly, we thought it was the best food we had the whole time. The team at housekeeping as well as the concierge and front desk were awesome. The service here is definitely that of a Ritz Carlton in my opinion. Love it. Looked at others while we were here and The Beach was on par w all other popular hotels on trip advisor. Hard to see a difference in hotel quality to us.

My wife and I arrived at the Beach after spending a few days driving around the Yucatan and man… we had no idea we were in for a treat! This hotel is relaxation and very personified. Everyone from the front office to room service and the staff at Ziggy’s and Frescoes were lovely and very professional. They were very quick with their responses and went the extra mile to make us feel special. Being able to communicate with them via WhatsApp was very handy and their service was fast and on point! The free room service and 2 for 1 happy hour were a nice touch! And the room, was out of this world. We booked a beautiful deluxe room with a plunge pool. The beach was amazing and the greenery leading up to it was beautiful. We loved the tuna nachos/tostadas at Ziggy’s so much we ordered it twice! Loved the food at Ziggy’s. Frescoes was good too but the food was a bit too healthy for us 🤣 We had such a great time at the Beach. My biggest regret is that we didn’t end up staying for longer. Best regards to the staff at the Beach, you guys were fantastic!

One word to describe this hotel - fabulous! The boutique experience is well worth the cost. The staff made us feel like family - the good kind of family. Room was meticulously kept clean and well stocked daily. The bar/lounge area was ideal for happy hour. Concierge crew set us up with transportation and dining recommendations. The location was within walking distance of shopping, authentic cuisine, and clubs. Tulum night life can be pretty noisy but the hotel live entertainment stopped at 9pm. The onsite restaurants offered delicious breakfast options with views of the ocean. We lounged by the pool every afternoon. You feel like you are in the jungle. Most importantly, the staff can help solve any problem that comes up - 24/7. We are retired and have traveled a lot over the years. This hotel ranks at the top of our list!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! We spent 4 nights and could not say enough about our trip. We stayed in an ocean front room with a private terrace and a plunge pool. The food at Ziggy's and Fresco's is amazing and you truly don't need to go elsewhere off the property. There's a taco place right down the street that has authentic food (right next to the Pharmacia) that was really good. We did one dinner at Illios (a little further down) and it totally was not worth it unless you want to feel like you are eating at a club. The service at the hotel is unmatched and everyone we encountered was wonderful. Thank you to Leslie at the spa who helped us with our daily hydrotherapy sessions, Karime at the spa, Guillermo at Fresco's and David who first welcomed us. We will definitely be back because it truly is a slice of heaven.

Honestly best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the room we stayed in had a view of the beach and our own private terrace. They reserve you your own beach bed for your entire stay which is clutch. What stands out the most though is the service. I was sick while I stayed and they brought me everything I needed to the room and were incredibly nice and respectful. Honestly made me and my girlfriend feel very comfortable and taken care of. I will be back!

Phenomenal hotel and service, restaurants in-house are great, close to many great restaurants. The spa is great, loved doing the hydrotherapy and getting massages. Great to do a daytrip to Chichen Itzá and the Cenotes nearby. Can't wait to come back as soon as possible!

We were originally leaning towards similar all-inclusive properties closer towards Cancun, but I'm honestly so happy we landed on The Beach Tulum. *First, shout out to everyone on the team who made our trip once in a lifetime! -- Axel, Carla, Anabella, Vale and Ken, among so many others I can't remember the names of -- You are the best of the best!* Room -- We splurged and opted for the junior suite, and I would HIGHLY recommend you do so as well if you're on the fence. We loved the room design, and opening up your sliding doors right to the beach is unbeatable. The small plunge pool on the patio was a nice addition. We didn't find the hammock to be comfortable. They provide complimentary water Property -- Apart from the obvious breath-taking views of the beach (I found myself planted on our patio staring at for literal hours at a time) the pool area is beautifully designed as well. We spent probably half of our trip in the pool just hanging out. The entire resort is on sand so you can stay barefoot the whole trip, if you desire. I was also impressed with how clean it was; the cleaning team was constantly cycling through the areas, making sure they were tidy. Lastly, we visited during the sargassum (seaweed) season, and it was especially heavy during this week. The hotel does a great job cleaning up most of it, but it's impossible to make a spotless beach. It didn't bother us. Food & Bev -- We ate almost exclusively at Ziggy's and Fresco's our entire trip (we tried a few local places and the food was just ok). The quality of both restaurants are on-par with expensive restaurants back where we live in Los Angeles. Ziggy's is right on the beach, so you get the beautiful view and beach breeze. Fresco's is located on the other (non-beach) side, so we found it to be slightly hotter and with more flies bothering you. Both had seriously good food! The cocktails at the main bar, and both restaurants, were remarkable! They have a huge selection of tequila/mezcal to make a handful of various margaritas, among other specialty drinks. I honestly think we tried them all... My favorite was the fresh passionfruit juice they would use for mixers. The drinks were next-level. Service -- EXCEPTIONAL! Everyone on the resort, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, is clearly well trained on providing a 5 star customer experience. The entire crew was so nice and accommodating. You can order whatever you want, to wherever you want on the property, and they will deliver it to you with a smile. The concierge team even set up a special honeymoon bed spread w/ sparkling wine the first night that gave my wife a nice surprise. I can't rave enough about how amazing the service is here - this was my favorite aspect of the resort that took the experience to the next level. Extras: - I surprised my wife with the "Romantic Dinner" package, which was a 5-course food/wine with a private table set up on the beach. The staff made it extra special. Highly recommend! - We participated in complimentary yoga one of the mornings, which felt very refreshing and we wish we went to more classes (shout out to Greta for a great class)! - Ceviche making class at Fresco's was a lot of fun and switched up the daily routine! - The concierge team helped us book an excursion, which included cenote swimming and swimming with the turtles. Obviously we had a blast. They can set up really any custom itinerary you would want.
