where do I start!! From the Minute we walked into this beautiful hotel (or Shall I say home) we were treated with royalty and huge respect. Mbali who welcomed us, Zenisha who checked us in so smoothly and comfortably. Not to forget the amazing upgrades. She made it look so easy. Anshu and Mr Khaled have always been so supportive throughout. Mansi, the Manager who contacted me in the time of a bit of Trauma situation and effortlessly relived us from a difficult time. The service provided by each and every staff, for example the security guys, Harpal, Nicholas and all of them who have always welcomed us with much respect and politeness. The restaurant staff, such as Arunjoy and Abhishek are such a lovely and helpful bunch. Both these people have always given more than brilliant service and support. The tiny things they do, they should be awarded for this. However, all the restaurant staff was amazing. I'm so grateful that we booked this hotel as last minute but turned out to be a huge hit and the amazing amazing service will bring us back again and again to this beautiful home. Thank you, we are grateful 🙏🏼

Can’t say enough about the Taj Dubai! From the warmth of the gracious and welcoming staff, to the delectable restaurants (best Chicken Marsala ever at Bombay Brasserie), to the quality of the beds and showers (best rain shower ever), to the location near the Burj Khalifa, we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. There is so much to see and do in Dubai, we needed another week as first time visitors. Can’t wait to return, and will definitely recommend the Taj Dubai to everyone we know!

We stayed at the Taj Dubai for a week. The room was spacious with a massive picture window giving views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountains - if you’re so inclined the bathroom also had blind that could be opened so you could lounge in the bath and take in the views as well. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and the staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful. The pool area was good for a city centre hotel with plenty of beds and room to enjoy the sunshine. The lifeguards on duty looked after us very well, helping with beds and towels - special shout to Paul in particular (the others were great too, but I a) don’t catch their names and b) he was the main man. Breakfast was great with an excellent buffet selection of Indian and Mediterranean dishes along with the usual fare. There was also a good selection of cooked to order dishes, I highly recommend the Bobby Dosa. All in all, a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back. We had the good fortune to share the hotel with the India cricket team which added a little bit of glamour to our stay, but I won’t knock off any ratings if they aren’t there next time!

It was a stop over after travelling back from Nepal but wished we could have stayed longer. From the staff to the ambiance the opulence, amenities and variety of restaurants with excellent food. We stayed there from 28th February to 2nd March. Rooms were one of the best and food has no comparison when you visit their Bombay Brasserie Restaurant. The food there is awesome and has no comparison. We are pure vegetarian and some of their food items tried by us during our lunch and Dinner were veg biryani, sirka paneer, litchi rabri, gobhi parantha and the mint and garlic chutney are the feathers in their cap. Staff was really nice. Being a Indian we need tea , this is the only one thing they need to work upon rest were awesome 💯

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Taj Downtown, Business Bay I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the appalling behavior exhibited by the staff, including the head of security, during our recent visit to Taj Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai. Having stayed at numerous luxury hotels worldwide, I have never encountered such disgraceful and shameless conduct. My family and I visited the hotel with the simple intention of seeing Indian cricket players, along with many other fans. However, unlike the others, my wife and I were singled out, threatened with the police, and subjected to aggressive shouting and public humiliation. The head of security, an older man wearing glasses, and a young security guard displayed an unbelievably rude attitude, specifically targeting us while ignoring everyone else. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but deeply hurtful. Despite Dubai’s reputation for hospitality and respect, the actions of your staff have left a permanent stain on our experience. This was our first and, unfortunately, the worst experience in Dubai. It is shocking that a prestigious brand like Taj Hotels would employ staff who clearly lack basic courtesy and customer service skills. I urge you to take immediate action against those responsible and provide a genuine apology for this unwarranted treatment. I expect a prompt response and assurance that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future

Loved staying here, got upgraded when arrived early to 34th floor, tried both restaurants 24th & 3rd floor, excellent! The room was lovely & super clean, amazing beds ! But best of all is the lovely staff !! Big shout out to Sheryl in 24th restaurant & Gurwindee at the front door !! ❤️❤️❤️

We really enjoyed this hotel for our stopover in Dubai. Great breakfast (except the coffee which was too bitter), comfy beds and lovely pool. The sushi in the upstairs terrace was super! We will hopefully return when we visit Dubai next time.

We arrived around midnight but were greeted by friendly welcoming staff and checked in as though it was midday, we were offered an amazing upgrade option which we did not take up. We were shown to our room and given a tour, the room had a great view of the Burj Khalifa, was a large room and had everything you needed and more. Next morning we went to breakfast which again was staffed by friendly welcoming staff who could not do enough to help. The quality of breakfast was some of the best I have seen even in Dubai. We spent our first day at the pool, where again the staff were amazing, you do need to chases the sun if that is your thing, which it is for us but the guy looking after the pool area had us covered putting towels on new beds as our beds were losing sun. Amazing, thank you 🙏

We arrived early morning and were immediately seen to and offered to store luggage. Check in procedure were completed quickly and we were advised that they will attempt to give us early access to room. We were informed 3 hours before normal check in time that our room was ready and were off to a great start. We booked a room with Burj view and was excellent. Room was spacious and clean and serviced on time. Breakfast was great and extremely tasty - we thoroughly enjoyed it. The Dosa and Masala Tea would be of the must haves. All the staff deserve commendation but one really stood out - Pawan at breakfast - he was an absolute star and just made the start to our day extra special. The hotel is well located in downtown and also offer a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - what a pleasure. We also celebrated a birthday and enjoyed the signature celebration package with cake and balloons - was very special. Overall - highly recommended and probably one of our best stays.
