South Bank Resort in Turks and Caicos was a dream come true. I was up to 1400 characters when I realized I could only use 200. GO TO SOUTH BANK. Gorgeous property, fabulous staff, great food, plenty to do. Don’t rent a car. I can’t wait to go back.

We just returned from a 3 night fabulous stay in one of the beautiful boathouses at Southbank. It was beautifully decorated with a rooftop terrace . We loved the beautiful beach, the very well equipped gym, fabulous yoga class with Lucia on the deck ,and the best massages we have...

We just returned from a 3 night fabulous stay in one of the beautiful boathouses at Southbank. It was beautifully decorated with a rooftop terrace . We loved the beautiful beach, the very well equipped gym, fabulous yoga class with Lucia on the deck ,and the best massages we have ever had with Vicky and Jasmine. Thank you Rachel and Recep for taking good care of us. It was a pleasure seeing Joan every morning with her friendly greetings and conversations and great storytelling by Joseph! Thank you Anna Rose for mixing my juices every morning and Van for the weather updates! I wish I could thank everyone by name! Parts of SB are still under construction so this resort can only get better. It’s a fabulous resort where you can keep busy or just relax! We loved kayaking , walking the beach and hanging by the pool. Breakfast was included and imo this was the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had at a hotel. From the omelettes to the chia pudding … it was all delicious . We can’t stop talking about the lobster pizza! Yummy!! We have been coming to Turks and Caicos since 2013 and this was our favorite . South bank is on long bay so you would need a car or take a taxi to visit Grace bay. We split our week between south bank and a hotel on Grace bay. We can’t wait to return .

I also tried their breakfast, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Fresh, tasty, and just what I needed to start the day. Overall, if you're looking for a place with a relaxed vibe, great service, and an unbeatable location, Hotel South Bank is it. I’ll definitely be back!

South Bank was absolutely amazing! My husband planned our trip to Turks and Caicos as a surprise "mini moon" after our wedding, so this is my review as someone who had no clue where we were staying until we showed up! From the moment we pulled up to the resort, everyone who greeted us was very kind and made us feel so special. My husband booked this resort through Hilton and their partnership with SLH (Small Luxury Hotels) with his Diamond status. His status was recognized immediately and we were thanked as being Diamond members. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome drink, were greeted by multiple staff members, and sat down in the gorgeous clubhouse with the General Manager, Atilla. After check in, we were shown to our lodgings, one of the Boathouses, and were given a short tour of the home. Our bags were brought in and up to the master bedroom for us. One staff member, Jaheim, gave us his phone number to Whatsapp in case we needed anything or had any questions. As mentioned before, this trip was our honeymoon, and so the South Bank staff welcomed us with champagne and a beautiful cake decorated with "Happy Honeymoon" Throughout our stay we had breakfasts and lunches in the Lua restaurant, we played pickleball and basketball at the courts, relaxed at the pool and the lagoon, worked out at the gym, and kayaked around the area. The amenities were fantastic and made us not want to leave and explore the rest of the island! The entire resort was clean, incredibly comfortable, and overall, so so beautiful! As we were staying there during their first few days of operation, the resort was not very busy, and so we were given fantastic personalized service! I'm sure when the word gets out about South Bank, the resort will get busier but the personalized attention will stay! I can't say enough good things about the entire staff, but specifically Jaheim, Joseph, Eddy, Joan, Nensky, and Merlande. Everyone else was amazing as well! Overall, my husband did a fabulous job choosing South Bank for our Honeymoon, and South Bank did an awesome job making our trip perfect.
