The design seamlessly blends traditional African elements with modern luxury, featuring spacious suites with private plunge pools and high-end amenities . 2. Service and Staff: Exceptional service, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. From personalized attention to accommodating specific dietary needs, the staff’s dedication is a standout feature. Guides and trackers, are knowledgeable and have great hospitality . 3. Accommodations: We stayed at the Malilangwe House, I would describe the house as the most luxurious and well-appointed, with amenities such as well-stocked minibars, indoor and outdoor showers, and large terraces with plunge pools. The attention to detail in the rooms, including nightly turndown service and invisible housekeeping, contributes to a comfortable and exclusive experience . 4. Dining: The lodge offers a variety of dining experiences, often in different locations around the property to enhance the ambiance. At the house we have our own butler, and staff. So they cater to our needs as and when requested. We appreciated the quality and variety of the food, with special dietary requests being well-handled. The lodge doesn’t have a single formal restaurant but provides several dining areas, ensuring privacy and unique settings for each meal . 5. Wildlife and Safari Experiences: Singita Pamushana is renowned for its excellent game viewing, including encounters with a large population of black and white rhinos. The lodge offers guided safaris, including a unique wildlife game hide, allowing guests to get remarkably close to the animals. The diverse wildlife and expertly guided tours are major highlights for visitors . Overall, Singita Pamushana Lodge i would recommend it to those seeking an exclusive, high-end safari experience with exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

We booked the entire resort for 15 people who stayed three nights. As expected from Singita the place is incredible and the service was fantastic. Many in our group said it was the nicest place they have ever stayed. The food was delicious and each dinner was set up differently and a pleasant surprise. We have been on several Sabi Sand/Kruger safaris and were expecting slightly less from game viewing. That wasn’t the case as the animal viewing was very plentiful. We saw leopards, lots of lions, wild dogs and a lot more elephants and giraffe than in other areas. We even saw an elephant just born taking its first steps. The guides were very knowledgeable and fun. Our only issue was outside of Singita’s control but something that will impact going back is Zimbabwe - customs at Buffalo Range is full of corruption. It took over three hours as they went through all of our suitcases and charged us 40% of the value of anything that was new - clothing items we brought with us from the USA we were wearing on the trip.

We stayed at Singita Pamushana earlier this month. It was our first trip to Africa and first time at SP. What an amazing place! The scenery and location are magical set on a cliff overlooking the Malilangwe Reserve. Our accommodations were second to none. The food was outstanding and game viewing was superb. However, what sets this place apart from all other places at which we have stayed is the incredible service. There was nothing that the lodge wouldn't do to make our stay more enjoyable. For example, upon arrival we expressed some concern about the numerous steps inside and outside of our beautiful one bedroom suite (Room 3). We were concerned that we might fall at night due to being unfamiliar with the steps. Because the lodge was not very crowded, Valerie, the on-site manager, moved us to a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa (Room 5) without any steps at no additional charge. With regard to the meals, I had requested a low salt diet prior to arriving at the lodge, which I had confirmed when we arrived. However, the kitchen did not get the message until Valerie intervened, after which time I never had a salty meal. Thank you Chef Moses for preparing some incredible meals. We loved the fresh salads and delicious bread, among other things. We very much appreciated the special dinner Chef Moses made for us on our last night. Let's not forget the delicious chocolate eclairs! A few people at SP deserve special recognition, including our Extraordinary Guide Tengwe, our excellent spotter Herbert, our outstanding server Cain and my Wine Steward David for making our stay so very enjoyable and memorable. We would recommend the water safari at sunset, visiting the cave with the incredible hieroglyphics and the amazing Chilojo Cliffs in the Gonarezhou National Park, one of the highlights of our trip. We wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the SP team for going above and beyond our expectations and making us feel like royalty throughout our stay. We will always remember our time at SP very fondly.

Singita Pamushana once again performed to perfection. This was my 4th visit to this property as part of my 24th trip to Africa. The villas are large and very comfortable. The views overlooking the lake are stunning The hospitality is top notch. The Pamushana teams wants you to enjoy every aspect of your vacation as you want it to be. The food and wine are Michelin level. The Chef executed a multi course wine dinner at a very high level. The sommelier, Ngoni, is a student of wine. His knowledge will blow you away. The dining and wine service provided by Davit was excellent. The wildlife is at the very top our experiences over 35 years. We were able to reunite with Guide Japhet and Trekker Difficult. We had an amazing time. The first night featured wild dogs chasing an impala into a water hole and killing it. Only to chased off by two male lions. The two lions had no desire to wade into the mud to retrieve the impala. Hyenas show up to harass the lions. While all this is going down on one side of the waterhole a rhino with baby cone down to drink. Then a leopard comes down to drink. Then a second leopard. This place is crazy. We returned early the next morning to discover that the two male lions ambushed a Cape buffalo next to the waterhole. Highly recommended

This was our final “camp” in Zimbabwe. Before we arrived everyone we met commented that it was a great way to end our travels. This rang true for several reasons. The lodge is located in a private game reserve. You are assigned a guide and a tracker. The tracker sits in a special seat on the front of the vehicle. If you get near predators he comes inside the vehicle. It’s an extra set of trained eyes! We had Alex and Alfred. They were a fine pair. You are pretty much guaranteed to see the Big 5. We had not seen Rhinoceros during our 3 week Safari. The reserve has both black and white rhinos. We saw the white rhinos. The black ones are more elusive. Spectacular creatures. We also saw Cheetahs, which are generally hard to find. In fact, we watched them pretty closely for an extended period of time. There is cave art on the property, ask to see it. The lodge itself is spectacular! I felt like I was on a television set. We had requested room 1 and were fortunate to get it!!! WOW. I could have easily stayed a week. Amenities too numerous to list. Private Pool with a view, outside shower, inside shower, fireplace, living room, two bathrooms, hairdryer ( after not having one in the bush for 2 weeks, a total luxury). WiFi in your room. Safari hats to wear. Lastly, your own appointed waiter, rotating locations to dine, and a world class chef who greets you for almost every meal with Paired wine selections. Breakfast is in the bar area by the pool. Cappuccino’s made to order. There are other Singitas in Africa as well. I wish I could visit them all. Word is they just opened a new one in Rwanda to see the Gorillas. Next time....

We spent three days here and are desperately trying to find reasons to miss our flight home so we can stay longer. Newly refurbished, the whole property and especially the rooms are possibly the best the we have experienced in Africa. An eye for minute detail has made them an absolute joy to stay in. The staff are exceptional and the game, with possibly the most advanced and prolific rhino conservation program, was absolutely amazing. We have done dozens of safaris across Africa and Pamushana was by far the best yet! Don't forget to go fishing in the evening!

We arrived at the lodge for our first safari. The arrangements were made through andBeyond and all of the connections were easily done. The lodge has spectacular views and the rooms are special. We were there in winter so we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor pool with our room. The service and food were wonderful but the best part of our stay was the twice daily game drives with our favorite ranger Jeph and tracker Difficult. The vast herds of animals were amazing and their enthusiasm for the animals soon rubbed off on us. We were there for three wonderful nights, but I would have liked to stay longer.
