Went to Sheraton Tokoriki Island for a week for our honeymoon. The sea was excellent, great for swimming but also some great snorkelling reefs a bit further out. The accomodation was also great, we had an ocean front room with plunge pool which was lovely - highly recommend. It is a smaller resort so bear in mind. This was great for us as we just wanted to swim and relax. The staff were fantastic, particularly Vilikesa, Sukhil and Subhankar who helped when my husband was quite unwell for the day with dehydration. Their hospitality was really appreciated and one of the highlights of the trip.

We have visited Fiji many times before but chose this hotel to get married at. We are so glad we did!! Location is absolutely stunning. We arrived by helicopter which made it even more special. The manager Subhankar is amazing. Went out of his way to make everything perfect. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent. The rooms were perfect and beach was stunning. Regarding our wedding the whole day was perfect. Kaliova was an excellent wedding planner and made sure the day went well. The photos are amazing would highly recommend Nadi bay photography and the head chef Mala prepared the best meal we have ever had. The host Lulu is credit to the hotel for his professionalism. Every member of staff wished us congratulations and was so genuine and hard-working. Wish I could remember everyone's name as they all deserve a mention. We were heartbroken leaving but will definitely be back. Amazing hotel can't recommend enough.

The most amazing holiday, ultimately made even more amazing by the wonderful food and beverage staff Iva (the diva) and Ana N. They made not only our stay feel like home but our conversations feel like family. Thank you to them both !! Jake & Marlene x

Paradise island in the South Pacific. We feel so lucky to have chosen this beautiful and comfortable resort. Though remote (an hour and half by boat from the main island), the resort offers everything that you need. Pristine ocean to swim/snorkel right off the beach, friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable bure, nicely prepared food (though expensive but understandable due to remoteness of the island). We are very happy with our choice of the resort. We took South Sea Cruise from port to Sheraton Tokoriki. Easy and comfortable ferry ride. Big Bula welcome by the staff with Fiji songs. We were given a refreshing towel and drink while waiting to check in. Mr. Subhankar Chakraborty, the assistant front Manager personally came to greet all the incoming guests and answered any questions we may have. We are really impressed by him and his team for such a warm welcome. We knew we have arrived home!

I highly recommend this resort. We stayed in the adults only part and had our own dipping pool and the room was ocean front and access. All the staff was amazing and attentive to our needs. Mr Amiel Rabbelier and Mr Subhankar Chakraborty deserve a raise for how special they made us feel. The beds were so comfortable (weird thing to mention, but I remember how well rested I would wake up every morning). Food was good, rooms were superb, staff was really nice and well trained, different facilities and activities on site, we had a very positive experience, and we will definitely come back!! Thank you

Wasn't sure what to expect when booking this property, but wanted to go with a Bonvoy property. The plae has been amazing from the beginning. Had memorable arrival wth staff singing when we exited the boat. Room is great and the management even arranged for a special floral, chocolate and wine arrangement for our anniversary. Everyone is so welcoming and the hotel is on the water but with lots of privacy. It has been everything we hoped for and more. What a great way to spend quiet time relaxing in Fiji.

My partner and I spent 6 nights at Sheraton Tokoriki Island and we had a wonderful time! We arrived to an amazing welcome on the beach and were blown away with the beauty of the place. Complimentary refreshments at reception were lovely and our check in was seamless. The staff welcomed us as family and made the effort to ask and remember our names. We stayed in an ocean view villa and facilities were clean and well presented. There were plenty of activities to do everyday and live music in the evenings. We enjoyed snorkeling straight off the beach to the reef, which was the highlight of our stay. The water was incredible and teeming with wildlife. The team at the hire company had an emphasis on safety and were constantly looking out for us in the water, checking in on us on their jetskis. A special mention to the following staff who made our stay extra special, going above and beyond: Vinny at the activities desk who always greeted us with a huge smile and a good laugh. He took us on a morning walk to the helipad explaining about the surrounds. He is such a warm and kind person, and an absolute asset to the Sheraton team! Niumaia in the restaurant really took care of us and also made the time to chat and ensure we were happy with everything. We really enjoyed getting to know him. He is such a hard worker and a genuinely lovely person. Vily, also in the restaurant, greeted us with a big smile and a warm welcome every morning at breakfast. Remi also went above and beyond servicing our room and left a lovely hand written note which made our day! On our last day staff performed a farewell ceremony for our departure and it was such a beautiful way to end our stay. If you're looking for a destination where you can truly relax, enjoy activities in stunning clear water, experience excellent service and meet sincerely lovely people then this is the resort for you! Thank you Sheraton Tokoriki Team, we're very grateful.

My partner and i stayed here for 2 nights as a little getaway before the silly season. We got what we were looking for. Beautiful early morning snorkelling before a good selection on the breakfast buffet. Our ocean front room was clean and comfortable. They always have 2 restaurant opened, the indian restaurant was lovely. The chef added spice to our levels and it was amazing. The Ika Vakalolo at the main restaurant was nice, and large. Couldnt even finish it. We didnt use the pool as we were looking to be away from other guests, but the swim up bar was inviting. Friendly staff, that once or twice were a bit slower with orders, but, Fiji Time! We werent in a rush. Overall great stay. Will definitely be back.

Our stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki was deeply disappointing from the very beginning. Upon arriving at the helicopter transfer office, we were surprised to learn that I had to pay for the transfer directly to the company, despite months of prior agreement that it would be charged to my room. This unexpected change set the tone for the rest of our experience. The property is in dire need of maintenance and seems neglected, possibly for at least two years. From the rooms to common areas, everything felt unclean and unsanitary. Even staff uniforms appeared unkempt. Towels and sheets smelled musty, were visibly worn out, and had signs of tearing—hardly what one expects from a Sheraton property. The condition of the facilities was equally poor. The shower and sink in our room had barely any water pressure, and the drains emitted an unpleasant odor. Service was another major letdown. While a few staff members were kind and helpful, the majority seemed indifferent, making it difficult to get even basic services like food or drinks. The hotel’s lack of attention to guest comfort was glaring. The outdoor amenities were shockingly substandard. The pool was closed during our stay, and the beach was littered with rubbish, creating an unhealthy and uninviting atmosphere. Rotting seaweed added to the smell and infestation of flies, further diminishing the experience. I regret choosing this property for our vacation. It is far below the standards one expects from the Sheraton brand. Until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived here after more than an hour of hopping on a private boat. It was raining a lot. The hotel does not have any piers for disembarkation. You take off your clothes and go straight into the water. No one welcomed us. They took us to the reception, where an unpleasant employee checked in and gave us the keys to the villa. The villa was nice but the safe was missing. I solved it for about 4 hours. Finally, at 10pm when we went to sleep, they brought us a safe. The resort is nice. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are of good quality but not excellent. We were also in Curcuma and it was excellent. In the buffet restaurant, especially for breakfast, it happened many times that the food was not served and I had to go several times to see if it was already there. The pool is small and some days the water in the pool was cloudy and the edges were also not clean. The sea and the beach are not good, a lot of algae and grass. Despite this, we spent 7 days at your place in a completely foreign world to us.

This was our 2nd time at Sheraton Tokoriki and all I can say is that the service has declined considerably in the past 5 years. For reference, we have been to about 6 other resorts in Fiji over the past 12 years. I have just read all of the feedback on TripAdvisor from the past 3 months. The manager has responded to each and every complaint and yet has DONE NOTHING to address any of them. I'll spare you our laundry list of complaints - they are many and the same as every other guest. From a poor check in experience, to terrible food service at every meal, to getting our food and drinks order wrong every day, to asking for housekeeping 3 times before someone finally shows up. This is not 'Fiji time', this is just unprofessional. This property is a sad reflection of the Marriott and Sheraton brands. You can't blame the staff - this is very clearly a lack of management. We didn't see a GM the entire time and only saw a restaurant manager pop in briefly about 3 times and then disappeared. So there was no one to talk to about our experience. I'd love for an 'undercover boss' from Marriott to come through.... they would be shocked.

Positives - staff are very happy and friendly - Location is incredible, beach, views everything - Pool is warm and not overcrowded - In room cleaners were great - Bathroom products are nice - TV great, bring a USB with movies and shows - Aircon in rooms is incredible, clearly no expense spared there - Live music was good, the duo were lovely and interacted with kids - Breakfast egg station was great - Staff are amazing with children. They genuinely enjoy seeing them - Food gets the job done though not incredible. Would have been frustrated if we weren’t all inclusive. - They’re super generous with water in the room - Activities staff were super welcoming and positive - Assistant food and beverage manager Funmike was incredible, far too good for her position. I’m sure it won’t be long before she’s out and at the top of Marriott Group. Gives W vibes Negatives - there are a lot of flies, especially around the pool. Makes it very hard to eat or drink cocktails - Staff though nice are very absent and can be forgetful. They are also on their phones a lot - Music can be strange. Christmas Carols to deep Country to a One Direction album. You can also sometimes hear two or three different musics playing at once from different areas, systems and performers - The pace is slow so things do take a while to happen .. drinks, service etc etc. We have waited 30 plus minutes for drinks or even bottled water. - Would have appreciated a pillow menu though understand why it wasn’t offered. - Constantly signing receipts can get frustrating especially on all inclusive. Often they want it signed before you’ve even finished and forget to keep tabs open poolside for example - Coco Palms was poor, only one vegetarian option. - They often push you back to generic local spirits even if you request a brand name. The vodka is particularly heinous. - $175 a head for Castaway Island does seem excessive and I know many guests skipped the trip due to cost which is a shame - On checkout day they will make you pay for lunch and the departure ferry isn’t untril 2 Overall resort is average but location is beautiful so you can ignore and forgive a lot.
