I have stayed here a few times now, and I must say it is always a pleasurable experience at 7 stars! Staff is very friendly and hospitable. There is always offered a welcome refreshment on arrival. The rooms are spacious and beautiful! I have very high standards, and housekeeping here meets it. The rooms are absolutely impeccable! I have stayed in an oceanfront high floor junior suite, an island view junior suite, and now a ground level one bedroom suite. All were amazing! I do not usually like ground floor rooms, but this one bedroom suite felt very private, as the walkways were set off a nice distance from the patio. And we were still afforded a nice view of the pool area. There was grand kitchen, a large dining table, and a large comfortable living space with a big screen tv. It was like having a small apartment in Provo! Great for entertaining if you travel with friends. The kitchen was fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and even a wine fridge. The bedroom was large with comfortable bedding. There were plenty of outlets to plug in all your devices. The closet was also a good size with lots of hanging space and shelves. The bathroom was spacious with a separate room for the commode. There are several pools to enjoy and the beach are has powdery soft sand that is like walking on a cloud. Beach and poolside attendants are friendly and attentive when needed. There is a full scale spa available with an attractive menu. All of the restaurants on site have good food. Room service has the same tasty food menu, and the delivery times were reasonable. The deck beach bar is nice for a casual lunch. The Farm is also nice for a casual lunch or brunch. I find the menu a little limited, but the food is always fresh and the concept of using ingredients grown on their hydroponic farm is commendable. The Terrace resturant is a great option for local bites. Here you can get lobster or conch bites, fritters, fish, peas and rice, sandwiches etc as well as cocktail drinks. They have a nice open bar are with big screen TVs that makes it a popular spot to watch sports games or drink with friends. Seven Restaurant is nice steakhouse option for a more elevated dinner. I find it can have slower service, but the food is always good and worth the wait. The steaks, lamb, and lobster have all been tried and they are all recommended! The parmesan risotto is also amazing! The hotel is in a great location in Grace bay that is walking distance to lots in town. There is a convenient grocery store that is also walkable. There is plenty of easy parking if you do rent a car. They also have bikes available to explore the town. I have stayed in lots of 5 star resorts, and at quite a few within Providenciales itself. Seven Stars is by far one of my favorites! We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at Seven Stars in December 2024 to celebrate our 20-year wedding anniversary! This resort was an ideal choice for a milestone celebration! I would highly recommend Seven Stars, and I hope to return again. The service at Seven Stars is top tier and one of my favorite things about the resort. Check-in was a breeze as we were greeted with cool towels, rum punch, and invited to sit in the lounge area to complete our arrival paperwork. This was such a lovely first impression and a welcome break after a long day of travel! All staff were accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the adult pool and the beach! The pool doesn't open until 8 am, and there was no urgency to reserve chairs in the morning. This was such a lovely treat to confidently sleep in knowing we would not have any trouble getting a lounger. The pool/beach staff set up the loungers for us with fresh towels, and I must say these were definitely the most comfortable loungers I have had the privilege to enjoy. Pool and beach wait staff were friendly and attentive! We enjoyed delicious cocktails and food from the comfort of our loungers. The location of Seven Stars is ideal. It is on a pristine section of beach in Grace Bay, close to shopping, the grocery store, and numerous wonderful restaurants. Rooms were well-appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable, and towels were plentiful. We enjoyed the availability of reusable water bottles. We enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying happy hour in the evenings, but bring bug spray should you choose to do this! The mosquitos were ruthless. The only criticism I can offer this resort is about the spa. The spa was underwhelming and not on par with what I have experienced at other 5-star resorts. The spa waiting area is just a sofa in the middle of a little store. There are no slippers, no robes, no amenities or upscale products to try. I waited in the shop until my name was called and then followed my therapist down an outdoor hallway to a basic room. While the massage was nice, it was not worth the price, in my opinion. I would not recommend the spa at Seven Stars. If you have booked this resort, feel confident in your choice! It is a gorgeous property in a prime location with unbeatable service.

5th trip to T&C and have stayed at Grace Bay Club (2x), Point Grace and Ocean Club West. Great location on Grace Bay with nice grounds, spacious/well appointed residences, close to restaurants/retail and a wonderful staff. We went in early Dec so crowds were light. Breakfast buffet was well done. That said avoid at all costs room 302 if you are able. The “Ocean View” is virtually nonexistent (blocked by structures and trees) and is within 50’ of the kitchen for the adjacent Ritz property (pre-dawn noise, loud evenings and dumpster banging). We are huge fans of the Turks and will be back to the island but unless we can get into another tower with a view and peaceful vibe we have come to expect, sadly it won’t be here.

We just got back from the most wonderful, relaxing vacation at Seven Stars. The resort itself is immaculate. The grounds are gorgeous and the service was top notch. Our first contact at check in was with Chrissy (Christiana). I had spoken to her on the phone about a week before we arrived to ask some general questions about restaurants, transportation, etc. since this would be our first visit to T&C. She was so helpful and pleasant. I was so delighted that she was the first person that we encountered upon our arrival. She gave us a quick tour of the resort and then escorted us to the most fabulous ocean front room (we had been upgraded)! Walking into that room was breathtaking. We had wonderful service from everyone we encountered. From Don at the pool, Peterson at the beach and Brennan at the Deck - plus many others that we didn’t get their names. I don’t have one complaint about our stay. It was a perfect getaway to celebrate my birthday. We will be back. There is no other place that I would stay when visiting T&C.

My hubby and I needed a quick get away for some R&R , we knew the island was perfect for this from all we had heard. I had heard great things about this Resort and we have to say we have NO negative comments on the resort, the staff and the food was top notch and our room was perfect. What I loved about this resort was how good they are about little details and great room service they come knocking to make sure you have all you need or extra towels and lets talk about the great pool towel service and beach. Even down to the Natura Bisse CC vitman Splash they give you in the room. It was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast that was included was more than our expectations. Everything was walking distance the boutiques and grocery store. We have fallen in love with this island and hope to be back very soon. We knew about the taxis and cost but really when we booked our stay the taxi was included in our package our only complain and it has nothing to do with the resort is the airport we lucked out to be able to grab 2 seats. It is a very small airport and if busy good luck.

My husband and I just returned from a six-night stay at Seven Stars Resort in beautiful Turks and Caicos, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and the stunning location of the resort. The resort is ideally located — close to town and within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants. Grace Bay. We loved the convenience of being able to stroll down the beach or into town whenever we wanted. We stayed in a partial ocean-view room on the 6th floor, the view was far more than just partial — it was essentially oceanfront! The clear, panoramic view of Grace Bay was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, clean, with a balcony that had two lounge chairs and a small table where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Breakfast was included with our stay. The omelette station was a favorite of ours, and there was a nice selection of food. Diane, one of the chefs, welcomed us each day with a warm, genuine Caribbean smile — she truly made us feel at home. The fruit was delicious, especially the pineapple and grapefruit, which were so fresh and sweet. We loved taking morning walks along the beach and enjoyed working out in the well-equipped gym. The resort also offers complimentary bicycles, which we took full advantage of for some exploring. We played tennis one day and pickle ball on another — all included in our stay. A big part of what made our stay so memorable was the exceptional service. When our snorkeling excursion left us stranded in the lobby, Matthew from concierge jumped into action and drove us to the new pick-up location — we were so grateful for his quick thinking and kind assistance. Stephanie, also at concierge, was wonderful when we needed to change one of our restaurant reservations due to a change in our plans. A special shout-out to Christiana, the intern at the front desk, who greeted us with a smile every time we walked in. She went above and beyond, trying to arrange a late check-out for us on our final day. Although we weren’t able to secure the late check-out, Christiana arranged for us to use another room to shower and freshen up before our flight. Her efforts were greatly appreciated, and I truly hope Seven Stars hires her permanently — she is an asset to the team! Overall, Seven Stars Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning our next visit. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway or an active vacation with plenty to do, this resort has it all. We highly recommend Seven Stars to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos!

Can’t go wrong here! Outstanding presentation and service.
A well appointed restaurant with great staff, efficient and polite. The food was excellent with attention to detail in the presentation. We were offered a selection of breads and two spreads. A delicious “Amuse Bouche” of warm asparagus soup! The mains selection is varied.
Amazing! Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing trip to Seven Stars celebrating our 25th year anniversary. This resort was the best resort we have ever stayed at. They served us rum punch and cold refreshing cloth when you arrive at the property. Quick check in with a nice tour of the property and escort to our room. Rooms are spacious, clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. We we're greeted with a bottle or wine and some delicious cookies. Rooms have spa robes and a new pair of slippers we're an extra special touch. Our safe wasn't working. We called the front desk and within two minutes someone came to fix it. Each room has a small kitchen area so you could cook if you didn't want to eat out. Property was well maintained, pools nice and clean. We went in December and there we're plenty of pool and beach chairs available. Each lounge chair has a 4-inch cushion on top and they we're so comfortable. Lila at the beach is amazing. He takes good care of you beach side with drinks and food. Breakfast was delicious. Omelet station, fresh fruit, coffee etc. Most days we didn't eat lunch and just had an early dinner. We ate at The Farm on the property which was very good. We walked to Cafe Bistro which is .4 miles from the property. Expensive but everything is expensive on the island. We took a cab to Blue Water Bistro which was nice right on the beach. There is also a grocery store and little shops walking distance from the property. Turks is very safe island. We also did a champagne sunset cruise that picked us up on the beach in front of our hotel.

My wife and I spent six nights at Seven Stars, traveling with another couple. We were looking forward to a pleasant stay at a luxury property. I can say that Seven Stars filled that description in some respects, but with some significant reservations. Our issues began during check-in. We had reserved an “ocean view” junior suite. The view was very important to us – in our view, it’s a key element of a beach vacation. We know that “ocean view” and “ocean front” are not the same and we did not expect rooms directly on the beach. However, “ocean view” generally means that you can see the ocean even if there are other things in your line of sight. Not the case here. The room we were first assigned was on the first (ground) floor, and while it faced in the general direction of the ocean (I think), all that was visible were the pool, the lounges around the deck and some of the palm trees that ringed the pool. I was unable to see the ocean at all, even on my tippy-toes (and I’m over 6 feet tall). Also, the pool view rooms offered no privacy unless the blinds were closed, and what’s the point of that? In most hotels, this would be considered a “pool view”, but Seven Stars does not use that category, nor does its website mention that some rooms directly look onto the pool. We went back to reception and told the manager on duty that we would not accept the room. I remarked to the manager that I would assume we were not the first people to complain about the misclassification and she did not disagree. After some resistance, she offered us two other choices. The first was a similar room on a higher floor, which we would have accepted, except … we asked whether the couple we were traveling with (who were to arrive a little later than we did) would have the same view that we were initially assigned, and it turns out that the room we were now being offered was the room that our friends were to have been given. So we couldn’t do that. The last option we were offered, after some hesitation, was a “penthouse” view room in another building. It did have a beautiful view of the ocean. It was said to be the same size as the room category we had booked, but it did not at all feel like it. The layout was very strange - small bedroom, large closet and lots of useless internal hallway space. And it had a queen-sized bed, a smaller bathroom and did not have a balcony. I think that room was listed at a higher price but I cannot explain why. We accepted that room for the first three nights of our stay until they could move us to a room that fit the description on the website. That room was very nice – well-designed, nice bed, 5th floor ocean view (over the pool, but not in an intrusive way) and what we had expected. (We were told that there are 8 ocean view junior suites, of which 3 are on pool level, so the chances of disappointment are decent.) The beachfront and pool areas were beautiful and well-kept, with plenty of comfortable chairs and well-placed umbrellas. Easy to spend the day out there. Staff was good although service was somewhat slow at times (not unusual in T&C). As for the other facets of the property, we were underwhelmed. In terms of vibe, there was a surprising listlessness to the property. We walked through several of the other hotels, including the Wyamar and Grace Bay Club, which had lively outdoor restaurants and grounds that were decorated festively, with holiday lights and lit up trees. Seven Stars was dark and subdued in comparison. Maybe they have guests who appreciate the low-key vibe but it stood out in relation to other hotels in their class. A number of the other amenities were dated and in need of refurbishment. The hotel brands itself as an “and spa” but has no hot tub, sauna or steam room, and limited shower facilities (you could not shower in their spa area unless you had a treatment). The fitness center has a decent amount of equipment but is too small for the size of the property. There is inadequate space to work out in peak hours and the mats have been through the wars. The tennis/pickleball courts are patched up in the manner of an aged public basketball court with many of the lights not working. The racquets had threadbare grips and no tension, and the balls were dead. A five-star property cannot have an offering like this. Seven Stars should either refurbish the courts or just do away with them (and maybe use some of the space to expand the fitness center). Oh, and there is a small market in the lobby area that was closed for renovation the last two days we were there (note that this was in mid-December). So all in all, I would say that if you are looking for a hotel with a nice beachfront and pool area and nice rooms, and don’t care much about other activities, then Seven Stars can fit the bill. And make sure when reserving that you know exactly what type of room you are getting and if you want an ocean view but don’t want to be right on the pool, then insist on a higher floor. But if the activities and other facilities matter, and if you want a somewhat more festive vibe, consider other options.

We stayed at Seven Stars in November of 2024. When we arrived we were greeted by a staff member with a tropical drink. It was delicious. After we checked in, Chrissy, gave us a tour of the place and brought us to our gorgeous room. The room was immaculate with a kitchen too! We loved our stay there. Everything was so nice. The daily free breakfast was great. Everyday they had a variety of different food. FYI- There is a service charge on all food purchased in the restaurants. This does not include your tip. The only complaint that we had was that there were only 2 bathrooms outside. One downstairs from the pool and one bathroom in the back of "The Deck" restaurant. I think there should be a bathroom near the pools. The bathroom in the back of The Deck had very poor lighting too. It was only a one stall bathroom. I feel for such a beautiful and big property that the bathroom facilities should be nicer and more centrally located. This was our only complaint. We loved this place and will be back. The staff was very friendly too. We hihly recommend this place.
