Our Butler Jose did a fabulous job from our welcome to our checkout. My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay despite some disappointments. The lobby area was beautiful and updated, the rooms were definitely needing a refresher. We upgraded to a Master Oceanfront room upon check-in from a junior suite. The view itself was the incredible, but as mentioned the suite its self was outdated. The suite and terrace were plenty spacious, just dark and outdated. Especially in the bathroom. We have stayed at other Secrets Resorts so I do have something to compare this property to. We also didn’t feel that the premium lounge was as beneficial as other properties. There is not a premium pool and bar for those paying extra for this service. The only bar for premium guest is inside, it’s very small and dark. The bartenders were all wonderful and nice appetizers provided thru out the day. We did have the option of taking the drinks and food to our suite, but it does take away from the social aspect. I was shocked the premium bar area was not situated with any kind of view or outdoor seating. Not even a window. The pools themselves were fine, but nothing overly impressive. The furniture and towels were drab and needing updated. There was quite a bit of litter, limes and napkins around and the chairs that didn’t get picked up regularly. I actually picked up some littler by our spot one morning. Possibly the hotel was short staffed. It was nice having beach access and the activities staff were fun. Our waiters poolside were very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the fresh tacos poolside daily. Again, it was disappointing that there wasn’t a separate pool and bar area designated for premium guest. That may sound snobbish … but when you are paying for a premium service and only the dark small bar inside the “premium lounge” is available I don’t know if it’s was worth it at this property. It definitely was at the last Secrets property we stayed at in Cabo. I wish I would have looked further into this particular property. All in all we had a wonderful time. Now that I am more informed I will know the questions to ask before we stay at a Secrets property in the future.

Things we loved: every room has an ocean view! The restaurants are good (French cuisine restaurant is amazing). Highly recommend booking the Teppanyaki at the Japanese restaurant for one dinner. Things we loved: every room has an ocean view! The restaurants are good (French cuisine restaurant is amazing). Highly recommend booking the Teppanyaki at the Japanese restaurant for one dinner. We've stayed here before and did notice some changes. It's more of a young adult, party crowd atmosphere rather than a relaxing vacation spot. We preferred when they used to have soft piano jazz music in the lobby and you could visit with friends and watch the sunset. Now it's game shows, karaoke, and other loud stuff in the lobby... they also take up a lot of space there. There's no great place to go and have conversations without yelling. During the day, the pools have a lot of activity. It's gets to be a bit much when some of the staff are very loud and over the top. We enjoyed getting to know some of the restaurant & activity staff during our stay (the ones that weren't so obnoxious).

Carlos, our butler, was great. He was friendly, responsive and followed thru with our requests. The reason for the four, we had reserved a romantic dinner on the beach for Wednesday evening to celebrate our honeymoon. We were seated at our lovely table, told about the menu for the evening and ordered our wine. When our waiter came back after a bit, he informed us that there was a wedding taking place and they had requested fireworks. To our surprise, the fireworks were set up not more than 20 yards from where they set up our table. Making matters worse, we were down wind. Our waiter said it wouldn’t be a problem because they could only be 3 minutes long and he proceeded to serve our dinner. Two bites in, the fireworks started and we were inundated with smoke, ash and sparks. My husband told me to hide my face in the napkin while he was doing everything he could to shield me and himself from the sparks and ashes. It was horrible!!! After what seemed like forever, the fireworks stopped and not only was our dinner completely ruined, our clothes, our hair, everything reeked of smoke and ash. Needless to say, we refused to pay for the dinner but were charged for the wine. Don’t know what else to say except management should have moved our table or rescheduled. Very disappointed. But, besides this debacle, we enjoyed our time at Secrets.

We just love this Secrets! My husband and I went back for a week in February 2025. The staff here are amazing and it has such a nice vibe! Just a short ride from the airport, this Secrets is directly next to the Dreams, which gives you access to their restaurants, bars and entertainment as well. The lobby bar is an open area that has a lot of tables, chairs and sofas to chill and the view can’t be beat. Thank you Marlen for taking good care of us! The sunsets from this area are breathtaking! As is our habit, we rarely close the slider to our room. The breeze is wonderful and listening to the waves from our room is the best! Our room was well tended to by housekeeping. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We lucked out and got Carlos Miranda as our butler again. Thank you Carlos, for checking up on us throughout our trip and letting us know of specials available. It was so good to see you again! Oceana is a great place to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you time it right, you can have dinner while watching the sun setting over the ocean. All the waiters here were very good, thank you all! I got my crepe fix at Sweet Bites, where Orlando made me the most delicious dessert, yummy! Bordeaux, the French restaurant, is one of our favorites. With so many wonderful dishes, it can be hard deciding what to order. At Capers, Salvador took good care of us. The food here is so good. Everything was 5 star, service and food. The Mexican restaurant, Tamarindo, is very good. Our waiters Ignacio (Nacho to his friends!) and Abraham (what a singing voice!) made sure we had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised during one of our meals here - a Mariachi Band came into the restaurant and performed. Truly a magical evening. The Barefoot Grill has a good selection of lunch dishes by the pool. I really like that the music is kept as background music at the pool, not blaring so much you can’t even think. On Feb. 15, there was a fantastic band playing on the deck between Secrets and Dreams. It got quite crowded out there with so many enjoying the music and dancing. A couple of bonuses while staying at this Secrets – you can watch whales from the beach here. You can also walk to the Malecon and enjoy the shopping and restaurants if you wish. Frequently there are performers as you walk along the boardwalk. The only con I have is not with the resort, it's with the Hyatt Inclusive App. It’s supposed to inform you of where the entertainment and activities are, but it lacks a lot. A lot of the time the name of an activity may be listed, but it doesn’t tell you what the activity is or, in some cases, it doesn’t even tell you where it is. Come on Hyatt, it’s hard to enjoy the activities and entertainment if we can’t find it!

We recently returned from an amazing vacation in Puerto Vallarta and absolutely LOVED our stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay! From the moment we arrived, we had a fantastic stay! The drive from the airport was quick and easy and the resort itself was stunning. The concierge was very kind and helpful and our room was beautiful with incredible ocean views, we could see the whales in the ocean from our deck! The location is also close to downtown Puerto Vallarta, we were able to walk from the resort into town for a day of exploring very easily. The entertainment staff does an INCREDIBLE job offering so many fun activities for the resort. Big thank you to everyone on the entertainment staff for your hard work and making our stay so enjoyable! The food at all of the restaurants was top notch! We must give some special shout outs to the AMAZING staff at the breakfast and lunch buffet: - Sergio makes the BEST mango and watermelon mezcalitas, they are my new favorite drink! Thank you for your great service! - Adrian, one of the best waiters you will ever meet, very attentive and incredibly kind! Thank you for helping me with my Spanish and thank you for your great service also! - Cesar, great sense of humor and is always hustling! Thank you for your great service! - Benito, such a great waiter, always helping us with our Spanish, works very hard and provides incredible service! He makes the most amazing Carajillo - after dinner coffee drink, absolutely delicious! And thank you SO MUCH for the thoughtful dessert on our last day (pictured below), that was so kind of you! Be sure to ask for any of the above waiters when you stop at the breakfast or lunch buffet, they all provide incredible service as does the entire staff! We had the pleasure of staying at Secrets Vallarta Bay for both our wedding exploration trip and then later for our big day with 50 of our closest friends and family. From the moment we arrived, our butler Carlos, along with his colleague Jose, made us feel incredibly welcome. Carlos greeted us with a smile every time, and it truly felt like nothing was too much trouble. Any request we had, big or small, was handled promptly and with care. The level of service we received was outstanding. Whether we needed help with reservations, special touches for our room, or even last-minute adjustments, Carlos and Jose were always there to assist. They helped make both trips feel so special, and we could tell how much they genuinely wanted us to have a memorable experience. Our family and friends also couldn’t stop talking about how amazing they were—everyone felt taken care of. The food at Secrets Vallarta Bay was absolutely incredible. Each meal was a delight, from the variety of international cuisines to the fresh local options. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The breathtaking views of the ocean and the stunning sunsets made every meal even more special. The entertainment was top-notch as well. From lively shows to relaxing beach vibes, there was never a dull moment. Everyone had such a great time, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time without a worry in the world. We loved this resort! We booked an ocean view preferred room and had an amazing check in process. Carlos Miranda was our butler and he was fabulous! We loved the French restaurant, Bordeaux and the access to Dreams pool for more liveliness. We were able to check out at 11am but continue to use the facilities until 5 pm which was a treat. Will definitely be back!

This is our favorite resort. The property is great, the food and restaurants are amazing, but the people who work at the resort are what what sets this place above the other resorts we have been to. I think there's 6 or 8 restaurants there and they are all amazing....

This is our favorite resort. The property is great, the food and restaurants are amazing, but the people who work at the resort are what what sets this place above the other resorts we have been to. I think there's 6 or 8 restaurants there and they are all amazing. And wherever you go on the property there are staff there to get you drinks or whatever you need. The last day of our trip was my birthday and Adrian and the crew at the market cafe went above and beyond to make my day special. We ate breakfast there everyday but only ate lunch there once(and now I am disappointed we only ate lunch there once because it was the best meal I had all week, and we had some great meals). The service we received poolside all week was outstanding, Juan and Daniel were our go to guys. Alfonso in the French restaurant was excellent, Francisco in the Italian restaurant was another of our favorites, Armando who was the activity guy around the pool everyday was awesome with all his fun activities, Orlando in the crepe shop is an absolute joy, and I'm sure I missed some other people, but everyone there made our trip amazing. At the Market Cafe the omelet and tortilla cook, Dayan was the sweetest girl ever. Just chit chatting with her every morning while getting my breakfast put a smile on my face all day, she is a gem. I cannot remember all their names, but the market cafe crew are definitely a step above the rest in terms of outstanding service and making their guests have the best time on vacation. Dayan, Ceasar, Marnay, Alfonso, Fransisco, and above all, Adrian. You can tell Adrian loves his job and all the guests that come through there. He's like our morning cup of coffee, we can't start our day without Adrian. I highly recommend this resort to stay at. Everything is great, the rooms, pool, food, entertainment, all are top notch.

This was our first trip to Secrets Vallarta Bay; the resort met all our expectations and exceeded some of them. First off, this is one the very best lobbies of any resort where we have stayed. The sunset views are phenomenal and being on the 3rd floor allows for great views of the pool area and the rest of the resort. This resort is very close to the airport and the PV downtown; you can walk to and from The Malecon / Zona Romantica but the Uber rides were quick and very inexpensive too. The views of the Bay of Banderas were beautiful and being there in late Feb / early Mar, the whale watching from the pool and lobby were awesome. The main pool on the Secrets side was a little small but there were plenty of chairs available throughout our 10-day visit. The vibe in the pool was almost always lively and sometimes appropriately raucous. The poolside music was a little redundant; wish they had more playlist variety but the choices were appropriate. The Entertainment staff was fine; they were certainly friendly but did not seem to put that much effort into actually entertaining. The poolside "games" and their daily dance routines sometimes seemed like they were being "phoned in". The live music and evening entertainment was a mixed-bag; the band Staccato that played in the lobby bar area was very good. The Karaoke nights, while well-attended, were just not well put together. There was no live music during the day during our entire stay which was a bummer. All in all entertainment at this resort is just OK. Food was average for a Secrets with a few notable exceptions. The Mexican restaurant, Tamarindo, was one of the best Mexican dinner experiences we have had at Secrets / Dreams / Breathless. Bordeaux was also quite good, but all the other restaurants and the buffet were just OK; nothing was bad, but certainly unnoteworthy. Italian is usually our favorite, but dinner at Capers was so mediocre that we did not go back for a second dinner there. Service at this resort was excellent; we did not have a single bad experience with anyone, anywhere, at any time. I could give service shout-outs all day but I'll stick to the best-of-the-best. "Carlos the Happy Waiter" took care of us poolside almost every day at the Secrets pool and he was fantastic; regardless of how busy he was, he was always right there when we needed anything. Our butler, Carlos Miranda, was very attentive and checked in with us regularly to make sure we had what we needed and if he said something would get taken care of, it was. He gave us great recommendations for dining out in downtown PV and they were spot-on. One thing that people talk about is the number of weddings and group events and how they can take away from individual experiences at the resort. There were several weddings and a couple group events during our stay but we did not feel that that they "got in the way". However I can see how this can happen if the groups are bigger or the timing is different than it was during our stay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay; the staff, the location, and the views made for a memorable trip and we would come back to this resort for the value it provides.

Aurelio was our waiter at the beach and Alfonso was our waiter at Bordeaux both times we were guests. They are the best! The food is delicious. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable, and the amenities are amazing. The only thing you should be aware of is when they have weddings at night everyone from every room can see and hear the party! If you’re not used to the noise of the DJs or the band, and like go to bed early this may bother you. But if you love watching people celebrate their marriage and can turn on your noise cancellation on your phone, it won’t be a big deal! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at the resort from Feb 22 - March 8 in a Máster suite. In the Preferred Tower. This was out 6th time at the resort and our 31st time in Mexico. Since our first time in Secrets PV, we have appreciated and enjoyed the 5 star accommodations, food and service. What we both admire about this resort is how it retains good good resort staff year after year. We have made friendships and traditions with these people which has been the added bonus to an already wonderful resort. Each part of the facility is run in a team atmosphere. We are a sport couple and really embrace the “ next man up” concept. This is the vision for this resort as well. At each of its parts , all move smoothly, effortlessly and with respect and a smile. We love to give a shout out to all our well known staff and where they have taken such good care of us. In no particular order: Secrets Buffet am: Alan Orozco, Alan Navarro,Cesar Rivas, Mariana Morales,Benito Bustes, Humberto Íñiguez, María Pariteta, Wendy Peña. Oceana breakfast: Gilberto Contreras Pool Manager: Christian Cortes. Oceana dinner- albino , Kevin Marco. Isiasis. Bordeaux: Alfonzo Godínez, Rosalio Palomera. Activity team: Armando, Jorge S. Whew- that’s all folks. We are happy to be back in Canada too as we love our country and all its treasures and friendships and family we are proud and happy to have. This was such an incredible experience. Staying at the Preferred section of the resort came with major perks. Our group had a personal concierge, Carlos Miranda. We made us feel welcomed everyday and constantly checked in to make sure our stay was as luxurious as possible. Carlos booked massages and a dinner reservation for us and made everything available whenever we needed it. The staff at the entire resort was over the top. Cesar, Beto, and the staff at breakfast were so attentive. Anytime we were at the pool, we made sure that we sat in Edger’s spot. He was the best host you could ever ask for. We also noticed the staff constantly cleaning day and night making sure that this property was impeccably maintained. The views of the beach and the mountains were absolutely unforgettable. I would go back here, no questions asked.

Food was just ok. However people were friendly and helpful. Our butler Carlos Miranda was great. Did anything we needed. Room was clean and very comfortable. Lot of loud fighting between guests in our hall late at night but what can u do? To much alcohol i guess.

This was our first all inclusive and the experience was very relaxing and worry free. Our Personal assistant, Carlos Miranda, was outstanding and very helpful with getting reservations in restaurants and gave great advice on the City and places to go. All the restaurants were excellent and the drinks were flowing with an excellent staff helping with all your wishes. We were amazed at how many whales showed up with the bell ringing to let everyone know to look for them. We had the first room,1122, with a swim out and because of the month we didn’t have much sun so had to spend more time in the bar pool, not bad choice. The only complaint was it seemed to be noisy in the early morning getting things set up. We would definitely go back again!

Secrets Puerto Vallarta Bay is one of the smaller Secrets hotels. This is really good for the guests, as it allows for a very person experience with all of the staff. In the preferred section of the hotel, they offer butlers for all the guests. They help with everything from unloading your suitcases and putting clothes away, to making reservations for excursions or dinner on and off the hotel grounds. Our butler Jose Bucarra; was particularly great. He gave us his personal number and encouraged us to call if we needed his help with anything. It indeed turned out to be fortuitous, as there was a miscommunication with a restaurant reservation off the hotel grounds. It was his day off, but he still took time to help us. There wasn't a problem with the chair game that people encountered at other hotels. The staff is very aware of how long a chair is unoccupied and will remove the towels if it's been over three hours without people sitting there. Also, if you can't find a place to sit, they find a lounge chair and bring it to you. The French restaurant, Bordeaux, is exceptional. The five course wine dinner was delicious, in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they were given a Michelin star!

Carlos is great! He looked after us and all our needs. He was attentive and kind from the beginning through to the end of our stay. He always had a big smile and a cheery hello. The resort is lovely, though the French restaurant was not as good this time as it was in Dec 2023, and the house wine is ok, but could definitely be better. The "wine bar" that was available on 3F in 2023 is, sadly, no longer there.

My partner and I recently stayed at Secrets Vallarta Bay Puerto Vallarta and unfortunately can't recommend this property. We spent over $5,000 for a 5-night stay in what was advertised as a "Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View Private Terrace" room. The primary reason for selecting this premium room category (nearly double the cost of standard accommodations) was for the ocean views. We specifically planned our trip during whale season hoping to enjoy wildlife sightings from our room. Upon arrival, we were immediately pressured to upgrade for an additional $300/night, which seemed strange given we had already booked a premium room. We declined, only to be taken to a room with virtually NO ocean view whatsoever. You literally had to step onto the balcony and look around a wall to catch a glimpse of water. This was completely contrary to the hotel website photos showing unobstructed, panoramic ocean views from inside the room. When we complained, we were told no other ocean view rooms were available but that we could be moved after two days. When Sunday came, the staff seemed to have forgotten the promise and seemed annoyed when we inquired about the move. When we finally got moved, the second room was marginally better but still nothing resembling the advertised ocean views. When we showed the website photos to the manager, Nirvana, she laughed and said they were "just for marketing" and that we should "change our mindset" rather than addressing the blatant misrepresentation. It felt more like gaslighting than the premium 'Preferred Club' service that you'd expect. Additional issues: - The balcony hot tub didn't have hot water - The 'Preferred Club' benefits were virtually nonexistent - Customer service was subpar throughout - No airport transportation After our stay, we filed a formal complaint with Hyatt (who owns the property), only for them to completely deny the discrepancy of what we got versus what we paid for. In summary: beautiful location, but I cannot recommend a property that so blatantly misrepresents its accommodations and seems to view this practice as acceptable. Plenty of other resorts in PV that will actually deliver what they promise.

This was our second Secrets experience. Our first stay was in the Riviera Maya area at Secrets Maroma Beach. Because we had such a great stay there, we decided to try this one. You can see by my two-circle rating, that it wasn't a great experience, but I'll start with the positive points: 1. Great staff - friendly and helpful. 2. The room (king junior suite) was large. Double sinks in the bathroom, bathtub and a shower, lots of towels, comfortable bed, outlets in bedside lamps, a/c was efficient and quiet. 3. The buffet breakfast at the Market Cafe was great. 4. The Hobie Cat ride was a blast. 5. The lobby bar (Moments) had comfortable seating with lovely views of the ocean and sunsets. Now the not so great parts of our stay: 1. The restaurant food was very, very mediocre, even bad in some cases. Oceana calls itself the seafood restaurant, but they had exactly 3 seafood entrees along with a bunch of steak and other meat choices. The octopus was rubbery. The Jack Daniels shrimp was fried and came with an overly sweet barbecue sauce. Neither one of us could finish. Himitsu, the Asian option had incredibly bland teriyaki chicken, the rice was blah, miso soup had no flavor. Couldn't finish that meal either. In addition, the menu on the app was different from that when we arrived. I asked about some of the entrees we saw on the app and was told that they changed the menu four months ago, but hadn't gotten around to updating the app. The only good dinner we had was at Capers, the Italian place. We went there twice because it was the only decent dinner we could find. Excellent service. The pork shank was incredible, grilled salmon and mahi mahi were both yummy. Asparagus soup appetizer was lovely. Another factor regarding the restaurants is that they rotate which ones are closed. On one evening, two of the spots were closed and this caused 45 to 60 minute waits at the places that were open. Just bad planning! 2. The pools are not heated. The first few days had cloud cover and the pools were so cold that everyone was in the jacuzzi. Ridiculous. 3. The pool side lunch spot, Barefoot Grill, had disgusting food. The nachos had runny Cheez Wiz type of cheese, not real cheese, with thin "avacado sauce" instead of guacamole. The burgers were inedible. The pizza was soggy. We tried everything, hoping to find something we liked, but to no avail. 4. The wedding venue is in the middle of the property. There was a wedding each evening we were there, which at first was fun to watch from our balcony. Then the reception would start with loud music that went well into the night. Loud enough to keep us awake. 5. The way they handle giving drinkable water to guests needs to be changed. All they use are individual plastic bottles. Yep, that's right. You're by the pool and ask for water, they bring it in a plastic bottle. In the room? You get more plastic bottles. At a restaurant? More plastic. And by the way, no recycling. Such a waste. Now for our take on the Preferred Club - don't bother! 1. We paid quite a bit extra for the PC level room. One of the reasons we did this was for the hot tub on the balcony. That was a mistake. The water never got hot. When we asked for it to be repaired, we were told that the maintenance crew went and worked on it. Later we gave it a try, still cold. Then we found out that the problem was in the entire PC tower. No apology, no offer to remedy the situation. 2. The PC lounge was a joke. A dark, overly air-conditioned space (freezing!) with no windows, and horrible food. I don't know why anyone would want to sit there. 3. One of the PC perks is having a butler. We saw him exactly once and that was when we arrived. He texted from time to time and asked if we needed anything, but he didn't do anything we couldn't have handled ourselves by calling housekeeping or room service. The day we left, he was supposed to meet us and check us out. Nope. Didn't show up. Unfortunately for him, that was when we were going to give him his tip, but he lost out on that. All in all, Secrets Maroma Beach was a delightful, incredible, romantic spot and this one was a total bust.

We had a nice experience at this resort last year, which is why we chose to return to celebrate our anniversary. My husband even called the hotel directly to book the exact same room we stayed in. However, upon check-in, we were given a completely different room. The hotel misled us about the room details, assuring us we would have a private pool when, in reality, it’s just a small jetted tub. I have video proof confirming the room we originally stayed in, and this is not it. When we brought this to their attention, we were simply told that our expected room was “not available.” Adding to the disappointment, we noticed that every other door on our floor had “Happy Anniversary” and “Welcome” banners—except for ours. Considering we specifically mentioned we were celebrating a milestone anniversary, this felt like an odd and unfortunate oversight. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disheartening. Sadly, this will be our last visit to this resort.

The staff really makes the experience here, every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The food was spot on every time at every restaurant, you can tell the kitchen staff really cares and takes pride in their work. Absolutely will be back.

The sales staff was borderline harassing. They push very hard for their vacation club program to where it’s almost like a used car sale. When you tell one no, they bring in a supervisor to try to close the deal. We were approached outside of breakfast after declining to go to go to the sales pitch and were guilt tripped for the original saleswoman not getting her “points” because we declined to go to the breakfast for their program. That was very off putting. But overall this is a beautiful property and they take great care of you.

What a gem! It’s a bit old but it still shines. The beach is lovely, food is good and the service was outstanding! It all started with our butler, Carlos Miranda. He was fast efficient and friendly. He checked in on us every day and made certain we had what we needed -like a bottle of wine in the room on our arrival ( OK I didn’t really need it, but he took care of me anyway), a Bali bed, and recommendations for a night on the town. It was obvious he loves Puerto Vallarta.! There were some staff that we found absolutely delightful . Carmelo at the crêpe shop was a cutie patootie. So full of energy and welcoming he was delightful to see every day and we might’ve had a crêpe every night. The breakfast buffet if you can sit in Marney and Adrian‘s section, you will be so well taken care of what a sweet, sweet man and a delightful young woman . The gal making omelet was so fun to chat with-Nayeli knew what I wanted by the end of my stay. Salvador was very attentive in the Italian restaurant. My husband has health issues so we had to leave mid meal-Salvador made certain that we had food to take back to the room. We appreciated that the food did not go to waste. And at the pool, Diego is the hardest working pool attendant. He always made sure our drinks were refreshed and Christian was a really interesting pool concierge -when we couldn’t find chairs he would make it happen and we would find them.. The food is good, although it was hit and miss with some locations . I’m not much of a beef eater but the fillet there while tiny it was outstanding tender cooked perfectly but if your big guy, you probably need to order a couple for a 5 foot nothing woman it was just the right size. The pools were some of the deepest I’ve been to again as a 5 foot nothing woman 4 foot 4 1/2 feet feels deep for me. I had to tippy toe to get from one side to the other. One of the highlights is the nice beach with accessible water, not rough, and the whales were visible from our balcony and from the beach . One little piece of excitement we had on the beach one day was the beach was closed because of the crocodiles. But that was just one day and added to the romanticism of the property.

We keep coming back because of the people that work here- all of the waiters and waitresses thru out remember you and treat you the best!
