I love this resort, The people is so friendly, Misael at the preferred bar was the best 👌 🍸 Caramelo with his crepes was delightful 🍧 Alberta at the quesadilla station supper nice and Daniel at the Sushi place 🍥🥢made an amazing Sushi and also went above and beyond customizing Sushi for my seafood alergic husband 😍😍😍😍 and the cherry on top was Whales visiting us 🐳😍😍😍

My family and I stayed here for 9 days in February as I was getting married on the 25th. My stay was nothing short of amazing. The property was beautiful, but the staff really made this property stand out from any other resort I’ve been to. The staff were so kind, attentive, and very hard working. We had a large group wherever we went, and they never missed a thing! Even with the events on the 22nd, the staff still took the time to make sure we were taken care of, uncertain of the situation of their home country. Hugo, Manuel, Jose B., Wendy, Maria, Benito, Jimmy, and Alberto- thank you so much for everything you did for my family and I, you made us all feel so special! This property truly has the best team!

Where to begin….We just spent 2 weeks (February 8 - 22(24)) at Secrets Vallarta Bay, for our second time. To be honest, we are already looking forward to returning next year. Both visits we were Preferred Club and we feel it is worth the upgrade, but it depends on the type of traveller you are and to be honest, we haven’t tried the other rooms. Our absolute best part of being preferred was, the Chief of Preferred Club……NIRVANA!! I literally have no words worthy of how much Nirvana made our 25th anniversary trip the most incredible stay. We arrived as her guests, became friends and left feeling like family. Even when we had unexpected flight delays and had to stay a few extra days, Nirvana made us a priority which we never would have expected as she no doubt had other things to focus her attention on. I am sure that Hyatt, the Secrets staff and any guest that meets her, knows how irreplaceable she truly is. I could literally go on for pages, so if you are there, in the preferred club, look around and say hi….you wont regret it. When we arrived, we were immediately met by the staff outside the lobby. Our vehicle door was opened, followed by the perfect greeting, “welcome home “. We feel we are, each time. The bags are taken care, a door opens and a drink welcomes you immediately, then escorted to your check in location. Preferred club is a few floors down in a separate building. YES, at some point someone will sit with you and offer you discounted things for your time, should you choose to explore a presentation on the Unlimited Vacation Club (Often referred to as a time share by others). If you do not want to do this or listen to the offers, just politely say it isn’t for you and you are not interested. No one pressures you or is aggressive to the point of ruining your day, it’s that simple. They are doing their job, but also respect you as a guest. We didn’t do it, but maybe one day we will since we enjoy our time there so much….we will see. Our room was on a lower level so we used the stairs instead of the elevator. The Garden view was a great view of the ocean for us and we loved the jacuzzi tub on the balcony. We used it after a day in the sun before dinner, but sometimes before bed. A bag of bath bombs we brought with us lasted our 2 weeks and elevated the experience. The breakfast self serve was great for us as new don’t eat a large breakfast normally, so smoked salmon bagels, yogurt, egg dishes, fruit, juices, etc. was plenty for us and no need to go to the buffet. Now we did go to the buffet some times, and it was pretty amazing too…..Crepe stations, egg stations, every type of station you could want. Mimosa, Caesar, tequila shot….how ever you want to start the day is judgement free :) We rented a Cabana (VIP) for a few days and really, pretty darn sweet!! 2 floors, sun deck, beach loungers and sun deck loungers. Stocked Cooler, snacks, Special Meal, Private staff member for anything you could want, giant T.V…….we enjoyed it a lot. My wife and her friend had a few 90 minute massages by the pool and they both expressed how amazing they were…which is why they booked more :) The price of the resort massage vs the people on the beach is not that big of a difference and with the resort, you know you have the best conditions and staff, backed by the resort. Everyone can obviously decide what’s best for them, but this was a choice we did not regret and would recommend. None of us used the spa, aside from the Water circuit, which was just OK. Wine rooms, we did the French as well as the Italian. Both wine rooms were an elevated experience and i would also recommend these. Even just once during your stay. You buy a bottle of wine in your price range and if you don’t finish it, you take it with you. There are very nice options available and my group of 4 tried more than one. Really, We all had travelled for so many years and together, for a lot of them. We met our friends in Cancun and have gone all over to different resorts and countries over the years. We agreed that of everywhere we have been, we have never felt so relaxed, pampered and spoiled as were at Secrets Vallarta Bay. You can not go wrong here. Seriously, each and every staff member in the resort will spoil you as well. I still have to mention some that really stand out to us, for different reasons, but all for being amazing. Emilio was our most regular pool bar attendant. I can say for 2 weeks, I never …ever had an empty glass….even when I probably needed one hahaha Before Dinner each night in the Lobby and after Dinner before returning to our room…Carmenina! Efficient, catering, and on top of any need you may have! She made sure everyone was taken care of wanted nothing more. Manuel and Michell in the Bordeaux on February 21st. The meal and experience seems like something that should have costed more as an extra, but it wasn’t. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!. Marisela in the preferred club..the start of our trip to the last day, even the extra ones…I can not imagine our room being better maintained. We met in the hallway each day and she always had a smile, a greeting, and ensured our room was maintained above any standard we would have expected in any hotel. We truly lucked out with her on our 3rd floor. Alejandro in the Cabana….what can i say, he will accommodate your experience and tailor make it for you and your group. Icing on the cake. Now when our flight was delayed by a few days, it was a little stressful, but there are 2 staff members we met in the Buffet that had a gift to bring that light and make any situation better, Gilberto and Whitney!! I can not thank them enough for ensuring our circumstances were the best they could be. There is no doubt they, like all staff, had other things to give their attention to, but they ensured we were taken care of as much as possible. THANK YOU This resort is amazing and the staff really make it elevated beyond anywhere we have ever been. We went to celebrate and we had an adventure of a life time. Thank you staff of Secrets Vallarta Bay, Thank you Hyatt for taking care of us when we needed it, and once again…Nirvana, thank you for absolutely everything.

We got into Secrets Vallarta Bay the day after the chaos in this country, and it was SO wonderful and safe to be here! The food was exceptional, the service was outstanding, and this resort is again one of the best we have been to. This was our second time at Secrets Vallarta Bay, and it definitely is on our list of favourites. WHY? 1. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The entertainment crew kept our spirits high and fun. Jimmy is the Hobie cat expert for that fun run on the bay. He was so much fun with the soccer bullseye match and the water aerobics. Together with Noe, they were the paddleboard/kayak men on the beach. He made sure everyone got in and out of the water safely, and all things beach. Aydee, another person on the team, was always so friendly and FUN! She and Isabella handled the Golf putting game in the pool - don't miss that! AND, the two were instrumental in the cocktail/guacamole lessons too! And let's not forget the salsa lesson at the pool! SO MUCH FUN!!! I'm not an expert at any of this (except the paddleboard), but you don't need to know how to pour drinks, dance or golf - just DO it! See Joel at the pool entertainment desk, and you will find something to do. This team at Secrets is top-notch. 2. The food service is fabulous. The Market Cafe was one of our favourites because it had everything there to choose from. The waiters there were so attentive and very professional. Another favourite was Bordeaux - the lamb was perfect, the brie salad was divine! And don't miss Tamarind, the Mexican restaurant. Have guacamole freshly made in front of you - so delicious! So special are the bbq's -do not miss them. You will get a great taste of Mexico and other international delights. 3. The rooms were always clean and serviced every day. Yesinia, our dedicated lady for our room, ensured it was clean and tidy each day. It was really comforting to know that we could come home at the end of the day and truly relax. 4. The bellboys at the front were so helpful and prompt. I highly recommend SECRETS Vallarta Bay. You are safe, secure and really, when we come - we really feel at home, except better!! Thank you, Secrets, for giving us a perfect vacation!

We were stuck in Puerto Vallarta due to Westjet cancelations and the Cartel unrest.After a few days of frustration with no word from westjet regarding flights we decided to book for Mar.03(first.available) and pick different resort We booked a preferred suite at Secrets Valarta bay.We had.by this time.run out of medications.When we checked in we were talked into an upgrade to a master suite.The suite came with a butler (Jose Becerra).Our nightmare became a Paradise as he managed to locate and purchase all of our required medication and some Canadian Club.The remaining 5 days were awesome with pool time good restaurants daily breakfast on our deck complete with whale watching.

My wife and I celebrated our 44th anniversary at Secrets Vallarta Bay and had a great time! Our room was very nice and we enjoyed having the pool on the balcony. We highly recommend doing the Chefs’ Table, This was a very special evening as the Chef prepares a 6 course meal just for you and your loved one. Our Butler Jose Becerra did a wonderful job and was very helpful making our celebration extra special. He suggested, that if available, the Chefs’ Table is an unforgettable experience which it was. All the staff at this Secrets are very hard workers and are very helpful, energetic, and positive. The food and beverages were some of the best that we’ve had at a resort.

My wife and I just returned from this resort two weeks ago (our fourth visit in five years). Just as it has been during all of our previous visit, the resort was clean and the staff is exceptionally welcoming. The staff and the food (mainly the staff) are the reasons we continue to visit this resort. We didn’t get the room that we wanted or loved but the experience was still great. We were in the preferred building with an ocean view room on the fourth floor. The views weren’t the greatest of the bay or the sunsets but we still loved our stay. The service and food were excellent. Our “welcome home” is always so heartwarming when we arrive. We had a wonderful bellman assist us with our luggage and deliver it directly to our room for us. This type of introduction and service is great! Our UVC check in was really easy and quick. We were escorted to the UVC office and checked in by Miriam and she then took us to our room. We asked to be moved to the main non-preferred building from the preferred building for better views but they weren’t able to accommodate our request. Additionally, our UVC representative Gio is amazing. We love Gio! He was off when we arrived but came to find us several times throughout the week when we were on the beach just to chat and check on us. He is wonderful! During our stay, we loved the buffet for breakfast and lunch and Tamarindo, and Capers for dinner. We went to the Capers wine cellar again, as we go there every trip at least one time and had one of our most favorite meals. It was a 7-course meal and was phenomenal. The service from Franscisco was beyond belief. He was busy with several tables the evening we had dinner but he still made us feel special. He has a wonderful personality and is great at what he does. Knowing he was busy we told him he didn’t need to do the “Mexican coffee” fire show. He seems bummed but told us to come back. We saw him around the pool later in our visit and he made us a reservation to come to eat at the Capers restaurant early that evening so he would wait on us. He did a private after dinner show at our table when he made us “Mexican coffee” with flaming tequila. It was awesome and so unexpected. He went above and beyond what was expected and made our evening wonderful. We had another great dinner at Tamarindo and as expected the service was exceptional. We were waited on by Roberto and Cesara. They were great and we didn’t want for anything. They made wonderful recommendations and made our evening exceptional. We also loved our experience in the Market Café. The food was always good but the service was exceptional. Our waiters were Sergio, Antonio, and Maria every morning. Sergio and Antonio are two that we have become close to from our past trips and greeted us like long time friends when we first arrived. They are super special and made us feel like family. Sergio has an amazing personality, seemed so happy, and takes pride in his work! He took time to chat with us and made us a special cappuccino every morning (which he remembered from our last trip without us even mentioning it). It was such a nice touch and honestly Sergio is a big part of why we came back!. Even though Antonio was not our waiter he came to great us every time we came for breakfast and lunch. The final morning, Sergio and Maria took great care of us; came to our table with a plate of dessert with “have a nice trip” written on it. Another amazing touch that warmed our hearts! We said our goodbyes with tears in our eyes because we care for these folks so much. Sergio and Antonio especially have become like family. Maria has also become someone we look forward to seeing during our trips. She is so sweet. The waves were high during our stay and there were a few beach events that required set up so we didn’t get to spend as much time as we would normally have. We in turn sat around the pool more than we normally would. The new pool deck is amazing! We received great drink service from Alejandro! He had such a great personality and made our day fun. Every time he came around he made sure we didn’t need anything else and joked around with us. He was so fun. We also cannot go without mentioning the service we received in the preferred bar from Jose Maria. The bar is a great little area to grab a drink before dinner and a snack when needed, but Jose Maria was awesome. We sat and had a few drinks at the table in front of the bar before dinner one evening and he was exceptional. He came out from behind the bar and refilled our drinks before we were even finished. Every time we came through the bar area he would great us and a few days later we came through before dinner and he had already begun to make our drinks before we even asked. It was awesome!! Orlando in the ice cream shop, is so great and has such an infectious smile! We planned to go every evening but were so full we only made it two or three times. The ice cream was great but Orlando’s personality lights up the room! We also had amazing service from our concierge Jose Becerra. He was always coming around and asking us if we needed anything. He was in constant communication with us and took care of every need we had. He was a great assistance to us and a pleasure to be around! This resort is full of so many amazing people that we have grown so close to. We have also become very close to Arelli, the manager of the bar and server crew. She has an amazing personality and is such a wonderful person. She is also one of the team that we look forward to seeing during our visits!! We love this resort for the amazing people, the great food and views. We also travel there during whale watching season for that wonderful experience.

We had an amazing, relaxing stay at Secrets Puerto Vallarta Bay! The hotel, UV team, and restaurant staff were all incredibly welcoming and attentive—every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend both Secrets Puerto Vallarta Bay and Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa for couples and families looking for a stress-free getaway. Plus, Puerto Vallarta felt safe and easy to travel to. Can’t wait to go back! 🌴✨ Hola hola!!! 👒

Went in large group to celebrate a milestone birthday. I would definitely come back. I have been to resorts in other large tourist destinations in Mexico, and this resort stands out. Facilities are well cared for, and staff morale was noticeably high. (even through February 2026 cartel interruptions.) Food and beverage options were abundant and easy to access. Cannot recommend spa with hydrotherapy enough - worth the spend.

We had an outstanding stay at this resort. The service was AMAZING. We've been to multiple all-inclusive resorts in many locations, and this one had the BEST service of all of them. There were some unexpected societal events which occured during our stay, but the staff was outstanding, the hotel adjusted to the situation and handled it expertly. I am ready to go back!

Our stay started off on the wrong foot. As Hyatt members, we expected a warmer welcome, but instead we were told the staff wasn’t ready to check us in and were sent to have a drink. When they finally checked us in, they immediately attempted to upsell us on a room upgrade that would have doubled our nightly rate ($644 to $1,299). I would normally consider a small upgrade, but the language barrier made the process confusing and off-putting. Right after that, we were also pitched UVC, which left us very annoyed. We also paid for the Preferred Club and were extremely disappointed in it here. The lounge was very small, with 2 tables and a bar. The food offerings were updated 3 times a day, but usually gone whenever we walked by. There was no TV, so disappointing, especially during the Olympics. There was only one bar on the entire resort where I saw any of the Olympics. The Preferred club offered no board games, or cards, and THE BIGGEST LET DOWN there was NO PREFERRED POOL like at other Secrets resorts. Our butler Alejandro was the only positive from the Preferred Club experience. I would not recommend paying for this upgrade. The resort layout was also frustrating—you had to take one elevator to your room in the Preferred Tower, another elevator just to reach the main lobby, and a third elevator to get to the spa. A simple walkway between the Preferred Club and the lobby would have made a big difference. Our first evening dinner was at Oceanina, overlooking the ocean, which was a nice introduction to the resort’s dining. I had a lobster tail that was cooked to perfection and truly enjoyed it. I also had lunch from Oceania at a cabana later in our stay, which was delicious and much faster than dinner service. One night we dined at the French restaurant. The escargot was my favorite dish, with the onion soup a close second, but my main entrée was uninspiring. Being asked to order dessert at the same time as our main course made us feel rushed. The servers were friendly, but overall, the food was not amazing. Another evening, we ate at Capers. It also has beautiful ocean views. I had a steak— it is hard to impress me with steak, but I did enjoy the cut and flavor. The wine kept flowing (which may explain why I don’t remember much else of the meal. My only complaint here was the inconveniently located restrooms in the basement—a long walk in high heels after two glasses of wine. The spa was honestly an expensive joke. The “water therapy” consisted of four jets, a sauna, a hot tub, and a cold plunge—far below what we’ve experienced at other resorts. They do not allow charges to your room (credit card only), which caused us to be late after needing to take three elevators back to our room to get our cards. This should be VERY clearly communicated when booking. Signage for the water therapy circuit was also poor. While the massage itself was good, it was absolutely not worth $300—the same quality massage can be found on the beach right next door for $45. The spa products and gift shops were also wildly overpriced. Let me say something about sunblock. The gift shop wants $825 MX for a spray bottle of sunblock. That is $48 USD. Do yourself a favor and bring extra. The OXXO or pharmacy is half that, but still double what you would pay if you bring it from home. On a positive note, Joel and the entertainment crew were fantastic. They had something planned every hour or so during the day. They remembered names, were genuinely friendly, and did a great job getting guests involved in activities—I even won movie trivia game! I didn’t attend many nighttime shows since I had to wake up early to secure pool chairs, making me an early-to-bed person. Overall, while there were a many enjoyable moments, this resort fell short in many areas.

Everything was amazing. Christian, our butler was super attentive and helpful. Joel and Eliana by the pool cleaning and fixing sunglasses were superb. Fist time at a resort with sunglasses service, amazing addition. Zero complaints in the food department. Steal house at Oceana with a view of the ocean, sunset and whales going by was awesome. Fernando with drink service at the pool was great.

We just love this Secrets, with this trip being our 6th stay here! My husband and I went back for a week in January 2025, meeting some friends there. This resort is a short ride from the airport, and shares an entrance with Dreams. This gives you access to the Dreams restaurants, bars and entertainment as well as the Secrets. The staff here are amazing and the resort has a very laid back vibe! The lobby bar overlooks the bay and consists of an open area with a lot of tables, chairs and sofas to chill and enjoy a cold drink. Thank you Marlen for taking good care of us. The sunsets from this area are breathtaking! Our room was well tended to by housekeeping. We had fresh towels everyday and our room was well kept. Oceana is a great place to get breakfast (for Preferred guests only), lunch and dinner. If you time it right, you can have dinner while watching the sun setting over the ocean. All the waiters here were very good, thank you all! The Market Café is also surprising good for breakfast. You can get omelets and eggs cooked to order, as well as a huge variety of other sweet and savory dishes. The Barefoot Grill has a good selection of lunch dishes by the pool. We really like that the pool music is generally kept as background music, not blaring so much you can’t even think. The exception is when there are exercise/game activities. The Mexican restaurant, Tamarindo, has very good food. Our waiters Ignacio (Nacho to his friends!) and Abraham (what a singing voice!) made sure we had everything we needed. We had remembered them from our last visit in 2025. These two waiters make quite the team; thank you gentlemen! Ironically when we went to the lobby after dinner, we caught the tail end of a Mariachi Band playing throughout the Secrets and Dreams lobbies. I got my crepe fix at Sweet Bites, where you can get the most delicious crepes and ice cream. So good! Bordeaux, the French restaurant, is one of our favorites. Unfortunately, my appetizer and entrée was not up to par. Everyone else really enjoyed their dishes. Thank you to our waiter, Joaquin, at Himitsu. He provided excellent service and we had a wonderful meal here. A couple of bonuses while staying at this Secrets – you can watch whales from the beach here. It is so exciting to see the babies and mamas play. You can also walk to the Malacon and enjoy the shopping and restaurants if you wish. Frequently there are performers as you walk along the boardwalk. My biggest con is the crazy number of people who reserve beach/pool lounge chairs early – I’m talking 6:00-6:30 in the morning. A lot of them don’t actually show up until 11:00 or later. VERY frustrating. We’ve been to a lot of Secrets and Dreams and this location is by far the worst for this rude behavior. Most resorts allow an absence of up to 1 hour – if you’re not back after that your items are removed. We wish that Hyatt would do a better job with their Hyatt Inclusive App. It’s supposed to inform you of where the entertainment and activities are, but it lacks a lot. A lot of the time the name of an activity may be listed, but it doesn’t tell you what the activity is or, in some cases, it doesn’t even tell you where it is. It’s hard to enjoy the activities and entertainment if we can’t find it. That said, we found that entertainment at this location has been drastically reduced. Not a lot of shows and almost no craft activities. (The only one I could find was a painting class – at 8:00 in the evening. Come on Hyatt, people are eating at that time!)

Secrets Vallarta Bay is a beautiful, well maintained and appointed resort. It adjoins Dreams Vallarta Bay, which means a wide variety of outstanding dining, entertainment, and activities are at your fingertips. We chose to upgrade to a preferred club (PC) swim out and it was definitely worth it! The swim outs on that side are shaded all day, which means no fighting for chairs, umbrellas, etc. It also afforded easy access to the pools and hot tubs in full sun, when we wanted that. Manuel kept the drinks flowing poolside and was so much fun! Jose Maria at the PC bar was also great and introduced us to a chelate, our new favorite drink! Jose, the PC butler who helped us throughout our stay was outstanding. He addressed every need with speed and kindness, even helping to ensure we had a wonderful Dia San Valentin dinner in the Capers wine cellar (must do by the way!). If you go to Capers, ask for Francesco, as he was outstanding, knowledgeable, and ensured a perfect experience. Maria was our incredible housekeeping staff and not only did she do great work, she is one the kindest people there! Finally, check out the spa! The hydrotherapy circuit is unique and soooo relaxing. Our hydrotherapy valet, Michelle, was wonderful and even helped me navigate the hydro without my glasses as needed. Finally, Orfinda, the massage therapist I saw, was excellent and highly skilled, melting away stress like magic. While there always bumps, this resort deals with any issues that arise promptly and with care, which is what really matters to me. Highly recommend staying here and seeking out the incredible staff mentioned! I’d also highly recommend Canto Del Mar in town for some lovely seaside margaritas and snacks!

Just got back from 2 weeks at Secrets Vallarta Bay. Had a fabulous time. Still an amazing value for a 1 for 1 but have noticed a bit of a decline in the restaurants and goodies in the the room. This was our 4th year in a row at this time of year. The buffet for dinner is only open 1 night a week and it is a very tiny limited outdoor bbq. Each week when the dinner buffet is closed so is Oceana, the preffered steak house and Castaways. As you can imagine this made wait times at the other restaurants very long or you ended up at the Dreams buffet. Entertainment was lacking on some days for sure and after Superbowl absolutely nothing was going on so that was disappointing. Now on the plus side, the staff is amazing and friendly. Our butler Jose Becerra was fabulous and helped us out with dinner reservations( we were a group of 8 for a week then a group of 10 for the 2nd)he also checked in on us everyday and gave us the list of entertainment and restaurant closures. Alejandro our pool waiter and Hector behind the swim up bar were amazing.

My husband and I visited last week for our 2nd anniversary. The resort does have a great view of the ocean and we saw whales twice while we were there. It’s paired with a Dreams - so you can hear kids/ see them. Seeing as most of the restaurants are in the Dreams side- there is unfortunate cross over. I found the resort to be too busy for how small it was. There was barely any space between the pools if you were looking for a nice quiet pool to lounge at. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing vacation - I don’t think this resort is it. Entertainment can be heard from wherever you are. Service was fantastic - everyone was very friendly and nice and even remembered us when we went back to the same restaurant. Sergio at the buffet (on the secrets side) was great and Gustavo up front around check in was funny, friendly and helpful. There was nothing that made this resort stand out to make it extra special.

The workers were very pleasant to work with Very good hospitality. Everything was clean and everyone was also so friendly. I just would add that the food was just ok. Had room service every morning. Coffee,fruit and pastries every morning at 8 am sharp! Not one day was missed for room service! Never have I ever had my room turned down..now I have ! Excellent butler Jose Becerra!

We LOVE Secrets VB. We've been there every year for the past seven and it's our favorite Secrets. Everything about it exudes quality and we will continue to be loyal annual guests. Having said that I'd like to pass on some constructive criticism about the pool and beach area. The reserving of chairs at the pool and the beach has become completely out control and every year management makes less effort to stop the practice. My wife and I are early risers so we usually go to the beach before sunrise and wait for Market Cafe to open. When we get down there at 0530-0600 there are already towels and personal items placed on chairs. I watched one woman get over 15 books from the lending library and place them on various chairs at the pool and beach. When I questioned her about how important she and her friends must be she went into a profanity laced tirade about how it's her vacation and she'll do what she wants to. I mentioned this to the guard at the beach and he just shrugged his shoulders and admitted it was a problem, but he really couldn't do anything about it. This is very common at Secrets VB, much more so than other Secrets. The most infuriating thing is that rarely does anyone come down to the reserved chairs before noon. In many instances they use the pool most of the day and then get their reserved beach chair later in the afternoon. In the meantime guests that want to use the beach area are hesitant to remove items that have obviously been placed there only to reserve the lounger. This has got to stop. It's really putting a damper on many guests' vacation and there is constant conversation among the guests as to the ignorance of not only the people that do it, but the management that ignores it as well. It's an easy problem to fix. 1) Have the guest sign an addendum when they check in stating the policy 2) Don't put towels out before 0630 and have the guard notify guests of the policy when they see people reserving chairs. 3) Place signage on the palapas and in the pool area. 4) Take a pic with a time stamp and remove the items after an hour. Our wedding coordinator, Karla Cruz, was absolutely incredible. She was patient, organized, responsive, and so genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but Karla made everything feel seamless. She brought our vision to life and made sure every detail reflected exactly what we wanted. I felt completely supported and stress-free on the most important day of our lives. The resort DJ, Pablo, was also amazing! He created the perfect ambience from cocktail hour to the dance floor. The music was flawless, the transitions were smooth, and he kept our guests dancing all night. The energy was everything we hoped for. Secrets Vallarta Bay gave us the most beautiful backdrop, incredible service, and an unforgettable experience. Our wedding day was beyond perfect — truly a once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
