We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite, Originally we booked a premium room. Vlassis checked us in and everyone there was so kind. We had an incredible view of the Caldera. Also, the service was very good. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning. The location is fantastic. We had a sensational stay. The bed was comfortable and the steps were not that bad to get to the room. It is one of the best spots in Oia and easy to get around along the pedestrian path to the shops and restaurants, and of course to walk to the end of the path to watch the sunset. Thank you so much for our perfect stay and our last day was the last day for the hotel to be open for the winter break coincidentally. A perfect time to go as it isn't too hot and isn't too crowded.

We spent three nights here in October towards the end of the season in Santorini. The views were incredible from our room, we had our own jacuzzi which was beautifully heated. The hotel infinity pool had uninterrupted views of the Caldera. The hotel is at the quieter end of Oia and not overlooked by people walking along the main strip. The room was large and the extensive bathroom had all the facilities needed for a luxury stay. Breakfast had a really good selection and was served either in your room or at the Black Rock restaurant, which is a part of the hotel. I had a treatment at the spa which was really good. The staff were always helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Santorini can be overwhelming, based on the number of people, even during the last week of September. However, if you were looking for an oasis or a place of escape, this is it. This is one of my favorite hotels. The location is perfect. It’s away from the far end of.Oia, but only at five minute walk. It makes all the difference in the world. The rooms are enormous and have everything that you could possibly want, including one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. Every day, the staff tended to our room. Once in the morning and then again while we were out to dinner. All of the Towels were replaced. Drinking water was provided. You are in your own private area. There are no nosy neighbors to deal with. Everything is spotless. The most important thing that I can point out is the staff. We were greeted warmly, and there was nothing that we needed to ask for. It seemed as though everything that we needed was anticipated. They arranged our dinner, reservations, our rides and anything else. Nothing was beyond Their capabilities. Their friendliness made it feel like we were staying with family. I am not a newlywed and this was not a honeymoon. It was just my wife and I getting away. I’ve traveled quite a bit and this is one of my favorite places. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for 2 nights for our last leg of our trip in Santorini. Perfect location. People from outside were always taking pictures from the steps. Watching Sunrise here was breathtaking. We booked the honeymoon suite. Our private pool was perfect after strolling Oia during the day. Def highly recommend...

My wife and I loved our stay here. We enjoyed drinking in the infinity pool overlooking the caldera, the food, the location and very unique room. The views are amazing. The staff was fantastic at every turn. We would definitely go back again.

If you’re staying in Oia, Santorini, you must stay at Santorini Secret Suites & Spa. The location is perfect. It’s on the Caldera. It has all the restaurants and shopping galore. All walkable. No car needed. The staff is where this place really stood out. From greeting us curbside, to answering all my crazy questions. Loved using the app to communicate at any hour. Every staff member was outstanding. Oh and the spa was incredible!

Service, Views and Accommodations were all top notch! We would never miss breakfast after the first time we ate bc it was that delicious! My husband loved the pastries and I loved the chia pudding! What I will say that surprised me most was the What’s App communication, at first...

Service, Views and Accommodations were all top notch! We would never miss breakfast after the first time we ate bc it was that delicious! My husband loved the pastries and I loved the chia pudding! What I will say that surprised me most was the What’s App communication, at first it took me by surprise being older and all but then realized it was the most convenient way to communicate, I always had our phones nearby, I think it was genius! Santorini on a whole was very nice especially the hiking trail that is nearby. We stayed 4 nights and I wish we had another day or two! The steps gave us a workout which we liked but be prepared they aren’t for the weak! Looking for somewhere special to splurge this is the place!

This place is MEH. It's not that bad but it sure isn't that good. My wife and I only like to stay in 5-star hotels because we enjoy our quiet time and relaxing time at night. Our room was a room with a pool, the honeymoon suite I believe they called it...Room #1. First of all the steps up and down are not for the unfit...It's a straight up climb from the restaurant. The restaurant is mid but touted as amazing, it's not. There are much better options within walking distance, try Karma or Lotz. It gets hot which is why we are all here right? Well the AC in our room was sub standard, we spent two night of sleeping in our own sweat even with the AC on high all day. Them office was nice and they really tried but its =not them, it's these old tired air conditioners. They were terrible. The staff is great, everyone was very nice however the bathroom has no ventilation so there is a VERY musty smell that lingers in the room that you will go home with, not sure if all bathrooms do not have ventilations but being a cave I doubt they do. Anyways, staff is great, rooms, A/C, smell all stink. They did give us 2 free massages for the issues. Staff aside, I am sure you could do better

We genuinely enjoyed our time at Santorini Secret but generally felt that it should not consider itself a 5 start hotel. The pros: the location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of Oia with incredible views of the caldera from every room. There are some real all-stars on the staff of this hotel. The guys who bring your luggage up and down the steps of Oia are hustling so hard and doing it all with a smile. Thanos and George at the pool bar were the highlight of our stay - excellent customer service, warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. They felt like the heartbeat of the hotel. The restaurant staff was also very hardworking and friendly when we were greeted each morning for breakfast. The cons: The room furnishings were lackluster and spartan in the vein of Ikea. The breakfast, while generous in that you could order anything and as much as you wanted, was mediocre both in taste and presentation. The housekeeping did not feel on par with the price of the hotel - ice buckets were left behind in our room for days, turndown didn't involve anything other than literally turning down one side of the sheets (no tidying of the room or even emptying the trash), the toiletries felt cheap and were not replenished. The hot tub on our balcony was dated and not nearly as clean as it could have been. The people and the location are the 5 star components of this hotel. The rest of the facilities felt more like a 3 star which was disappointing given the price.

Santorini Secrets was excellent - some of the best hotel service we have ever experienced. Beautiful facilities with an exceptional view. The included breakfast was healthy and delicious. Highly recommend if you are staying in Santorini!

You are right in the centre of Oia, so have the beautiful bars and shops at your doorstep. Thank you for an incredible start to our first ever trip to Greece! 😍

Wonderful location and staff! We splurged a bit on the room because we wanted to have a special experience and they definitely delivered! The breakfast is delivered to your room at your choice of time in the morning and it was wonderful to have the plunge pool. We were in a fantastic room and it was extremely clean and quiet. The location is extremely accessible to the shopping and restaurants of Oia and I would highly recommend staying there!

Amazing hotel with amazing views and even more amazing front desk / service staff. Loved every minute here and would highly recommend. The location is ideal and the views are to die for. The room is very spacious and modern with a Greek island touch.

This hotel was the perfect location for my honeymoon! The entire staff was so sweet, helpful, and attentive to whatever my husband and I needed! The rooms were extremely spacious, the pool had a gorgeous view & the food was also amazing! We truly had the best stay!
