This was an AMAZING experience with breathtaking views. We visited during shoulder season and were able to get a room upgrade. The shuttle was so easy (message WhatsApp for pickup) and the staff was top notch. I received VIP treatment during my birthday - felt so welcome and taken care of on my first trip to Greece. This is a must stay!

Definitely need more than 5 stars !! Staff was very pleasant and attentive from the moment we arrived The grounds were impeccable with amazing views of the caldera Breakfast was included with a great variety of fresh food Dinner was delicious with a good variety of wines The hospitality of the staff is the best we have experienced !! We received an upgrade when we arrived to a suite with our own private hot tub On our last day we upgraded once again to the Presidential Suites on the other side of the island Here we had our own private 3 bedroom Villa with a our own pools hot tub Definitely worth the price!! We plan to return to this hotel with our adult children next year

Ahhh...where do I begin??!! The reviews here on TA for SPSH are so accurate! I also had a personal recommendation from my friends that they really enjoyed staying at this property. My husband and I still talk about how we wish we were back in Santorini, and we've been home for a week now. The staff here really made us feel like they were happy to host us. They use the app called WhatsApp to communicate with you, and replied back promptly whenever we used it. Our highlights for our trip were, enjoying breakfast on our terrace for one of our days, watching the sunsets as well. No need to go to Oia to view the sunset. You can stay right on their property and have uninhibited views directly in front of you. We also enjoyed dinner and breakfast in their restaurant. One plus to staying at the property is that they do not have a ton of steps to navigate around their property. One drawback (possibly for some) is that it is located in an area that does not have a lot of walkable shopping and restaurants. they do offer a car/van service (for a fee) to take you to the different towns if you do not wish to walk along the Caldera-side path. We used their car service each day to go to our planned visits to Oia and Fira. We also used it for our arrival and departure transfers. Hubby and I think we will be making a second trip back to Greece in the future and will definitely plan to stay here again!

Don’t look any further and book this place! My friends were visiting Greece for the first time and everyone at Santorini Princess made our stay absolutely amazing. I can’t thank everyone enough for the hospitality and care received during our visit. Alexandros, Ahileas, Andreas, Cleopatra, and of course Vayios :) sas Efharistoume!! And on top of the excellent hospitality, the rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The property is quite impressive.

We got married in Santorini 10 years ago and stayed at this amazing boutique hotel. What a discovery back then and it was enjoyed by both ourselves and our guests. We had an amazing sunset reception here and could have not had a better experience. Returning for our tenth anniversary we hoped for a great experience again and we received even better. When we arrived at The Santorini Princess our breath was taken away just like it had 10 years ago. The caldera view is unrivaled. The property has been kept modern and updated. Unlike Fira and Oia it is not crowded. Every room including the restaurant has a magical view. We arrived very early and our room wasn’t ready. We took off to wine taste. By the time we arrived back our room had been decorated with balloons and a bottle of wine had been left for us. We had a comfortable night and mentioned a minor problem that could have been addressed easily. The amazingly friendly and helpful staff insisted on changing our room. We asked to what room and we were asked to trust them. When we returns from our day’s activities they had upgraded us to one of their new Grand Honeymoon Suites. Perched higher this huge suite with a living room, small kitchen and separate bedroom was beyond expectation. Best of all was the large outdoor hot tub and balcony perched high. So private you couldn’t be seen by others but you could watch people hike by. At night you could see in both directions and appreciate the lights and view to both Fira and Oia. On our final night we were treated to a very special dinner and the staff in the restaurant could not have pampered us more. The food is so yummy both at breakfast and at dinner with the latter being like a five star restaurant. The Santorini Princess is a magical place and a whole vibe! The wonderful front desk management and staff make a stay there unforgettable. Thank you all so much. We will be back in 5 years not 10 next time.

Everything about our stay was beyond exceptional from staff to service. We celebrated our 15 years anniversary at the Santorini Princesses Spa Hotel and the hotel decorated our room very nicely and they offered us drinks and cake on arrival. The staff were very attentive and amazing, nothing was too much for them. Naya was fantastic and she helped us with the recommendations and what to do. We will definitely recommend this place to all of our friends and we would love to stay here again.

WOW! On our 20-year wedding anniversary and the team at this hotel are incredibly attentive to details and care to ensure the experience is perfect. When we got to our room, it was romantically decorated with Flower petals in shape of a heart and once they learned more about us, they upgraded us to an incredible honeymoon suite with heart-shaped towels and balloons, a private spa overlooking the ocean with an incredibly beautiful sunset. WOW are the only words! Beyond the attention to detail, the amenities are incredible, the restaurant is divine (both breakfast and dinner), and location is incredible ... in the heart of Santorini and an easy walk in either direction to Fira or Oia. The hotel also offers lifts to and from places and communicates personally via WhatsApp in real time. Again ... WOW WOW WOW!!!!

We'd selected this hotel for our stay on Santorini based on its location and excellent reviews. We were not in any way disappointed, in fact our stay was better than expected. From when were picked up at the airport until we were dropped off again at the airport we really enjoyed our stay. What really made it was all the staff were superb and worked hard to exceed your expectations with no request seemingly too difficult while being friendly. Highly recommended.

5 ++++ - Very nice hotel, breathtaking view, great service, attention to details. Rooms are very nice. Staff is very friendly. From arrival to departure, you are pampered. Paraskevi in particular made our stay memorable. She is a good advice too on what to do around the Island. She is a keeper.

A lovely small hotel with the most amazing staff and views. The hotels location is between Fira and Oia - you can walk to both along the trail (take some trainers). The rooms and the hotel are immaculately clean The food is great, as are the cocktails! The hotels transfer services is seamless and good value. We wish we had stayed longer and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I would highly recommend the Santorini Princess Hotel when planning a trip to Santorini. The entire staff is very welcoming, kind, and genuine. The room was very spacious and the view is hard to beat. We had a nice patio with the jacuzzi to enjoy. The room was very spacious with a separate sitting area. The breakfast buffet was really good and filling. There were a ton of options, including an omelet station. Hiking is amazing going to Fira or Oia. I highly recommend doing both. We also enjoyed this resort because it was away from the high traffic areas. You can relax and have privacy here. The resort has a shuttle that can take you anywhere on the island at anytime, if needed. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Fantastic 5 star hotel! The moment we parked our rental car a bell hop came and greeted us with a warm smile and helpful attitude who escorted us to the front desk where we were seated with the most heart warming greeting from the staff and the owner. Absolutely stunning room with the most spectacular sunset views on the whole island. The pool, restaurant and staff were top notch! So helpful and friendly. WiFi is unbelievable fast and I suggest you have what’s app so you can contact the hotel for anything you may need. The room was so comfortable and the bed was perfect, every room has its own balcony with comfortable chairs and a couch and lounge chairs are everywhere around the property. First day they send a spectacular cake and a champagne to room once you arrive and last day they gave a beautiful souvenir; first class touches that will overwhelm you making you feel so special for choosing to stay here. The breakfast buffet was absolutely the best I’ve had in over 40 different countries we’ve visited, the omelet chef and pancakes were unbelievable delicious along with everything else they served on the buffet, fresh fruits, sweets, breads, cereals, hot bacon and Portuguese sausage was incredible! I wish we could of hanged out more at the hotel but we’re only on Santorini for 3 days and this hotel was an amazing choice that I highly recommend to anyone searching all the choices on this island. Beautiful hotel with all the 1st class amenities, I work in 5 star hotel in Vegas and I can definitely vouch for this property. Thank you Princess and all the staff for making this a truly special vacation on Santorini.

This resort has some of the best service I have ever encountered. Stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was very spacious and secluded away from the rest of the rooms. It had its own private hot tub that overlooked the caldera with THE most fantastic view. There is a walking path that is right in front of your hot tub/patio where there are numerous people walking by at any time. Pool is nice but there is hardly any space for lounging. If I ever go back, I will stay in Oia.

My wife and I spent four nights at the Santorini Princess in September. I cannot rave enough about how well we were cared for. Huge shoutout to Naya, the restaurant staff and the front desk. The entire staff not only anticipated what we wanted but were quick to ensure all of our needs were met, from facilitating a rental car delivery to accommodating an after-hours restaurant pickup. The location is nothing less than magnificent and perfectly situated for exploring the island on foot or by car. In all our travels it may have been the best hotel decision we have made.
