Stayed here in August for a couple of nights. It is a great hotel especially for its value and we really enjoyed it. The staff and service is really good and it is very convenient and a big perk in my opinion that the beach is right in front of the hotel, and more specifically you know you're almost guaranteed a spot because the chairs are reserved for clients. While it can be quite a drive to the other side of the island (Oia), not having to drive during the day especially if you're looking to hang out by Black Beach is a huge plus. The rooms were also quite spacious and very clean.

The hotel was lovely, staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and efficient. The cleaners were excellent - one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. Shower was nice and powerful Breakfast was very nice and something slightly different every day - pizza's at the pool bar were excellent too. We had a lovely trip the only downside was that all three of the pools were freezing - they could of at least heated the hot tub it was more like ice bath!!! The Island is same prices as here for drinks but the shops were a lot more expensive - get your room booze in duty free!!

Great choice for a peace and quiet break.
Clean and spacious room. Lovely hotel surroundings. Nice swimming pools and only a 30 seconds walk to the black stones beach. The water is so clear. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet service. Freshly prepared breakfast to cater for all.

There are many very good aspects to this hotel : The setting around the pool area. The private beach just across the road. The staff were all lovely and worked tirelessly to keep the whole place spotless and working efficiently. The location is good - not too busy but plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. A 5 minute walk gets you to Perivolos Beach bus stop, where there are regular and cheap buses to Fira (they first go on to Perissa, before setting off to Fira). The room we were given was okay but not great. It faced the road behind the hotel where trucks/buses/taxis would often stop leaving their engines running. Some very noisy motorbikes during the night as well...it might be worth choosing a room upgrade to avoid this. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice but the fresh fruit was surprisingly mediocre and the orange juice was awful - reconstituted powder from a machine. We opted to bring our own cartons bought from the nearby mini-market.

Arrived for 10 night stay & we were blown away by how beautiful this hotel is as soon as we stepped into reception. Checkin was easy with an information sheet given, then we were shown to our room which was 335. The room was so clean with a beautiful view of the pools and sea. Very comfy bed, sofa & a fantastic shower. We did ask reception for a kettle which was provided so we could have coffee on the balcony. Breakfast had so much choice and with beautiful pastries & croissants. We organized a trip via the Hotel to Oia. Definitely recommend this as it was so easy with a lovely driver. Easy to get the public bus to Fira from bus stop near by. We had lunch from the pool bar & can definitely recommend the chicken club sandwich which was large so great to share for lunch & were very popular. Loads of choice of tavernas at back of hotel along beach & a mini market about a 3 minute walk away. The staff here work so hard & are a credit to the hotel! Whilst you don’t see the sunset, you can see the most beautiful sunrises from the beach just across the road from the hotel. I went to the beach nearly every morning to watch the sunrise and it was stunning. We were grateful for a late check out as we weren’t being picked up until 9pm for our return flight. We will definitely be back and 100% recommend this hotel. It is perfect and made it the most memorable holiday.

Where to start with this review... What a lovely resort with exceptional staff. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful second floor room with pool and seaview. Upon arriving at 930pm we were greeted with a very friendly welcome and helped to our room. We ate at the pool bar serving food until 1030pm after arriving as we didn't want to search for alternative food at that point. There is a greek night and music night. The Greek night was excellent and if you are prepared to dance and get involved you'll love it and with the bar staff working their socks off to make sure the drinks flow you can't go wrong for a night. We found the prices good but it all depends on the prices you expect to pay when on holiday. There are a good number of restaurants/ bars/ pool venues within 2min walk to suit all tastes. The whole resort was spotlessly clean and our room was serviced everyday even the morning after our arrival. Breakfast is very good it can get busy but you will be able to find the best time for you there is always an adequate amount of tables and the food doesn't run out although there may be squabbles over teapots 😂 Option to buy half board per day is a good offer of €25pppn although with menus printed in reception each day. First week September we found no issues with beds as we were up at 8 for breakfast. There are obviously though who reserved all day but they were the minority. You may find it difficult to get a bed of where you want around 1030 but there are plenty of good quality beds on the beach and you can order food and drink there too. Pool/ beach towel change every 2 days is a really big bonus. The hotel helped arrange travel to Fira and Oia (highly recommend but check travel times in September to ensure you get there in time for sunset) and very reasonable prices and with really good transport services. The walk along from Perivilos to Perissa is very nice but would recommend it on a day with a breeze. The only disappointment is we couldn't get a 10day break because of flight availability as we would have stayed longer. Excellent resort with excellent. Highly recommend.

It is a very good hotel! Very clean with very accommodating staff: from carrying bags to booking trips everybody was very helpful. The grounds are impeccable. The rooms are very clean - fresh towels every day. Sometimes we were happy to keep the towels but they changed them anyway. The staff asks guests not to reserve sunbeds next to the pool. But it’s the guests’ fault. So yes, all sunbeds in August were reserved by 8.30am. But the free beach loungers were always available. We never got the loungers next to the pool before 5pm. Breakfast is very good, especially watermelon. There was a choice for meat eaters and vegetarians. We had a lovely week! The tourist train to Perissa-Vlykhada stops right opposite the gate and public bus to Fira in front of the hotel. Trips were good and easy to book. Thank you! We had a lovely time!

We booked our holiday through TUI in the U.K. upon arrival one of the porters took our bags to our room, the receptionist explained some information to us about the hotel & told us if we needed anything to pop & see them. Our room was very clean & no issues with it whatsoever. There is a fridge with space for bottles of water/pop & a very small freezer section for some ice. The shower is very powerful & has a handheld shower & waterfall shower head above. Air conditioning great, again no issues there. The cleaners are in every day, and the room is always left immaculate and haven’t had any issues with our personal belongings. Plenty of storage space in the wardrobes & drawers for 2 people (11 night stay). Breakfast runs 8-10am each morning, plenty of choice each day and enough to get you started for the day. There is a hot section with bacon, eggs, beans, tomato’s, omelette & more. Cereal selection, yoghurt, fruit, meats, cheeses, dried fruits, porridge etc. There are also croissants, breads, bagels & cakes. Along with various jams/spreads & a coffee machine. No issues whatsoever with breakfast & we have got seated each day without any problems. Pool area - pool area is kept lovely and clean every day by the hotel staff. You do have to get down there to pop towels on the sunbeds as there are not tonnes of sunbeds, this doesn’t bother us as we are awake generally between 7-8am each day anyway so we just Bob towels out on our way to breakfast and haven’t encountered any issues with the sunbeds. There is also direct access to the beach where hotel guests have exclusive access to sunbeds/parasols on the beach too. Local area - so the hotel is in Perivolos, plenty of restaurants & bars to choose from. Then the hotel is around a 20-30 min walk to Perissa dependent on how fast you walk, again tonnes of choice of restaurants & bars. We have eaten somewhere different every single evening to try out the local eateries. We haven’t had a single bad meal and have always been happy with the service & meals provided. A beer is around 5 euros, a meal per person ranges from around 13 euros to roughly 25 euros dependent on what you choose to eat. We hired a quad whilst here from MARKS BIKES, great service & again no issues at all and we explored the island at our own leisure, I would advise checking the cruise schedule to see how many cruise ships/passengers will be in Oia/Fira each day, as you need to visit them on a quieter day otherwise you will not be able to walk around as it will be like a cattle market/sardines in a tin. We visited on a day where there were only 1,000 passengers on a cruise ship and we saw everything and had no problems at all. I honestly cannot fault this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return again in the future. For reference we are a couple in our late twenties & love to travel & try new places, Book this hotel, you won’t be disappointed 😀

This hotel is one of the most laid back and spotlessly clean hotels we've ever been to! The pools were beautiful and sparkling clean. Plenty of loungers between the pool and the beach, but still nicely spread out so it never felt crowded. Breakfast was stunning- loads of choice and always fresh! Our room was perfect for us - I had emailed Demitrios in guest services before going to request a ground floor room as my wife has limited mobility and he ensured that our room had no steps whatsoever to get to it and was also close to the pool which also helped my wife. The hotel also arranged for us to hire a wheelchair which was essential for us to be able to explore the resort. The only way, in our opinion, this hotel could improve would be to make some rooms fully accessible by adding grab rails in the bathroom and removing the small ledge to step over into the shower. We managed fine, but a full time wheelchair user would not have managed the shower in particular. We enjoyed every minute of our stay - huge thanks to the hotel team!

Santorini is somewhereI had always wanted to go so we booked for my birthday and booked a junior suit as a treat. We checked in and and our luggage was taken to our room which was above reception. As soon as I walked in the room I knew it wasn’t the right room I asked the porter and he said to see reception. As the day of travel was my birthday due to tui changing our flight by 3 days we just got changed and went out for a meal. The room (314) was more of a double with a shared balcony with 6 other rooms so no privacy at all.I did go to reception 2 times to question it she said but you have a sea view. I know I should of seen the rep about it but I just didn’t as I didn’t need the stress. The best part of the holiday was the bar and restaurant staff who work very hard and were all very friendly and helpful. The food was also very good you’ll not go hungry and the cocktails are amazing. The resort is pretty quiet compared to perissa which has loads of places to eat The restaurants outside the hotel are all very good we never had a bad meal. Would I go back to this hotel probably not

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of June beg of July. I have to say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We arrived to be met by Edmond who kindly took our cases to our room. This was overlooking to the main pool and was lovely. I had emailed prior requesting a kettle if possible and this was there with cups waiting for us. Everyone at the hotel, from reception to waiting staff, to cleaners were lovely and all work so hard. I have seen a few reviews prior to us arriving and since we have been back regarding the breakfast area being small and the breakfast not being - well not sure what really. We found no issues in the breakfast area being small, and as for what was on offer, it catered for everyone and the choice of what was on offer was great.... never have I had donuts and rice pudding for breakfast :-) it was lovely. I did say to myself after the first couple of days - no more pastries.....however they were too good not to eat. In my opinion if someone could not find something to eat at breakfast then they had a serious problem. The pools were lovely, we are beach people so having the private beach was great, and the lady that looked after it and bought us drinks and food was lovely. I did watch from our balcony the people putting towels down, the earliest was just after 6.... this unfortunately happens everywhere, if people put towels down that early and sit on them or have breakfast and then sit on them, fine, but to put down and not return is not respectful to the other guests, a few times we did see towels being removed as they had been down for hours with no signs of anyone. The hotel can arrange various trips, we chose the boat trip to the volcano and for the sunset. It was great, the pick up from the hotel was in a lovely air conditioned bus, the whole trip for the price was excellent. We did go to Oia, however we got a taxi so that we wouldn;t get caught up in the crowds. The reception arranged the taxi which was on time. There is a bus stop right outside which we used a couple of times to visit Emporio and Prygos which are both a must see. All I can say is that for us, this hotel and staff were the best and we were very sad to leave We will definitely be returning :-)
