My husband and I visited Rock House for the first time after seeing it being built a few years ago. We stayed in a Pool View Studio for 4 nights. While our room was super convenient to the pool and restaurant, we were right on the end next to the restaurant so it was loud. We arrived on a Saturday evening and while we were late due to travel delays, no upgrades were available but at least our room was ready. Check in was quick and to the point while the person helping us answered phone calls and told us where to sign. We were given a welcome glass of champagne. We were celebrating my 40th birthday a little late and there was a nice welcome letter from the GM as well as a tote bag and small cake which was very nice. We had been traveling all day so decided to have a bite at the Cave Bar. It was busy but we were quickly seated. Faith tried her best but the service was very slow and not a great impression on our first night. I find it important to note that there is only one restaurant that services the bar, dinner, breakfast and in room dining. During our stay we ate at Vita twice for dinner and also had our breakfast there each day. Breakfast is included in your stay which is nice. We did venture out to another property one night for a sunset cruise and dinner. That was a $25 taxi ride each way and Rock House is situated a little far out of the regular tourist spots so if you are venturing away from the property, plan to bring lots of cash for taxi rides. Overall, the property and stay were nice with nice appointments but the value just wasn't really there for me. The bathtub drain didn't work properly but with the slow service, it seemed pointless to call about. The restaurant was average but close to $300 each night for dinner for two seems a little high (two drinks, app and two entrees). Our bill our first night at Cave Bar for an app, pizza, two beers and a soda was over $100. It probably would have cost us as much in taxi rides to find other restaurants to eat at. We ate at BLT Steak at the Ritz Carlton for just a little more and had steaks, sides, desserts and drinks. The boutique is also very highly priced. While the atmosphere is beautiful, if you like to venture off the resort, I would probably suggest finding something a little more centrally located but if you are looking to stay on resort and not venture far, prepare accordingly. Overall, our stay was good. The pool staff did a great job making sure everyone had a place to sit, umbrellas were up and towels were stocked. They handed out menus each day and were attentive in asking if anyone needed anything. It was just the service of the food/drinks that seemed to take a while.

From arrival to departure, the Rock House provided an elite stay. We stayed in an Ocean Front One Bedroom which was plenty of room for our the two of us for our six-night stay. The private pool was perfect for relaxing in the early morning or late evening. The living area and kitchen were great to give some extra space and the option of stocking the refrigerator. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a separate standup shower next to the soaking tub with a dual vanity and separate space for the actual toilet. The resort itself was incredible. The massive common area pool for the intimate resort was the highlight. The service staff was incredibly attentive. The restaurant and the bar were equally impressive and there is also a nice little boutique shop that offered some helpful items and some nicer island attire. The beach offered plenty of watersport activities and stunning views all day long. Great snorkeling around the resort and the service at the beach was very convenient. Can't recommend this resort enough for a wonderful couples retreat.

This place rocks, like the name implies. If you are looking for first class service and accomadations in a secluded location with stunning views, this is your location. This was our first time and we will be back. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt pampered and special, a tribute to the staff, specifically Robert and Ty. We were in a one bedroom with a view, stunning and well decorated with a view of the ocean. Rooms were top shelf with lots of ammenties provided such as sandals! Beds were very comfortable and loved the ceiling fan and huge tv! The onesite resturaunt, Vita, was amazing. The free breakfast is a real thing and we did learn you can order a la carte as well. As an example, I had eggs and pancakes with a side of bacon. Staff is very accomadating and friendly. The pool is amazing and overlooks the ocean as presented in the picture. The Cave Bar is very well done and has a variey of sitting areas, hightly recommended the pizza, one of the better values on the menu and what you don not eat, you can take back to your room. We did the beach for a day and it was well equipped and very clean. Staff was great and attentive to bring us food and drink. We also did the Love Buggy and a 4 hour catamaran cruise both of which were offisite but amazing. An item to be aware of is the cost of taxis, all cash and make sure you negotiate fare before leaving. We had the same driver, Dovano, who was great and timely. For us this was a bucket list to Turks and Caicos and we will return but it will take some saving to do so. Outstanding trip in a an awesome resort.

From the moment we arrived at Rockhouse Turks and Caicos, we were greeted with warmth, hospitality, and a level of service that exceeded all expectations. The staff made our stay truly unforgettable—Fabienne, Junior, Lucen, Nicala, Jonas, and so many more (our apologies for forgetting the name of our absolute favorite staffer up front—you know who you are!), went above and beyond to ensure our time at Rockhouse was perfect. And then there was Almando, who didn’t just enhance our trip—he made it extraordinary. He introduced us to the best restaurants and experiences, and more importantly, welcomed us into his family. The resort itself was immaculate. Our room was kept spotless, as was the entire property, thanks to the incredible attention to detail by the staff. The views? Absolutely breathtaking. Every sunrise and sunset felt like a dream, with the beauty of the turquoise waters stretching endlessly before us. And let’s talk about the private heated pool—a total game changer! It elevated our experience to the next level, making relaxation effortless and luxurious. Whether lounging poolside or exploring the island, every moment at Rockhouse was sheer bliss. Food lovers, take note: the dining experiences both on and off the resort were spectacular. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. From breakfast to dinner, every bite was a treat. Now, if you’re like me and don’t believe in "perfect" reviews, here’s my only critique (and it’s a minor one): I wish the patios had an option to be fully covered for when it rains, so we could still sit outside and enjoy the views and ocean breeze. But honestly, if that’s my only "complaint," you know this place is something special! Before we even checked out, we were already looking at dates to return—that’s how much we loved it. Rockhouse Turks and Caicos is pure paradise, and we can’t wait to be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rock House a hotel rock star
We have travelled all over the world and had some great hotel experiences — Rock House was the best! Beautiful room in a spectacular setting, excellent facilities and services and an amazingly helpful and cheerful staff — especially Emmanuel, Nicala, Daphne and Jhema. Couldn’t recommend Rock House strongly enough!
The Rock House Truly Rocks!!

Rock House is a shining gem along the beautiful turquoise coastline. We just got back and can't stop talking about the amazing views, people, food, drinks, and activities. This place is a little slice of heaven chiseled into the limestone cliffside and there's not a bad view to be found. Breakfast at Vita was outstanding, they are happy to make just about anything - not to mention this is included for most guests - and can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the water. We also enjoyed dinner here one night and it was delicious. Cave bar was another favorite for a drink during the day or lunch, the pizzas are wood-fired and a popular option. This resort has thought of everything—prearrival communication for pickup, champagne and golf cart tour upon arrival, welcome tote, top-of-the-line coffee makers in the rooms, high-end shampoo/soaps, robes, reef-safe sunscreen, live music by the pool, amazing service beach and poolside, private ride back to the airport, you name it! Service: When reading reviews before we left for our trip I was a little worried about customer service/the wait staff, but honestly, they could not have been any nicer or accommodating. I mean, sure, you're on an island and no one is in a hurry or trying to upsell you on the next round ("Turks Time" is common at all restaurants throughout the island).. but isn't that the best part? It's vacation, slow down, enjoy the view, be nice to the service staff, and save the chaos for later. Beach: As for the beach, sure it's smaller at the hotel but the water is shallow and crystal clear. We were able to actually walk along the coast to a nearby beach and do a little exploring. If you want the big beach experience, grab a taxi to Grace Beach and you can spend some time at the sister resort, Grace Bay Club. The beach is nice and deep and the water is beautiful - although I will say we were ready to ditch the crowds and head back after a few hours. Getting around: I was so torn on wether or not we should rent a car when planning our trip. I knew the property was 10-15 minutes away from some of the activities we had planned, but was also hesitant to test out driving on the left side of the road haha. I can confidently say that we made the right choice to go with taxis. The driving gets pretty crazy and locals aren't too fond of the tourists trying to maneuver around the roundabouts (there aren't any stop lights on the whole island). Not to mention that it's vacation and we were we enjoying some drinks. We explored a lot and spent less than $250 on taxis (which was less than a rental car for our 5 days). My advice here is to find a driver you like and get their card, then give them a 20-minute heads up and they will pick you up. I hope all of this helps in making your vacation plans! I could go on and on about how awesome the Rock House is, but go see for yourself : )
