Lovely, spacious room, gracious staff and excellent restaurant and bar. I especially loved how quiet and peaceful our room was. The gazpacho at the pool restaurant was another highlight. Thank you for a relaxing few days at your beautiful hotel.

We had an amazing stay and unfortunately it was only for two nights. Concierges were amazing before and during the stay. Upon check in. We were upgraded to a suite with a pool. Room was extremely comfortable and best shower. Carmen at the bar was so fun to be with. One night we were only ones in bar, and he still played until we left. He is so much fun and a nice way to end the evening. We didn’t have a car and the hotel was able to shuttle us to dinner and to go to Borgo Egnazia . We had lunch there and then a tour of the property. It is impressive but felt lost the personal touches and authenticity that Rocco Forte offers. If I had young children though. this might be better option as they have an extensive kids program. Had the olive oil experience at the spa. It was amazing and felt pricing was fair for a resort. The massage was just as good as what I get at home. Book in advance as spa only has two rooms. Breakfast was extensive and everything you want. Ate one night at restaurant and unfortunately we were still too full from lunch. The kitchen happily made us minestrone soup that was delicious and perfect. I also liked how the resort adds a discretionary 5 percent tip off of room rate at end of stay. I loved this as you didn’t have to worry about tipping staff and felt that everyone got equally taken care of. Would love to go back!!!

Each room has its own charm, sometimes with a pool or a garden. The view of the countryside and the sea is unique. The family atmosphere makes this place a very special experience. The hotel has a fantastic pool with an outdoor restaurant. The hotel director Franco Girasoli and his entire team make you feel like you are part of the Roccoforte family. We loved the property. Absolutely fantastic- wonderful pool, outdoor gym, gorgeous room. But the main attraction that sets this hotel apart from the rest is the piano mam Carmelo. The entertainment at this hotel is fabulous. We thought Carmello was magical. We loved the breakfast. Our only concern was the dinners were not that interesting. But over all the place is sublime. The best of the best! From the minute we arrived till the moment we left our stay was nothing short of perfection! The managers, staff, food in the restaurants, and service was far and above. This property is truly a hidden gem and one I would highly recommend in Puglia.

We spent part of our honeymoon at Torre Maizza and had a really wonderful and spoiling time. It's a quiet, small, beautifully decorated country hotel with incredible food, a wonderful pool and above all brilliant, attentive and friendly staff. We had never experienced service like it. Seeing hoopoes hopping about on the golf course outside our room every morning was one of many little highlights. We were lucky enough to be there for one of their 'jam festivals', a celebration of local foods. Not to be missed. Thank you Torre Maizza for an unforgettable holiday!

Just spent 3 nights at MTM and it was wonderful. The room was beautiful with Enzo Fasano pottery, food was fantastic, atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful, hotel staff was incredibly attentive with top notch recommendations for food and activities, 9 hole golf course was a perfect distraction for my husband, and the list goes on. Beautiful small hotel in the countryside. The interior designer and architect did an incredible job by creating the impression to be in a simple and stylish countryside mansion but maintaining a 5 star quality at all times. We stayed for 7 days in the Grand Suite with Plunge Pool which is beautiful and must have been recently renovated as everything looked impeccable. However, what makes this place absolutely outstanding is the staff. Everyone at the reception is incredibly friendly. They manage to create the impression that you are staying with friends of friends. The heart and soul of the team is Pasquale, the head concierge, who did an outstanding job. Do follow his and Fortunnato’s ( also really knowledgeable and lovely) recommendations! They know what they are doing. They are from the region and their recommendations were always great! I need to mention Gusseppina ( Gusy) who is working in the restaurant. Such a sweet and lovely person who provides outstanding service. I would highly recommend to rent a car. Besides the beautiful sights all around which you should visit, it is very nice to leave the hotel for lunch and dinner. Don‘t misunderstand me, the restaurant is great. But you can get a more authentic, simple and way better priced alternative, if you are looking for a true Italian experience.

We had the most incredible experience at Torre Maizza. The property is just stunning with beautiful landscaping and 100s of years old olive trees adorning the expansive, immaculately maintained grounds. The golf course amongst the most beautiful we’ve seen. The rooms are large and vibrant. The food is fantastic, particularly the extensive breakfast buffet. But what stood out the most and made this such a special and unforgettable holiday for us was the outstanding service. The staff is the warmest and most welcoming of any hotel we have stayed at with an exceptional manager and concierge that created the perfect itinerary and arrangements for us to enjoy Puglia. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness throughout our trip was amazing! A huge thanks to our manager Pasquale : your passion and love for your guests is unrivaled. Thank you for all your help and assistance in making this holiday perfect and for creating the best itinerary for us. Special mention to Forunato for his excellent recommendations, and thank you to Giovanni from the front desk, Sante’ at the pool, and Danillo from the restaurant. When you travel a lot you realize how rare true hospitality is and these 3 were such wonderful examples of it. The grounds are stunning, rooms large and comfortable, and the nightly live music was a treat. We hope to be back! Grazie!

Classy, understated luxurious hotel. The views are pleasant (golf course, rural orchards and distant sea views) but nothing special, but the service and the whole vibe of the place is delightful. It really takes special effort to get everything running so seamless smoothly in this searing heat. The pool, especially, was an oasis. Even the gym was lovely. We were a little hesitant at an outdoor gym in this heat, but it was fine, well equipped and had everything one might need. Helpful directions on visiting sites in the area. Beach Club had a whole different vibe (more buzz, less chill), but it was clearly popular. Great food in both the restaurant, the pool bar and the beach club. Really a lovely place to stay.

We visited Masseria Torre Maizza for an aperitif and dinner. The location is gorgeous, a gem surrounded by beautiful olive trees. We enjoyed a glass of wine and bubbles by the pool and we were delighted from the live piano music and small appetisers which were delicious. Dinner was served at the restaurant in the garden where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the olive trees. Everything was perfect, from the attentive service to the tremendous food (do not miss the seabass!) We cannot wait to be back again! Highly recommended!

We have been staying at Masseria Torre Maizza in the meanwhile 6 or 7 times, so obviously we love this place. The entire staff always goes the extra mile for us and is just extremely friendly and you can tell it is Italian hospitality coming from the heart. I especially want to mention Paola, Furtunato, Pasquale, Atonio, Nicodemo and Marianna who make us feel right at home in Puglia and remember all our preferences without us having to say one word anymore. Last but not least, I also need to give a shout out to Carmelo, the singer and entertainer of the Masseria. His energy is infectious, we love his humour and that he makes everyone feel special and part of his show. We always prefer a more intimate hotel with personalized service and in addition we really like the style of the Masseria and interior design of the rooms. Congrats to Franco Girasoli (GM) and the entire team for making this such a special place. Can't wait to be back.

We are a well traveled couple who enjoy understated luxury, highly curated experiences and fun. This hotel not only surpassed our expectations but blew us away. From the moment we arrived Fortunado and Paola (concierge) along side their incredible GM Franco were tremendous. Fortunado and Paola booked us last minute tours, a beautiful boat, booked the best restaurants (Silve and Maria’s food is an experience not to be missed!), the list goes on. All of the staff are so accommodating and upbeat- drivers, house keeping, bartenders, chef, pool guys, golf pro, concierge, etc etc etc. The grounds are stunning- not in an overdone way- but in an authentic way that invites you to fall in love with Puglia. The beach club is great- staff excellent, food fantastic, entertainment fun! Our suite with a private pool (corner to golf pro shop) was well appointed both inside and out. The little edible delights that we were gifted daily were beyond amazing. The focaccia is to die for- and became part of our breakfast routine. The taralli also some of the best we had! There is a wonderful sunset view from the pool. Dreamy! The main pool is absolutely gorgeous- for swimming, drinking and/ or eating! The golf pro was super accommodating and left us a set of clubs so we could play at dusk. What a fun course! Every night ended with our “cousin” Carmelo and the other fun guests with whom we sang, danced and laughed the night away. The late night bartenders were the best! All this being said, none of this would be possible without Franco who is the best GM we have ever met. He goes beyond expectation and holds his staff to the highest level. He makes what would be wonderful, exceptional. Everyone there found a way to yes as far as making this a phenomenal stay. Highly recommend and we will be coming back!
