Nice service, amiable and caring staff, distinctive interior and exterior design, tasty food. An unforgettable experience. The panoramic riverside view of the hotel surrounding was instagrammable. Willing to visit again in the near future.

Hotel is located close to the old town and on the riverfront Quality service and great breakfast The adults only pool is great but unfortunately the weather was not warm enough to swim Would definitely stay in this hotel again if we return to Hoi An

Excellent Customer service with our mate Tung. Breadfast wonderful. Room very good. Pool area very relaxing. Location extremely close to all restaurants and Hoi An old town. Tranquil garden setting. View from our room is magical. Best place to stay in Hoi An.

Beautiful Rivertown Resort! Still my favourite hotel not just in Vietnam but possibly the world. We last stayed just before covid and its taken this long to get back but so worth the wait - its lovelier than ever. We stayed in a room overlooking the river with an enormous balcony. It was absolutely fascinating watching the world go by, the various boats with the wise eyes, the clouds of white birds flying out to the paddy fields in the morning and returning in the evening. The clanky metal bridge did not bother us at all it becomes almost silent over night. Rivertown is set just out of the hectic old town on the end of the little island but its a very easy short walk into the town or the night markets and I highly recommend exploring the back streets and alley ways around the hotel. The hotel itself is set in huge gorgeous gardens with an absolutely stunning enormous pool. And there are plenty of lounges to go around! Loved the spa and the 2 treatments we had there, breakfast outstanding, changed daily and the best we had in Vietnam. We took bikes a couple of days and they were great. Finally, and I think Rivertown is famous for this, the staff are just so friendly, genuine and amazing. Its abit like going to stay at an elegant Vietnamese friend's wonderful house. Special mention to lovely Miss Tram who welcomed us, provided great tips on where to go and what to do and answered my thorny horticultural question in minutes. Nothing is too much trouble. Also young Duong who so quietly and efficiently every afternoon made sure people at the pool were taken care at for happy hour and with a beautiful smile! Thank you Sir. And finally Huong and her team who made sure our rooms were always made up beautifully with clean sheets and towels EVERY day and made it a pleasure to come back home - even when we left our do not disturb sign on accidentally they came in late unasked and fixed everything up. This is such an exceptional hotel with so much charm, beauty and character. Cannot wait till we can go back and cannot recommend highly enough. Perfection.

I recommend getting the buffet breakfast as it was quite nice, a good bang for your buck.

The service and front desk reception was super helpful in providing recommendations and amenities. Very clean room with a nice bathroom as well as breakfast buffet included with great selection and a pho bar. The spa was great and we did a 60 min massage which was very relaxing

The staff - from the receptionist to the restaurant/pool waiters were very courteous and helpful at all times. The breakfast spread was really the pick of all - so many options and all really tasty. The hotel is at the corner of the island, which is less than a km from old town, but we didn’t feel the distance even when coming back to the hotel at 12 midnight.

Great location and rooms. All staff very helpful and eager to please. The spa also had great service. The resort has 2 big pools and lovely gardens. Highly recommended as only a short walk to the old town and restaurants. The front rooms are quiet and have great views.

Nice location, fantastic staff. Started the experience with the Driver, excellent ride to the hotel. The bellboy was so pleasant as were the reception staff. They would bend over to help. Hotel rooms are spacious and well equipped. Nothing to complain about. I’d recommend the hotel for couples and families.
