Complimentary house cocktail hour is unparalleled..and then the porch with unobstructed river views puts it over the top. Great service and a friendly smile make Brad the bartender the man of the hour. ( HIS St. Patrick's day garb was a testament to his bon homme)

Hotel is conveniently located along the river with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants. The architecture of the hotel has a lot of character with beautiful woodwork. The staff are exceedingly helpful, energetic, and confident. They happy our staff are especially customer service oriented.

Stayed at River Street Inn, and Brad provided the best service for our happy hour event. Attentive and very personable making us feel very welcomed. We stayed for a 4 day weekend and enjoyed each evening at the happy hour event and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah.

Although you have to pay for Valet parking - Brice and Nick our valet attendants were great - sharing recommendations to visit and of course did a good job with our car and belongings. This place!!!! We loved everything about it!! The staff were friendly and welcoming! The Valet attendants were also very kind (shoutout to Bryce!). This hotel is an experience all its own…Rich in history, well appointed amenities in our room, and the riverside view from our room thrilled my husband! We loved watching the large cargo ships come and go! This hotel boasts of its gorgeous wooden staircases, original wood flooring from the 1800’s, and exposed brick and stone walls, and boast they should!!! Breath-taking!! The riverside district was another amazing experience! So many shops, restaurants, and bars! Even had the pleasure of stumbling across a saxophone player, and a solo vocalist who ROCKED it using the acoustics of the tunnel to his benefit! If visiting Savannah, you MUST enjoy a stay at the River Street Inn!!

Nice hotel. A bit noisy. Gave me 2 breakfast vouchers for my birthday which was very nice! Balcony can only really fit 1 person, definitely not worth the extra money. Valet service they had was very good and quick with the turnaround. Hotel staff was very friendly.

The hotel is clean with a great location. Check in and out was a breeze with friendly staff. Brice valet gets 5 stars from us thanks thamks to him we found great directions and suggestions for good food. Looking forward to coming back again. Thanks for a fun visit

We stopped in the middle of a long road trip - what a fantastic unexpected bit of wonderfulness! The staff is beyond compare from valet to front desk, happy hour, and housekeeping. They’re all respectful, kind, friendly (but not over the top) and super helpful. I’ve been to Savannah many times before but this was the best time I’ve ever had, in large part due to this special place. We so enjoyed our beautiful, historical room overlooking the river and paddle boats, easy short walk to a fantastic dinner nearby, and proximity to the river walk! Book this stay!!

The room was large and pleasant with a balcony overlooking the river, making our first visit to Savannah comfortable and entertaining as we watched huge container ships and small private watercraft pass by. Can't wait to come back.
