My wife and I stayed at Hotel Three Sixty for 6 nights as part of a 10 day trip to CR for our honeymoon. We flew into SJO, and the drive to Hotel Three Sixty took around 5 hours. We notified Hotel Three Sixty of our anticipated arrival time, & they placed a pre-order for us for dinner since we were arriving late in the evening.
Once we arrived, we were greeted by Javier on the golf cart. He loaded up our bags and took us to the lobby where Alexa welcomed us with non-alcoholic welcome drinks. She showed us to our room where our bags were waiting for us. Our dinner arrived to our room just a few minutes later.
The next few days is where the most outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly staff made our experience so memorable. The staff anticipated our needs and provided a unique and personalized stay. It would be challenging for me to include all of the times we were blown away by their attention to detail.
We stayed in a partial ocean view king suite. The room was spacious, and the floor to ceiling windows and large outdoor area gave us the opportunity to watch the sunrise with the monkeys (and Mr. Roberto) jumping in the trees just beyond our balcony.
Our favorite meal of the day was breakfast. From the good quality coffee to the fresh fruit/smoothies to the fresh baked bread, everything we tried was delicious, and starting our day with 360 degree views of the rain forest and ocean set the tone for the day.
We live in Colorado and considered the roads to the hotel to be comparable to the ones we find here in the mountains - nothing 4 wheel drive can’t handle.
We want to give an extra special thank you to Ignacio, William, Javier, Jefferson and Paula for their local recommendations & knowledge of the property, as well as their humility, patience, and kindness. They made our experience one that we will always remember & cherish.
Pura Vida,
Tim y Maggie

This was the most INCREDIBLE trip -- WOW. My husband and I went to Hotel Three Sixty for our belated honeymoon in February and it was nothing short of spectacular. The drive to and from San Jose was very beautiful and our driver was the best!! The food and drinks were absolutely incredible, the room was so nice, and the views are seriously out of a movie. The entire staff was so friendly. They all felt like true friends by the time we left, and we were only there for four nights. My only regret is I wish we could've stayed LONGER! The excursions we went on (snorkeling at Caño island and a beach morning at Playa Hermosa) were so much fun. We felt really spoiled. I also can't recommend the night hike enough. Our guides were so informative and fun to be around (We're not huge hikers so we went with this hike and it was perfect! Got to see some really cool wildlife.). Our massages were also the best I've ever had -- this place just doesn't miss. Loved everything about it!!! The trip was so relaxing and just what we were looking for. A very romantic destination for couples of all ages and I' m sure would make for a very fun friend trip too. I am not someone that typically likes to repeat my travels but we will DEFINITELY be back!

Hotel Three Sixty was everything we hoped for and more! We loved making coffee in our room every morning and just sitting on the balcony taking it all in. The pool has amazing views and we spent so much time just relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
We also had a great mix of adventure and down time. The couple’s massage was great for unwinding, and the hiking trails on the property were really cool, especially the night tour. We also did a hike in Corcovado National Park where we got see monkeys and other cool animals.
The staff were all so nice, always smiling and making us feel welcome. You can really tell Costa Ricans are some of the friendliest people!
We didn’t want to deal with driving, so having the airport pickup was a huge plus. Everything about this trip was just easy and relaxing. Would 100% come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful views, excellent service!
The villas were beautiful, great views of the jungle from our room. Staff were lovely, very helpful and genuine - they went above & beyond to make our experience memorable! Pool & restaurant were great - you can’t beat the view! Road up to hotel is steep, but worth it.

Great 40th anniversary celebration retreat
Wonderful staff. Very attentive and friendly. Very comfortable room. Good food. Lots of local touring and activities from which to choose. No regrets whatsoever.
We really appreciated the whole experience. The massages were great. The gym is small and limited. But we hiked so much it didn’t matter.
4 Hours and 7 couple in a van is well worth Traveling to stay at Hotel Three Sixty. Amazing place. Highly Reccomended.

"Absolutely Stunning", was my first words entering into this magnificent Resort. From the moment you enter to the moment you leave. Hotel Three Sixty Team will make you feel like royalty. They all call you by your first name, remembered every detail on request, whether it's an extra lime in your drink to Extra crispy on your Toast. Don't worry about trying to get the best room, every villa is as amazing as the next. The incredible views are probably why it's called "Three Sixty". If you want to get away alone or with your closest friends, I highly recommend Hotel Three Sixty.

Wow! That’s the best way to describe this hotel. The staff make a point to call you by name. The rooms are big and luxurious. I loved how the housekeepers would refresh our room when we went to breakfast. The staff must have been communicating with each other behind the scenes. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast dishes. We had a rental car so we didn’t eat at the hotel too much otherwise. When it was sunny, days by the infinity pool were amazing… what a view. Yoga in the rainforest was such a great experience. I would highly recommend adding that to your stay. We loved going into town and exploring the area. Everyone was so nice and it was very safe.

My husband and I finished the tail end of our honeymoon and stayed at hotel three sixty for 5 days and it was wondering, the staff became friends and were extremely attentive! Shout out to William, Jose, Jefferson, Robert, Diana, Javier, Andre’s, and all the others. We got mostly Sunny’s days while we were there and when it rained they busted out some playing cards and we had some cocktails and food by the pool. Everything was perfect! They recommend osa canopy zip lining and it was so much fun as well as some local beaches and spots to eat at. Thank you so much!

Absolutely incredible experience! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and from start to finish, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special—greeting us with personalized notes, arranging romantic dinners, and even offering thoughtful recommendations for local activities. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, and we felt genuinely valued throughout our stay. Jose was our point of contact leading up to the trip, and ensured a seamless transition coming from the states. It's rare to find such a high level of attentiveness and warmth, and it truly made our honeymoon unforgettable. If you're looking for a place where the customer service exceeds every expectation, this is it. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of spending 5 nights of our 10-day Costa Rica trip here. The hitel was less than half full, which really enhanced the experience for us. There is not a lot to do at the actual hotel, but what is there is superb. The pool is large and overlooks the ocean. The restaurant and bar are both very good, though the menu is limited. That being said, they will make whatever you want if they have the ingredients. The gym leaves a little to be desired, and I wish they property had a hot tub. The real treat here is the staff. The three standouts here are Will, Javier and Dyana. The three of them really made this such an enjoyable stay. The location is good, 20-30 minutes to great beaches, 30-45 minutes to multiple waterfalls. There were great restaurants right at the end of the road as well.
