From the cheerfulness of the staff to the amazing food this resort is excellent!! We will happily return and enjoy this relaxing beautiful spot in Cabo!!! The golf was great the spa amazing and all the staff we kind and caring and happy to help with all requests!!

We have traveled to many places in the world, but this is now one of our top five we have ever been to! The general manager of food and beverage was incredible! Our butlers, Alan and Isra tended to our every need! We cannot say enough of the beauty, cleanliness, service, exceptional food, just incredible, and beauty everywhere you looked in the landscaping, the ocean, the whales, even the sand was hand stamped every day. A huge thank you to the staff in the restaurant our waiters Oscar and Gabriel, our waitress Florinda, hostess Itzell, Manager Marco thank you! Our pool attendants Martin, Francisco, and everyone at the pool treated us like royalty! Our room was immaculate thanks to Irma! We cannot wait to return in November and forever. We will be back many many more times!!! Every detail was perfection!!! Cannot wait to share this place with our friends and family!!!!

Pacifica is beautiful. The service was exceptional. The hostess, Itzell and the waitresses Ana and Florinda at the Siempre restaurant were so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this resort. So peaceful and the whales were amazing to watch.

Ten days spent in what was a wonderful vacation, beginning with our Butler Itmar who made sure we had an understanding of the resort and could fix any problem we had! Florinda in Siempre dining provided excellent service! Pillar, Anna, Carlos, Gabriel, Oscar, Javier, Alexia, Karina Itzel how super you all were to us! Manuel our fun specialist at the pool, thank you for the fun and the bracelets!! Staff poolside were terrific! I can only give a 4 Star as we really missed entertainment in the evening!!

We love Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. This us our 6th visit. The people are so friendly. Ana at Siempre was our server for breakfast. She was a breath of fresh air. Smiling to welcome us making us feel like family- until next year adios. DenIse & Keith Larson

The hotel has a very chill vibe. It’s a popular wedding venue and many honeymooners but not a wild party atmosphere. You can use the facilities & restaurants at any of the PB properties with the all-inclusive option. The staff at the property is friendly and attentive. All departments….housekeeping, pool servers, restaurants waiter and mangers land the front desk too. We did stay in the towers and a regular suite. Both offer view of the ocean. The towers does come with some VIP bonuses, including butlers to help with anything you need. Alan was very friendly, attentive and filled with helpful suggestions about the property. Amanda the pool/cabanas manger is also a gold star employee. She went out of her way to accommodate our group and shared some personal insights about the property and Cabos. We were also treated to some amazing whale watching. An incredible experience!

The hostess Itzell was wonderful. Very friendly from the opening of the door waitress Florinda was the best waitress we have had here at Pacifica. Personable and efficient and a great team player 5 stars to her and her team! Ana and Oscar included!!

We had our wedding here and it was great. Rene was our server most of the time and he was amazing. Oscar at the bar makes the best drinks. Alan and Isra were our butlers and were amazing. Jesus was our wedding planner and also absolutely amazing.

I booked this resort because of the excellent reviews on trip advisor. It has positives. The location is lovely , right on the beach where you can watch whales. It is spotlessly clean.The staff are all very pleasant and professional and the food is good. However , the noise levels were dreadful. A big corporate party were there for our first 4 days. As they got drunker and drunker they got louder and louder .The whole hotel could hear the dinner speeches which were held by the main pool., followed by the dance music till 11.30. When the event finished on the Tuesday, we thought we might get some peace…..but oh no , a wedding with loud music till 11.30. So if you are happy with noise, it’s a great hotel but be warned! I did speak with the general manager after 2 days, but he was disinterested. I also mentioned it on check out today , but the receptionist was equally disinterested. Will just have to write this one off to experience!

Guy walked in 4 different times and only brought to the people who flagged him down. Chair game is terrible, our room is nice, it’s comfortable. Room service was good, fast and tasty. I don’t know for sure if I would come back again or not. So many other options here in Cabo and Mexico as a whole. We still have a few days left to see if the service wows us. Otherwise La Blonc Los Cabo’s will be out go to Cabo resort.

This resort is one of our favorites - we love to go late January or early February because of whale season. Highlights this year was walking between the resort and Quevera - we saw 10 to 15 whales daily about 50 feet or less from shore. The food was great and highlights were Quevera (not sure if I got the name correct) steakhouse which had an up charge and La Frita at Sunset - also an up charge but both just over the top! Breakfast was OK at the buffet but if you want a real breakfast take the shuttle or walk down to Quevera and order off the menu. CONS: I agree with the others in the checkout system for all inclusive is a pain and there is truly hinting to tip upon that. It is confusing because most all inclusives include tips and you just leave a 5 or 10 for extra special treatment. Plus you have to stick around and wait for the bill. You can’t just grab some chips and salsa anywhere - you have to order off a menu etc. and then check out. The rooms are probably the most plain and worn of any 5 star I’ve been to - though that isn’t a huge value to us. Also the beach does not have umbrellas or palapas so you have to be at the pool if you want any sun protection unless you rent the beds for $40 a day. I will say however the pool chairs are the most comfortable chairs of any place I’ve been to and the quiet jazz music and low key atmosphere is divine. I was nervous about the weather being in the low 70s and a high of 58 but it was perfect and in the evening a light jacket was just fine plus there are fireplaces everywhere. We hope to go back next year for 10 days or more. It is small and quiet and the hikes beyond Quivera - a mile down the beach to the left are stunning. I

This was a wonderful couples vacation. Food is amazing and the location is perfect for golfers. Only place where I had birthday cake for breakfast and at dinner. All the staff are wonderful people. Special shoutout to Alexia the hostess, she is very wonderful lady that made each meal check in special. Our waiters Gabriel and Ana kept special attention to us and had our mimosas waiting every morning for breakfast. We could not have asked for anything more from the staff. The only down side is that this resort is for relaxation, you will not get any upbeat music while you are hanging out by the people. The main reason we stayed here was because it was adults only and super close to the Quivira golf course. Everything from check in, to the comfort stations to the course conditions were spot on. We played on a super windy day, however enjoyed every single minute on the course. We are already planning a trip next year.

Note: you cannot swim in the ocean due to the riptide. But walking on the beach is great exercise and the whale watching is plentiful. Good food at the restaurants on property. I have dietary restrictions, and they gladly accommodate. Free shuttle to the sister properties, so you can use their restaurants as well. Thank you, Pacifica for the magical time!

Stunning elegance with impeccable service! We loved our time at Pacifica! The location is beautiful. The food is delicious at every restaurant- especially the fish tacos and the ceviche. We stayed in the towers with butler service. Dulce and Gabriel were lovely, attentive, and helpful. Everything about this resort is stunning and carefully designed—Rock gardens, pathways surrounded by water and fire, and beautiful desert vegetation. We were entertained watching the hump back whales from every space that faced the ocean. It was truly mesmerizing!

Spent 1 week at the resort and it was a great place to relax and re charge. Food was excellent and staff were always friendly and courteous. Good in all the restaurants was superb and service was excellent. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Best all inclusive I’ve ever been to. Food and drinks were all top notch. Service could not have been better, especially our butlers Itamar & Rodrigo and our pool waiter Gonzalo. Pescados & Quivira Steakhouse were our favorite. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Would have liked a Mexican restaurant r rather than Asian. Staff did well to let us know when things were up charges. We were offered alcoholic drink on arrival. Maybe a light (not to sugary) fruit drink no alcohol and a cracker or bread or something. Just a bite of food and little bit of sugar drink after long flights. The drink we got was wonderful but we really needed to eat before all that rum! Nontimeshare pressure! Thank you!! Souvenirs with no pressure. Thank you! Convenience store, thank you. Concierge was helpful. Staff out front wonderful, helpful, welcoming. Beach beautiful and clean. We tried sunset and rose but went right back to Pacifica! All staff at restaurants did a wonderful job. We found florinda and international fir bkfst and lunch and she was just charming. Top notch waitress. When we come back we hope to see her again.
