Carlos at the reception desk was particularly great The rooms need more plugins for all our devices...computers, phones, watches, hearing aids, etc It would be nice to have a few more TV channels in English, and a few more shuttle trips to town in the early afternoon.

This resort is beautiful and very spread out. The All Inclusive is a little different than we were expecting. Any other resorts that we stayed at in the past provided water and beer in your room refrigerator, not here. You need to grab water/beer from the bars/restaurants and bring it...

This resort is beautiful and very spread out. The All Inclusive is a little different than we were expecting. Any other resorts that we stayed at in the past provided water and beer in your room refrigerator, not here. You need to grab water/beer from the bars/restaurants and bring it back to your room. The food at all the restaurants was very good. We ate at the Bistro the most. There are 3 different pool areas which is nice. We spent most of our time at the Main Pool. JULIO VARGAS WAS AMAZING!!!!! He NEVER let anyone in our group of 12 go empty!!! I have been to a lot of resorts and I can honestly say that JULIO was the BEST EVER!!!! One thing that you Need to do is visit Old Town early in your trip because it’s a really cool part of town that we didn’t explore until our last night here and wish we did it earlier. I know I’m missing something but overall, this Resort is very friendly and clean. We would come back for sure!

First of all we’d like to commend the front desk staff for their warm and courteous hospitality. Ana, Ismael, Mario and Santiago provided excellent service no matter what our questions or concerns were. They are a positive experience. The grounds are beautifully kept up and the ability to walk anywhere on the complex is a major benefit for us. Xavier and the men at the entryway are so nice and welcoming. They were able to secure cabs for us as well as bus tickets. We spent a great deal of time at the Bistro pool area. Outstanding jobs were done by Luis Felipe Espinosa and Jose Angel Estrada. They always came to check on our needs and brought our food and drinks promptly. Kelly’s Bar’s sushi is very good. Our dinner service was excellent. Carlos, Alejandro and Oscar are such friendly and helpful servers. We enjoyed the music by Raphael and only wish we didn’t have to purchase the special dinners for those two nights. Eddie at the gym is a warm man who is always there to assist you with help. I just wish his classes were posted on something when you check in so you know the times. We have a Time Share at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Cabo San Lucas. This year we traded it for a week at PB Emerald Bay so that we could attend our friends’ wedding anniversary party in downtown Mazatlan. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. However, there were a few things that tainted our stay, somewhat: —Our room did not have a safe in it. We called the front desk to ask them where the safe was. They insisted that we must have a safe, but when they arrived they were not able to find one either, so they brought one into our room, and placed it in the closet. It was not anchored at all. —The main living area had a TV stand, but no TV. We had to get the front desk to bring a TV in to this room. —the heat in the main room did not work. Only the air conditioning worked. I was only able to get the heat to rise by shutting off the system, and letting the outdoor temperature slowly raise the room temp. —Cupboards are misaligned. Lights did not work properly. The bathroom mirror light was broken. Sure this is Mexico, but that is not what we have come to expect from Pueblo Bonito properties. —There is no US cash offered anywhere on the property. They will offer ONLY Pesos in exchange for US Dollars. —Dining and Drinking options are limited. There is one indoor a la carte restaurant, The Bistro, which is good. Service here is spotty, however. There is one buffet restaurant ( food was cold). There is one indoor bar. Otherwise poolside options for drinking and dining are pretty much it, other than the small deli which has a couple of tables and a limited menu.

Beautiful resort, clean but dated and Needs some maintenance. amazing staff that go above and beyond to make your experience special. Make sure to find Angel and Jose at the adults only pool, can’t express how wonderful they are. The staff in the buffet are also amazing. Food is great....

Beautiful resort, clean but dated and Needs some maintenance. amazing staff that go above and beyond to make your experience special. Make sure to find Angel and Jose at the adults only pool, can’t express how wonderful they are. The staff in the buffet are also amazing. Food is great. Wifi is great. Beach is not swimmable. No entertainment during the day or evening. No easy way to get drinks after dinner. We enjoy a quiet resort but this was too quiet and all but 1 lobby bar closes before dinner time (very busy, not great service). Good experience but wouldn’t go here again.

We spent a lot of time at the adult pool and received excellent service from bar tender Jose and server Angel. What was so remarkable about them was not only the quality of the service, but how they make you feel so welcome. We look forward to seeing them when we return to Emerald Bay.

Spent most of our time at Alberca Adultos. Jose and Angel were the best bartenders. Friendly and very fast service. They were very attentive and gave delicious drink suggestions. We never went thirsty! 10/10 and can't wait to visit them again soon!

Have spent the last week at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay enjoying sun at the adult pool! Jose and Angel were wonderful and treated us to a wonderful experience! They were attentive and were always asking if we wanted food or drink Can't wait to come back and see them both!

We have been vacationing here for years. Always wonderful. A special shout out this trip to Fernando in Reception. Such a helpful, pleasant young man. All staff here is professional and so accommodating, but something about Fernando just stood out. A big thank you to him for his extra help.
