This is a very comfortable hotel. The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The pool area is great. The breakfast included was exceptional. My only con would be the rooms could use a bit of a refresh but otherwise a great stay. View from balcony was overlooking pool and ocean....

This hotel was an excellent experience. First, the manager and front desk staff very helpful, informative and super friendly. The room was very clean, modern and we had a beautiful view from our balcony. The two pools were so very relaxing at night, after long, hot days. The food and restaurant staff were just amazing, so kind, friendly and attentive. Thanks to Lucy, Sita, but especially Eder. He was impeccable, good English, and so very efficient and sweet..we wanted to adopt him!!! Just one tiny caveat...we really wished for a mini-bar or small refrigerator in the room. The hotel is also very centrally located, but outside of town. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will return!!!

Very easy to find with parking. Exceptionally clean. Great beds and PILLOWS, which is very rare! Beautiful grounds. Spectacular views. Friendly professional staff. I would absolutely recommend staying here. My only complaint is we didn’t stay longer!

The Manager was always so nice to talk to,The Restaurant had a nice menu and the food was always so good!! One staff member named Lucy was so goodin the mornings serving us and making sure we got what we wanted.We want to mention Enrique at our dinner meals for making sure everything was good.All the staff at this hotel were nice and happy all the time.This was a very nice hotel to stay at in Huatulco...

Great views, food and service at Princess Mayev! All the staff at the front desk, in the restaurant, the housekeeping staff and even the groundkeepers greet you each day with a smile. The grounds, rooms and pool area are kept neat and tidy daily. Food at the Xima restaurant is all delicious and great service whether you are dining there for breakfast, lunch or supper. We enjoying coming back and also getting to know the other guests who return each year. Will be back next year! Thanks to Ricardo and staff for a great vacation!

We stayed at this hotel the last 2 weeks except for 3 days.. When we had problems with one hotel Ricardo took us in. We had reservations for the following week.We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor for 5 nights. The views are simply amazing and the birds wow. So many different kinds of birds. The Hotel was A perfect place to stay with views galore. My only suggestion was possibly better pillows. We never did find a pillow that was comfortable.. We ended up mainly just laying our heads straight on the bed. We never requested different ones. So clean. We met so many nice people at this hotel and they really went out of their way to make you feel at home. The restaurant has amazing food and they bend over backwards to make you whatever you need.. I loved all the people that we met we met. They work very hard and only want to please you. Lucy Jr. Eduardo Enrique a and more thank you so much.Ricardo again mucho garcias you're Your generosity and hospitality were truly amazing.. To all the front desk staff thank you so much for holding our keys thank you for providing fresh Ice and Purified water so we could fill our jugs every day before we left on a new adventure.. Thank you thank you. Our stay was truly amazing!

We loved our stay (17 days) at the Princess. Facilities, management and staff all contributed to make this hotel our go to place in Huatulco ! Found the other guests welcoming and a fun group . Location and room views add to the charm of beauty on the hill.

We stayed at Princess Mayev for 17 days. We had the 4th floor corner room with 2 balconies and the fantastic view of Crucecita and the bay. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Olivia did an awesome job of cleaning our room. We used the pool daily. The hotel was within walking distance of Chedraui (supermarket), ATMs and many excellent restaurants. A very enjoyable stay.

We were here in a slow time and got a bungalow with a private dipping pool. Great room and amazing view of the city. Middle of the night the sewer must have backed up or something as the room filled with a gas that smelled…. Well you can imagine. I...

We were here in a slow time and got a bungalow with a private dipping pool. Great room and amazing view of the city. Middle of the night the sewer must have backed up or something as the room filled with a gas that smelled…. Well you can imagine. I thought we would pass out from the gas that filled the room. It was Horrible. Everything else about the place was amazing including the great restaurant, drinks and super friendly staff. Just do not book one of the high end lower suits. It could be a trip ruiner.
