Super charming BnB right off Oglethorpe Square in the Northern District. Staff and Service were very friendly, attentive and accomodating. Special recognition to Kara, Brandon, Gracen and Scarlett. Super helpful with recommendations and directions and you can tell they run a tight operation. Loved the room - very clean, ample space - the room we booked had a balcony with of view of a lovely courtyard. Absolutely loved the breakfast - homemade granola, yogurt and fruit was the best! They do also offer a classic egg, bacon and potatoes as well. Great job from the Chefs Kandra and Hilda. Wouldn’t think twice about staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. All the staff were helpful, we chatted with both Kara and Gracen, but Scarlett went above and beyond checking with us when we landed to let us know our room wouldn't be ready (we were too early) but to go ahead and park in the lot so we could begin our sight seeing. She had great recommendations and even wrangled Meowy out from under a bush for me to give some scritches. The location of this inn is perfect. Just blocks from any kind of food or shop you could want, everything is withing walking distance. Our room was beautiful and quiet. Everything was clean and well appointed. We especially loved our balcony which overlooked the courtyard. We are planning a trip back this fall, and certainly hope to stay here again.

My wife and I visited Savannah for our anniversary and spent four nights at this amazing inn. All the staff that we met were friendly and helpful, Gracen and Scarlett in particular had great recommendations for local sights to check out. The breakfast is not to be missed.  During our stay we had biscuits and gravy; eggs, bacon, and potatoes; french toast with praline butter and sausage; and a breakfast burrito (eggs, sausage, cheese, and salsa) with potatoes and fresh fruit.  They also offer a complimentary wine hour in the late afternoon if you want a chance to decompress between sightseeing and dinner. The inn’s location is perfect for navigating downtown Savannah.  We were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to explore in 15 minutes or less apart from Bonaventure Cemetery, which was only about a 10-minute drive.  The room itself struck a nice balance between vintage charm in the furniture and decor and modern convenience with A/C and recently remodeled bathrooms. We will absolutely be coming back the next time we’re in Savannah. Presidents’ Quarters Inn is truly a fantastic find! P.S. We so enjoyed our weekend stay at Presidents’ Quarters Inn. It is in an ideal location. The inn is quaint. The staff is so friendly and was so attentive to our needs. Scarlett and Kara are the best. Breakfasts were delicious and well made. We will definitely stay here again.

Such a fabulous stay! Kara and Scarlett were wonderful hosts. They were so personable and had great suggestions for dining. Our room was lovely; breakfast was delicious and Savannah was incredible. Thank you! We look forward to returning in the future!

Kara and Scarlett packed us an airport snack since we were leaving too early for breakfast.

We had an excellent stay at the Presidential Quarters Inn. Our room, delicious breakfast and wine hour were great! Scarlett, Kara, Gracen and Brandon were so pleasant and helpful! Many thanks to the chefs Kandra and Hilda and the housekeepers Tasha and Ty. We will be back.

A classic B&B in Savannah with outstanding service, spacious period rooms, and a well prepared breakfast. Our room had a large balcony with a perfect view over the courtyard where we enjoyed our evening wine hour. Of particular note was the front desk service we received from Scarlett, Kara, and Gracen who provided everything from a warm welcome to attentive service at breakfast and check-out. The team made an already special stay an exceptional one.

Very good B&B. Parking lot very convenient: just out the front door. Location conveniently in heart of old town of Savannah, easy walk to restaurants. Staff very nice (including house cat). Breakfast was quite good: there were two options so my wife could share both and have some fruit and yogurt from one option, plus protein from the eggs, bacon and potatoes choice. There is beautiful outdoor space which unfortunately we could not enjoy as it was raining when we were there. Our one complaint is the bed in room 101 was a bit small for two 70 year old Americans and whenever one of us moved while sleeping, the entire bed moved.

As soon as we walked into the Inn we were greeted with a warm welcome. The room with its fireplace was perfect…the breakfast delicious…the ambiance delightful. The staff is outstanding. We can’t wait to go back! Shout out to Kara…wonderful.

President’s Quarters Inn was simply outstanding. It was easy to find, private parking lot was adjacent to the Inn, and never used our car til we checked out. Scarlet greeted us like family and shared many suggestions and directions for getting around. Her dinner suggestions hit a home run with us. We loved our room, #201. It was very large, clean, with newly remodeled bathroom, comfortable bed and bedding, nice sitting area, and best of all,, a great balcony overlooking the beautiful patio. Breakfast was fabulous -kudos to the chefs- we enjoyed meeting and chatting with other guests at breakfast and wine happy hour! This was our first trip to Savannah but we plan to return again and stay at this beautiful President’s Quarters Inn!

Great location. Walking distance to all best restaurants on Broughten and Congess street and 10 - 15 minute walk to all Savannah, Historic house very worn but historic atmosphere compensates. Scarlett wonderful stand out but all staff was great. Third time visit and will be back!

The Inn was lovely and the location was terrific. Walking distance to everything. The room was very clean and quaint. The breakfast area was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very satisfying. We enjoyed our interactions with the staff in particular Gracen and Scarlet

My wife said I should not write this review. Not because I am about to write something mean. But the opposite actually. She does not want everyone to find this place and make it hard for us to come back. If you are looking for a B&B, just stay here....

She does not want everyone to find this place and make it hard for us to come back. If you are looking for a B&B, just stay here. I am sure there are other fine B&Bs in Savannah, but this really was perfect for us. Is it posh? No. Is it high falutin? no. Is it just what you need and where you need it? YES. The place is in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything. The breakfast is nice, but not crazy. The beds are VERY comfy. The rooms are large with everything you need. Just a really great place. I am sure they could make up some BS Ghost story and have even more visitors, but they are who they are. Oh, and free parking, too, as space permits (we never had a problem). Please don't stay here are then write a review about something that is worn or tired looking. The place is like 1000 years old (exaggeration) but clean and nicely kept. If you want perfect go to the Ritz and pay $1,000 a night (nothing wrong with that, but the PQ is just not that). If you want authentic, come HERE.

We had such a pleasant stay at the Presidents quarters for my birthday. From the moment we arrived at the free hotel parking and the super friendly welcoming from Scarlet upon arrival, we felt right at home. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast fit for a king. The location is ideal for exploring Savannah and everything is within walking distance. I would advise not to book a room on the ground floor (which we had) because there’s noise from the street and the reception area. Highly recommended!

The wine happy hour each night was a fun time to chat with other guests, and the evening chocolate chip cookies were a fun treat :-) It's an awesome location, with almost everything within totally doable walking distance. Our first time in Savannah, we know now that we'd like to go back again, and we'd gladly stay again with the good folks at Presidents' Quarters!

First, it's a beautiful Inn with a lovely courtyard and Scarlet was warm and welcoming. But our four-day visit had to be cut short due to the noise from bar crawls right outside our window. My husband specifically asked if place was quiet and was told noise ends at 10:00 pm. Sadly, that wasn't the case. It continued way past midnight both nights. We expected some concession when we had to leave two days early but management didn't budge.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect for walking everywhere. The staff was welcoming and helpful with suggestions, especially Kara and Scarlett. We had a room on the 4th floor and it was perfect. We appreciated the daily breakfast and happy hour. We will definitely return!
