Super charming BnB right off Oglethorpe Square in the Northern District. Staff and Service were very friendly, attentive and accomodating. Special recognition to Kara, Brandon, Gracen and Scarlett. Super helpful with recommendations and directions and you can tell they run a tight operation. Loved the room - very clean, ample space - the room we booked had a balcony with of view of a lovely courtyard. Absolutely loved the breakfast - homemade granola, yogurt and fruit was the best! They do also offer a classic egg, bacon and potatoes as well. Great job from the Chefs Kandra and Hilda. Wouldn’t think twice about staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. All the staff were helpful, we chatted with both Kara and Gracen, but Scarlett went above and beyond checking with us when we landed to let us know our room wouldn't be ready (we were too early) but to go ahead and park in the lot so we could begin our sight seeing. She had great recommendations and even wrangled Meowy out from under a bush for me to give some scritches. The location of this inn is perfect. Just blocks from any kind of food or shop you could want, everything is withing walking distance. Our room was beautiful and quiet. Everything was clean and well appointed. We especially loved our balcony which overlooked the courtyard. We are planning a trip back this fall, and certainly hope to stay here again.

My wife and I visited Savannah for our anniversary and spent four nights at this amazing inn. All the staff that we met were friendly and helpful, Gracen and Scarlett in particular had great recommendations for local sights to check out.
The breakfast is not to be missed. During our stay we had biscuits and gravy; eggs, bacon, and potatoes; french toast with praline butter and sausage; and a breakfast burrito (eggs, sausage, cheese, and salsa) with potatoes and fresh fruit. They also offer a complimentary wine hour in the late afternoon if you want a chance to decompress between sightseeing and dinner.
The inn’s location is perfect for navigating downtown Savannah. We were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to explore in 15 minutes or less apart from Bonaventure Cemetery, which was only about a 10-minute drive. The room itself struck a nice balance between vintage charm in the furniture and decor and modern convenience with A/C and recently remodeled bathrooms.
We will absolutely be coming back the next time we’re in Savannah. Presidents’ Quarters Inn is truly a fantastic find!
P.S. Send our regards to Manager Meowy, their adopted cat turned manager. She runs a tight ship 😊

Very good B&B. Parking lot very convenient: just out the front door. Location conveniently in heart of old town of Savannah, easy walk to restaurants. Staff very nice (including house cat). Breakfast was quite good: there were two options so my wife could share both and have some fruit and yogurt from one option, plus protein from the eggs, bacon and potatoes choice. There is beautiful outdoor space which unfortunately we could not enjoy as it was raining when we were there. Our one complaint is the bed in room 101 was a bit small for two 70 year old Americans and whenever one of us moved while sleeping, the entire bed moved.

Scarlet greeted us like family and shared many suggestions and directions for getting around. Her dinner suggestions hit a home run with us. We loved our room, #201. It was very large, clean, with newly remodeled bathroom, comfortable bed and bedding, nice sitting area, and best of all,, a great balcony overlooking the beautiful patio. Breakfast was fabulous -kudos to the chefs- we enjoyed meeting and chatting with other guests at breakfast and wine happy hour! This was our first trip to Savannah but we plan to return again and stay at this beautiful President’s Quarters Inn!

My wife said I should not write this review. Not because I am about to write something mean. But the opposite actually. She does not want everyone to find this place and make it hard for us to come back. If you are looking for a B&B, just stay here. I am sure there are other fine B&Bs in Savannah, but this really was perfect for us. Is it posh? No. Is it high falutin? no. Is it just what you need and where you need it? YES. The place is in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything. The breakfast is nice, but not crazy. The beds are VERY comfy. The rooms are large with everything you need. Just a really great place. I am sure they could make up some BS Ghost story and have even more visitors, but they are who they are. Oh, and free parking, too, as space permits (we never had a problem). Please don't stay here are then write a review about something that is worn or tired looking. The place is like 1000 years old (exaggeration) but clean and nicely kept. If you want perfect go to the Ritz and pay $1,000 a night (nothing wrong with that, but the PQ is just not that). If you want authentic, come HERE.

We had such a pleasant stay at the Presidents quarters for my birthday. From the moment we arrived at the free hotel parking and the super friendly welcoming from Scarlet upon arrival, we felt right at home. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast fit for a king. The location is ideal for exploring Savannah and everything is within walking distance. I would advise not to book a room on the ground floor (which we had) because there’s noise from the street and the reception area. Highly recommended!

My husband and I loved our 4-night stay here! Everyone on staff was wonderful as was the food, and they happily packed up a to-go breakfast for us when we left, since we had to be at the airport well before the breakfast hour. The wine happy hour each night was a fun time to chat with other guests, and the evening chocolate chip cookies were a fun treat :-) It's an awesome location, with almost everything within totally doable walking distance. Our first time in Savannah, we know now that we'd like to go back again, and we'd gladly stay again with the good folks at Presidents' Quarters!

First, it's a beautiful Inn with a lovely courtyard and Scarlet was warm and welcoming. But our four-day visit had to be cut short due to the noise from bar crawls right outside our window. My husband specifically asked if place was quiet and was told noise ends at 10:00 pm. Sadly, that wasn't the case. It continued way past midnight both nights. We expected some concession when we had to leave two days early but management didn't budge.

We had a wonderful time in Savannah. The Inn is in a great location, walkable to everything we wanted to do. Their staff was warm and helpful. The majority of our interactions were with Scarlett, who was gracious and charming. Dan was also very helpful, as changing plans on our end resulted in a need to reschedule our visit twice. We had been told that the courtyard side of the building was the most quiet, but choose to upgrade to a king on one of the streets. Street noise was evident, but we turned on the fan for the AC and street activity mostly died out about 9:00 PM. Our room was large, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fine. Their courtyard is a standout, which we fully enjoyed accompanied by perfect spring weather.

We booked at the last minute and were so happy to be able to stay again at the Presidents' Quarters Inn. The fourth floor loft room was great. The room was clean and well appointed and the Inn policies were clearly explained. The staff especially Kara, Dan , Scarlett, and Gracen were always very helpful and welcoming. If we had any questions they went above and beyond to help us find solutions. They even gave us suggestions on attracions that we had not seen on prior visits The Inn is so close to the squares, historic houses, museums, shopping, River Street, and other attractions we did not need to use our car except for trips outside the area. We could walk to any of the wonderful restaurants each evening. The reserved parking spaces at the PQI were an added blessing! It was wonderful to be able to visit friends and family and know that we would come back to a safe lit parking area. I would not hesitate to recommend Presidents' Quarters Inn to my friends. We hope to visit again soon.

Great Inn with a fantastic breakfast! Amazing location in the heart of the historic district at a very reasonable price compared to other Inns. Nice parking on-site that was advertised as free on Expedia, but apparently, the Inn changed its policy back in March to $30/night. I felt they should have honored what I saw on their website, but after multiple conversations at the front desk, I let it go. Unfortunately, we had a room on the first floor right by the lobby and kitchen. The noise was really too much. Awoke to staff conversations, dishes and silverware being set-up....at 6:45am. Ugh to a relaxing morning. Our room was large and so was the bathroom, which was very nice, however the decor and furniture was worn and outdated. The breakfast staff was delightful!!

Lovely Inn located in beautiful historic area, can walk everywhere. Wonderful accommodating staff and very nice breakfast. Nice wine offerings pre-dinner. Perhaps a little cheese to go with the wine would be even nicer. Room A/C fan helps mute outside noise. Overall wonderful place to stay for a Savannah getaway.

The tv was also a small old box style in an amour. Having both of those things upgraded would have made it a 5 star experience. Easy enough to fix because everything else including the location was great!

We were trying to book our stay at a different hotel in Savannah but decided after speaking to the third party reservation person at Expedia that we’d stay at the President’s Quarters because it was in a quiet, nice part of town and it looked lovely. The third party guy said he could book it for us and had it all set up - or so we thought. We fly down to Savannah, get to the hotel and find out that the booking agent at Expedia had canceled the room reservation. The hotel staff (Gracen, Scarlett and Dan) tried so hard to accommodate us and felt so badly for us because of this odd situation. Dan spent a ton of time on the phone with Expedia trying to figure out what had happened, but nobody could figure it out. The hotel was booking up fast. They were able to give us a nice loft suite for the first two nights and then, unfortunately, had to move to a different room the third night because of people that had previously booked. Not the fault of the staff at all. Scarlett was able to give us another nice room. They transferred our bags for us and everything was fine. Scarlett also gave us the name of a great taxi guy to get us back to the airport.
All in all, we really really liked the hotel and would stay there again. (We’d definitely book directly with the hotel rather than going through Expedia or anyone else.) The staff is fantastic!
